Nice place when you need some printing and vinyl supplies. Kinda expensive imo but when you need it heck they have it. Can be a wait. Not many employees so dont come at lunch time like i did or it may take a while.....

Great place to get everything you need when it comes to screen printing. The employees there are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad customer service. A general mood of anger and discontent. I felt like it was always my fault for something while dealing with this company... As if everyone there was tired, cranky, and ready to retire. I never felt invited and appreciated. Several times I was told something and they did another. My payment preference of choice was to pay up front in full. While they were changing to another billing system they failed to charge my card per my preference for over a thousand dollars and surprised me with a lump sum bill, months later demanding immediate payment. Not to mention helping themselves to my credit card (that they stored on file) double charging me for 4 orders during the process of the software change. After spending many of thousands of dollars with this company they refused to do business with me until I made an immediate payment. Even while I paid them in full and spent many many thousands with them from my rapidly growing business. Im thankful however that I have located another Ohio based company that values my business and relationship while saving me an average of 11% on all of my supplies. Wouldnt recommend. Company is outdated, slow and the customer service is very lacking - not to mention the fact that my card was repeatedly charged for the same order. There are much better options out there.

Tried Multicraft for the first time. Had some confusion with their website not sending confirmation or tracking info. But received in 1 day from order. Only reason for missing star is that website offered 10% for new customers them removed it at checkout.
