DONT EVER buy their window film. They advertise it as preventing the glass from falling out, if the window is broken. They claim its easy to install. Well, let me tell you...I followed their directions perfectly, and the film was left with countless air bubbles and water bubbles, all across it, no matter what I tried, to get rid of them. The end result is a disaster. My windows look awful. Now, I cant even get that crud off my windows! THEY RUINED MY HOME. I emailed them and asked them to stop advertising it as a good product. They replied by admitting that their film actually does NOT prevent the glass from falling out, if the window is broken. That was truly unbelievable. When I described to them what had happened, and asked for my money to be refunded, they refused to give me my money back. I cannot tell you how angry I am. Now, I am sure that the company will reply with some lie, some stupid response, and deny everything. Thats fine. People can see through that sort of thing.

I paid Gordon Glass Co. to make mirrors for each piece. I was shown the mirrors for the replacements, and I agreed to them; the purchase was paid in full in the amount of $78.84. Trusting Mr. Gordon was a great MISTAKE, NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET MIRROR, HE WROTE GLASS ON MY RECEIPT, DENIED EVER SHOWING ME THE MIRROR.

We called initially and the staff was very helpful and even sent us samples. After placing an order, we waited one week without delivery to follow up on status of the delivery. I was told that it has not even been shipped yet and was told that they only ship orders out ONCE A WEEK on Fridays. I needed this order urgently for a customer and the original sales person said that since we were geographically close I could expect delivery in a few days. It does not say anywhere on their website that they only ship out once a week. If I had known, I would have made other arrangements. When I called, not only were they extremely rude and unapologetic, they were unhelpful and canceled the order without even trying to resolve the issue by express shipping the product to me. I would not recommend this company for any commercial business. Maybe this works for hobbyists/homeowners who dont have professional businesses to run as this one is clearly not run professionally.

They had exactly the part I needed for a last minute repair .Customer service was friendly and worked diligently which I appreciate.
