Extremely rude. I came across this company on google and called to inquire more information on what type of bikes and parts they sell. The lady that answered the phone spoke with broken english so I had a hard time understanding, and politely asked if she can repeat what she just said but she hung up on me, i called back again and she said no ones here, even though i called during normal business hours. Either she hates her job that bad or just doesnt care about customer service, how do you run a business with people like that as your greeter?

Always helpful & courteous! Anytime I have an issue with my bike I always go there & they find out what it is... Talk to me about it then fix it!

Good place, had parts i needed.

Not recommended for any form of service.Took a wheel and new tire to get it nounted and balanced because of their price and that they would turn it around while I waited.Brought the wheel home, noticed they never balanced it. Took it back to them, they tried to tell me the wheel was bent, but they balanced it.They never bothered to clean the surfaces where they mounted the wheel weights so they fell off the next day.Took the time and brought it to my independent mechanic. Put the wheel on the balancer in front of me, we balanced the wheel properly, there is no bend in my wheel. These guys just have no clue what they are doing when it comes to fixing motorcycles. Tearing them apart and selling the parts?......maybe.

Bought my gxsr 750 here had the wronge chain on it i was riding it chain pop and broke my clutch cable they said there come pick it up 2 weeks ago and been calling and calling no answer ether there ignoring me and dont wanna fix my bike that they sold me or they dont answer phone there
