We were looking for dirt bikes for our family. We found this store in Cleveland Tn. So close to home to. We visit the store and noticed a good selection of motor bikes. Talked with Heather and Norman. They are very helpful and it was a great experience. We bought 2 bikes. So now a few weeks since the purchase they are running great kids love them. So thank you for the great service.

Got my bike back from HBR Powersports in Cleveland, TN. Bike is looking and feeling good. Wish I could say I was happy with them and could recommend them. Sad to say, look else where when seeking bike service. They had quoted me just under $800 for the breaks and tires. When I got there I saw the tab climbing to what looked like a possible $1600 on the computer. (I saw the numbers going in on the screen: 1600.00, 45.00, etc) and he was not finished plunking in numbers! When he finally stopped typing, I reminded him of our agreement: Breaks and tires, just under $800. He countered with, “I don’t know who you spoke to but...” I then said, calmly, that I did not feel I had been dealt with honestly. He quickly began pounding on the computer and showed me a new price-the one we agreed to! I was shocked and thanked him. That’s when the verbal assault began. I just stood there in silence. He told me never to come back. I will honor that. UPDATE: My husband Jade, went there yesterday to discuss the conduct of the Service Manager with them. When he got there the manager was beyond rude, he began posturing with Jade like he was ready for a fist fight. Jade stood his ground and demonstrated that he would not be intimidated. Jade does not intimidate easily at all! It was clear that Management was not interested in understanding anything. They simply defended their conduct, rationalized their conduct and attempted to intimidate and project their own hostility. This is beyond poor customer service. It became assault.

The staff is friendly and helpful.. great selection of ssr dirt bike from the beginner or someone who just wants something to practice on or trail ride on weekends.. my son loves his pit bike ssr70 and is getting the hang of the controls very well.. I would definitely recommend them if you want to get your family into the motor sport or for beginner that wants to get a fair priced bike that will hold to the abuse a beginner will put them through..

The work done on my wife’s bike was satisfactory. The customer Service, manager was not! He was the most arrogant, narcissistic, loathing personality I have ever met! When you get a quote over the phone you expect that quote to be some what close to goal when you plan a trip to picking up and paying for work done! Not double... my wife was verbally abused when questioning the new, double priced invoice. She stood her ground and he finally walked back the price to the original price that was given over the phone. But then told her to leave and never come back. I went in the next morning and basically recurved the same treatment! Threw me out and told never step in his store again! So does this sound like a place where you want to business? We will never go back! And one star because they didn’t have a zero star rating!

Awesome service! Shop was short handed and they still did a hefty build on my bike and got it back in a timely manner! Bike runs great and turns heads!

I purchased the ssr brand 150cc dirt bike from HBR Powersports I was raised on two stroke dirt bikes when you give them gas they respond immediately you couldnt give this one full throttle wide open immediately I took it back the mechanic put the bigger jets in it explained to me the difference in the carburetors in depth of how they work he fixed the problem they only had my bike half a day awesome customer service for me I love the bike its awesome Im actually going to buy a 189 when they get them in stockThanks Norman and Heather and the parts guy forgot your name sorry

We purchased 2 dirt bikes first i would like to say I’m very pleased with the SSR brand,we had troubles with one of the carburetors we took up there twice to have it fixed (one was kind my fault ) the third time he replaced it, now Normand did this on his dime, I tired to pay and he refused I would most deff advise you if your in the market give HBR a shot, the mechanic in the back always comes out and says hey and asks if everything is good with the bikes, also had some work done to my bike it was done perfectly and since it wasn’t major he had me in and out in a day all in all very pleased from products to service, with norm and HBR !!!

I can’t even begin to say how absolutely wonderful this place is and the people that work here! This was our first time ever purchasing a dirt bike and Heather made the process so incredibly easy for us. She really took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed. She really understood what I was looking for for my son and could completely relate. They went out of their way to deliver the bike and gear to us after hours to surprise my son for his birthday. Michael not only delivered the bike but stayed and explained everything to my son. He made sure he was comfortable with his bike and gear before leaving. This was the best experience I could ever ask for and I will not go anywhere else. They truly know great customer service and I am so grateful that HBR Powersports was there to help with all our needs!

I took my Honda Four wheeler to Stormin Norman at HBR to get it fixed, after calling them 3 times about bringing it to them. I took it to them, Norman was very rude. After about a week, he calls me and tells me that my ATV is Junk and not worth fixing. He says he will call me back with a price to pay so I can pick up the ATV. He calls me back and says I owe him $166. I asked, for what? Did you fix it? He says no, this is the cost of the Estimate. I said no one ever told me that you charged for an estimate. He said I tell everyone that. Well, you didnt tell me Norman. The only thing they ever told me was a clean up Charge if the ATV was dirty. He cuts the charge to $66 IF I will come and get it THAT day. Well, my grandfather passed away that afternoon, so I didnt get to go get the ATV that day. (its still there i guess) Then there is a voice mail on my phone, who else but Rude Norman saying I hope you are on your way to pick up your ATV or I am charging you $25 a day for storage!! I am very, very upset with these people, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. Very dis-honest people.

This place is where you need to go if your needing your toys fixed or looking to buy a new toy. They do all my service and are very knowledgeable. Norman is top notch along with his maintenance team and sales team. These good rock! I would highly recommend them to anyone, even the ones that think they know it all!

Glad to have my baby back highly recommend HBR Powersports. Norman is a great mechanic he explained every part that was replaced and showed me why it needed replaced very thorough with his work. Only place ill take my bike if it needs work done

I made an inquiry about one of their listings. The listing obviously had misinformation and when I questioned it someone claiming to be a salesperson, Norman Hammond, was very rude and told me another lie.He was rude and not obviously not very educated. If he represents them then I would never trust them to be honest in sales or service. Someone claiming to be the Sales Manager responded with an attempt to explain the misinformation, but made no reference to the abusive and unprofessional actions of stormin Norman.. It obviously was not written by stormin Norman because it was well written, without using poor grammar or abusive language. My opinion has not changed. I would not trust buying anything from this little company. Time will prove me correct. They will be known by the poor reputation they are building.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest team. Performed service on my ATV that was not a brand they sold but they were able to repair quickly and at a very fair price. I will be bringing all my ATVs to Norman and his team to work on from now on - definitely recommend.

Beware!!!!I went there to get a conventional oil change on my R6s. I was given a price that was more than putting oil in my Camaro SS, which takes 8.9 quarts of full synthetic oil. An R6s takes 3.5 to 3.75 quarts, and was only using conventional oil, not full synthetic! Its $115.00 for an oil change on my Camaro. This guy gave me a price of $122.00! I went back and got my bike, then he tells me he messed up on the oil amount and said it would be $112.00 instead! Lol! When i first got there he was hating on a customer for going somewhere else because they were cheaper. Horrible business ethics, horrible attitude, and no intention or initiative to get or keep customers coming. I know the owner will reply, and shame on you! Stealing from people with insane prices! now i know why you had to move your shop! I go off reviews on google for business! Hope someone reads this review and saves their time, and money.Let me update this! Got my oil changed for $70! So yeah def don’t use this person!

Could be better. They have friendly staff and good mechanics, but they get in kind of a hurry sometimes, be sure everything is done when you pick your bike up.
