Brought my BRAND NEW handlebars that I ordered to A&S to get wired. When I received them back about 24 hours later they are scratched and scuffed to hell. They are wired but definitely not going on my brand new bike. Steve the owner claims they received them like that which is 100% false. And now will not do anything about it.
Very knowledgeable Friendly staff And very fair pricing.
First class all the way around. Theyve done work on my wifes 2003 Lowrider and my 2000 DWG ! Wont go anywhere else !
Amazing workmanship! A & S provides: honest business practices, and no confusing run around.
Great place to get your bike repaired and serviced...
Only shop I will deal with. Honest and quick turn around. Ive taken multiple Harleys here from Softails to Ultras. Theyll even pick up for you.
Good place to get your motorcycle fixed . Owner is nice willing to help you.
I took my 2003 Electra Glide up on Saturday June 27, 2020 around 3:30pm (they close at 4pm) my bike was making all kinds of noise coming from primary. Steve told me to wait while his nephew and him took apart housing. They discovered the compensator nut was totally loose. They fixed then and there and I rode home within hour after arriving. Thank you both so much and enjoy your upcoming vacation!!! Tony Gasparini
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Really like Steve and his guys. They do great work and are reasonably priced.
They know what the hell there doing great people
I have had the best service from Steve ! Hes knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced. This shop goes above and beyond for a customer. I highly recommend A&S for service and/or repair to your Harley. I own 93 Sportster. After having it at a few local shops, with less than satisfactory results, someone recommended Steve. Now, I wont go anywhere else but A&S. Steve is honest and upfront with prices, repair time and labor costs.
Great place would recommend this shop to everyone. The guys at a and s do amazing work and have always treated me right. Steve is willing to go above and beyond for his customers and always treats you fairly.

Only place I will trust my shovelhead to be worked on. Steve an Al are great guys to deal with and are very knowledgeable when it comes to Harleys. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help their customers. the rates are very reasonable and they stand behind the work 110%. I have recommended them to numerous people over the last 3 years and nobody has ever been let down. I will never do business with anyone buy A&S Cycle
Extremely knowledgeable staff, years of experience.I trust the staff over ANY Harley dearer service department anywhere in the state of Ohio! They are not parts replacers, theyre true technicians in their trade.
Great Service! Great People! Highly recommended Harley Davidson repair shop.
I had a issue with the heat shield on my pipe. The replacement parts were all most as expensive as new pipes. Steve came up with a local company that could refinish the shields at a 1/4 of the price of new pipes. It’s great to have a local shop the works with the customer.
Great place great guy steve!
If your Harley needs to be fixed or just a service done then go to A&S Cycle. The owner Steve is one of the best mechanics that I have met.
Steve is very knowledgeable in harley davidson repair, I will never go anywhere else!
I used this shop twice in about a year to do everything from major motor work to tires and brakes and Im writing to share my honest experience. First I spent around $3400 in all kinds of fun stuff, head work, blacking out the motor and so forth.....it took some time, but I wanted it done right. I came to get my bike and it was literally covered in greasy finger prints and dirt ( I rode it there in wet conditions I think) but still, 3400 and no none took a minute to at least wipe down the tank or bags? Red Flag...... Took a couple of times out before the leaks started, primary, rocker boxes, heads, etc etc... I returned to be told it was the breathers ! Ooooook, Well I confirmed the leaks again and we decided to deal with it in the winter, no biggie, I wash It regularly and will live with it, ( there were a couple other nit pick things that bothered me, Sloppy throttle cables after installing new, lil stuff but Id wait for winter ..... winter comes, I splurge get bigger cams, more powder coat and on and on. I bought most of the parts online and brought the bike in to Steve to get done......Well with some powder coat delays and me buying the wrong cams it was delayed a bit, but had PLENTY of time to be done for our first big ride out to Margaretville... He said it would be done... so I stop by twice the week of, and progress is at a snails pace once nothing even touched for a solid 24hrs.... on that Friday ( due day ) I call in the morning and was told it ( Should) be done... Should???? Ive waited almost a month for this day mind you...... so I lose track of time and dam if its not past closing time..630 when I call.. I call only to get an answering machine !.. 27 bikes meeting at 10 am and mines siting in the closed shop, no phone call, no text.... Im Pissed, I leave a heated YET RESPECTFUL message... and hour later this SOB calls me all upset that I left a message claiming the bike was just getting finished, and he was test riding it and we were done doing business !!!!! He demanded $1700+in cash, mostly labor, and I was to come now... I did, .... well heres what I got.... I didnt make it 5 minutes from the shop before it started misfiring, plug wire came off, it had no guts, they broke it changing my nearly new iridium plugs.....next another 5 minutes down the road and my air cleaner bracket starts coming off ! ( just had it powder coated) I get home and the first leak from the primary hits my driveway, awesome.... next I have fork oil blown all over the right side of my bike, Including my freshly ceramic coated exhaust, sweet.......I try and take my corbin ( key lock ) seat off and they had it so jammed down they bent the bracket, 10 min with a crowbar to remove and then had to put the bracket in the vise to re shape.... and finally, the last straw and main reason for this review... My dam heads are leaking EVERYWHERE, oil everwhere....I was promised new gaskets and the STEVE approval... ... the bike was rushed on the last day, never inspected, thrown together and I was completely disrespected... I strongly suggest avoiding this shop..... while they are busy, it cant be from doing good, solid work... this is more then a one time bad experience....I seriously question the integrity of the owner and the establishment in general.. good day
Always quality work at a fair price
Quality oriented very professional
Nice shop,will be moving soon
