Great spot and cozy ambience for me and family. The cafe is very clean and the food is yummy. They serve halal foods, baverage in the cafe and plenty of books turkish, english, spanish, and arabic. There is little indoor playground in the kids corner too. My kids have lots of fun playing there winter or summer. Highly recommend to visit.

My friend and I found this cafe/book store on a whim, and I was really surprised to see such a hidden gem in Clifton. I’ve never seen a cafe/book store like this, and I was really impressed with the set up and enjoyed the drinks we ordered. It’s Turkish owned so most of the books are written by Turkish/Middle Eastern authors (there were sections for books written in Turkish and English). It was a refreshing change of pace to see a cafe represent their own culture with such pride, I’m definitely bringing some more friends back here next time.

I came here looking for a place to get some work done and this place did not disappoint!The FoodThe simit (Turkish Bagel) was warm with perfect crunchy exterior and soft interior. The Earl grey herbal tea had a luxurious perfume-y taste that Ive never had before!The SpaceThe seating was comfy and spaced out and there are power outlets at every seat on the right side of the store (didnt check the seats near the ordering counter so i dont know about that side). Good wifi speed. Bathrooms were very clean and included little watering cans for doing ablutions, I assume.Cons:Only con is that it can get a little noisy with the music, customers talking, and what sounded like a TV show or radio show, but I had no problem tuning it out.Bonus:Not only do they sell books, but also electronics like charger cables!

My favorite place! I’ve written my novel here due to the calming atmosphere. I study here, and I relax here. I used to work in the city and spent most of my study time there. Since the pandemic has shut New York down for the most part, I’ve been at the ant bookstore a lot more frequently. The staff is really nice. They’re all very kind hearted people and it shows.

A good place for bilingual bookworms, a yummy cafe for the ones who are hungry and thirsty for food and knowledge. A peacaful place for families.

Zero Stars. I ordered food on Doordash and when i got there because I thought it was ready. They told me I had to cancel the doordash order and they cant replace what i ordered with anything. I got a refund through doordash but what a waste of time when i was looking forward to their food.

I love this shop. They are very clean and organized. Great place to relax and drink coffee, tea or even have a piece of cake. They have a small variety of sandwiches but either way they are good. I love their cappuccino s. Two thumbs up from me.

This is my favorite lunch time spot...Read a book, or do some homework while eating some of the best Lentil soup, spinach and cheese pastries, baklava and a Turkish coffee. The place is so clean. The food tastes great. The staff is so nice. I can keep going with the compliments. Ive been going there for 6 months now and havent been disappointed.

The place is huge and weird but nice! The bookstore area occupies most of the place. The Cafe is study/work friendly despite some noises that could happen from other customers. They have high tables and the normal ones as well. I didnt like the cappuccino! I felt like they made it using Turkish coffee. BTW, this is a Turkish cafe & bookstore so they have some Turkish desserts for those who love it. The lady at the counter was so nice and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. Ill definitely re-visit again.

There are a variety of books from cooking to language learning, faith, and so on in many languages. Also, there is a cafe inside full of delicious food with affordable prices. There is a separate place for kids they can play and get books as they like. Personally, My favorite place is the place that you can grab a book and read in peace...

You can find a lot of Turkish and Islamic books. There are English books, Spanish, and I believe some Russian. I think its a pretty nice place to grab a book and just chill at their Turkish cafe. They have some really nice Turkish desserts to go with whatever youre reading.

The bookstore is not very big but very welcoming. I go there to read to my 2yr old baby boy and he loves it. I think the place is Turkish. I recommend it.
