A very pleasant experience at this location. Greeted immediately upon entering. My order was initially prepared cold instead of hot but the barista (Dianna) was amazing. She corrected the order and gave me great hair product tips all while making an amazing beverage. She’s a gem! A gentleman (whom I assume was the manager) began stocking supplies while also engaging the customers. It was truly a great vibe.It’s rare to find great customer service in this particular climate of the service industry, but this Starbucks location definitely hits the mark!

I met my manager here for a meeting and I parked in the plaza parking lot. When I walked in I was greeted. I ordered the caramel macchiato with oatmilk and it came out quickly. It tasted a little different today but still not bad.

THANK YOU, our Starbucks experiences would not be the same whiteout you guys .

I HATE IT THERE, I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional, Selena took care of me, and to be quiet honest she messed up my order, twice, not only that but she tells me “well throw it away”! Like who do you think you are? How about you throw it away, Pathetic how this girl took care of the customers, and I wasn’t the only one who she messed up the order to. So sad, I really enjoy Starbucks, but the quality and the service has gone down so bad… specially to the location in Clifton, NJ rt 3. So if Selena is taking care of your order, be prepared to wait 30 minutes and get your order wrong several times.

This is one of two Starbucks within reasonable proximity to my house that takes online orders. So I order from this store frequently. The associates are always all over the place, orders are often late, and if you order anything that needs to be heated in the oven there is a good chance your food will be stale and warm by the time you get it. They prepare several orders and then bring them to the counter. Sometimes even making a stop at the register to take orders before bringing those orders that are ready to the pick up counter. If your order was one of the first in that batch to be put in the oven it is very likely it will be almost cold by the time it is served.

This location isnt the best because of the parking lot situation. Ive visited multiple times and I usually order in the app beforehand. The last time I went on a Friday around 3:30pm, it was about 25 minutes from the time I ordered in the app to when I got my drink. The wait time was insane. Another time, I got my drink first and was waiting for my croissant for a long while, I realized that no one was making any of the food items. So that was an inconvenience. Certain baristas are nicer than others, but the drinks usually come out great.

Im at this location very frequently and for the most part I do order ahead and they’ve had my order ready by the time I get there, perhaps maybe one time I had ordered head and it wasn’t ready 5min. Into waiting a Barista asked me what I had ordered and quickly got to working on my order, understandable as they do tend to get pretty busy, very friendly and professional.

Definitely if you order from Starbucks ahead of time dont do it from here! Said my order would be ready at one time and 20 minutes later still not ready....they need either retraining or new staff all together.

Again with the long wait at a Starbucks when there is no body in the store. I am easy with a dopio espresso which says 80 cents per shot on the menu, get charged $2.40, but whatever. I guess Starbucks has a fancy way of charging you like the way they like you to order your drinks. I get up keeping a.of my things on the the table to come back to a whole family sitting at my table..I guess what I left on the table was not enough. I tried to communicate with them, but apparently they did not speak English. So overall not a good experience at this Starbucks. To top things off, this is the worst flow of traffic I have ever seen at a strip mall in NJ.

My absolute favorite Starbucks! I cant remember all the names but theres one barista named Ashley whos always such a pleasure to deal with. One of the managers named Susan is absolutely the kindest! Not only does she always have everything under control and speaks with the respect to her coworkers and customers, but she also cares about moms that are juggling with daily tasks. One of the best ❤

This place lacks on communication, I ordered a strawberry açaí, they made me pay for the drink, made me wait in the waiting area while my drink to be prepared, just for them to end up telling me that they didn’t have the drink anymore, after complaining to the manager, they then reacted and started to ask among themselves what flavors didn’t they have and what did they have, so it took one bad customer for them to react and actually communicate, after all the waiting and not getting the drink I actually wanted while very upset I had to go to another location to purchase the drink !

Very pleasant but waited about 30 minutes to get my drink when there were plenty employees. But drink was good.

The service here is hit or miss, usually great early morning but right now at 4pm it is awful. a bunch of people waiting in line while the staff works at 2miles an hour and stop to chit chat with eachother. the patrons just looking at eachotger in disbelief. Seriously Starbucks?!

Amazing experience with StarbucksArguably the best coffee shop I ever visited. I loved my black coffee as it was exactly what I always have. The environment was also very comforting. Overall, I loved being at Starbucks

I’ve been there a lot but for some reason nobody can get my order right. I specifically asked for extra caramel drizzle and still gave me caramel syrup when I said I don’t like the taste of it, and I barely got any caramel drizzle.

WHY ARE YOU CLOSING SOO EARLY ITS 6:05pm DO YOU NOT CLOSE AT 8:00PM ??? It’s also a SATURDAY!

I was disappointed getting my drink for a couple reasons. I asked for a couple pumps of caramel in my vanilla bean frappuccino, but they didnt put any. Its a little upsetting Because I didnt feel like arguing over it and it was only a couple cents but its still the principal. I also ordered on the app, and there was no protocol for the amount of customers in the store. It was pretty much packed and I had serious grabs about going in. Didnt feel comfortable and I tried to get in and out as fast as possible. I still tipped, but something needs to be done about the random customers everywhere and the capacity in the store.

So unorganized and rude . Been waiting 20 min for egg bites ridiculous. Nutley location is the one to go to ! Not this hot mess ! Poor excuse for a Starbucks

Very unorganized crew that were more concerned with filling online orders than placed orders in person. Half made drinks were placed on one side of the counter close to pick up online orders. Too much talking between members not paying attention to my order as two people behind me got theirs before me. I’m very disappointed and will not come back to this location.

It gave all of our orders wrong. It is trash. I dont recommend, it is also a waste of money never am going to come again. I started the day with going to work with my friend they got all of our orders wrong. This is unbelievable. It ruined my day and my money went down the drain.

Their was a guys who made my Frappuccino and it was all ice and water and wiped cream. Very disappointed the guy was working really fast and probably screwed up, I waited for like 20 min for the drink and still it wants good!!!

So ..why review a starbucks/chain restaurant? Because when employees are exceptionally good- these larger companies should reward them. The kids in this store each went out of their way to make customers feel welcome. I was so impressed I am compelled to write this..they even had a team bulletin board and my drinks are always perfect from here ....many other starbucks have trap music blasting with apathetic teens and sloppy drinks not buttoned up to the starbucks culture like this place

Starbucks is a very cool place with nice drinks, comfortable seating, a lot of parking and clean bathrooms. Usually there is an ample amount of places to sit down and have meetings and in the nicer weather some tables and chairs are outside to enjoy the fresh air. We are lucky to have this Starbucks in the neighborhood..

I am unsure how you can give someone a cup of milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon and call it a vanilla chai. Time and time again, Clifton Starbucks fails me. I complete mobile ordering in order to ensure that it is correct, yet it is not. A complete waste of $5; a cup of warm milk is what I was served again I am appalled.

The service here has gotten to be amazing. We do usually visit about 3-4 times a month, but the barista knows me by name.Theyre busy but very attentive. It did happen they made mistakes on our drinks, but they replaced them at first request, no questions asked.Happy to keep coming back here again :-)

I was here a few days ago. I wanted to reload my card with cash and the male cashier working the evening shift said to me with attitude: you know, its better if you reload your card beforehand. I dont know why he was telling me this. I could reload my card with cash on the spot if I please. Its not like I was being difficult with it or causing an issue. I simply wanted to reload 6$ on my card. He proceeded by telling me to scan my card. It didnt work for some reason. I handed him the cash, and when I did, he said with attitude: now its too late. You scanned it already. I only did what he asked though. The drink I got was very good. However, I will never come here again because of the rude staff.

For pick up, girl talking for a while with one guy, im behind him and after he is done she desides to refill chocolate bottles. Some other guy comes in and takes care of him right away. Mind you there is also a long line outside in the sun.

I was there and ordered a venti drink and waited half an hour for a drink that was 90 percent ice, I went back to complain and they gave me a recovery card for half the amount and went on to explain why it was acceptable to have a drink that was 90 percent ice that I paid nearly 7 bucks for. They told me they couldn’t redo it because I had drank it in two seconds. Horrible service

This is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. I live in Clifton and have been coming to this Starbucks for years and every time I come they get slower and slower. I live 15 minutes away from starbucks. I order on my mobile app and when I get there I wait another 20 minutes for my drink. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to make a coffee. There are about 20-25 people waiting for their drinks right now as Im writing this review. Like this if you agree that this is a very very slow Starbucks.

Literally the best people in the world work here. I stop here on my one hour off between my two jobs and they are always so accomodating, helpful and truly uplifting people. I could stop at other Starbucks but I always stop here

I was the only one on the line but I still had to wait a long time. They are a little rude. When my 4 items arrived I dont know how they expected me to grab all of it without a cup holder and when I asked for one, she just threw it at me. Never again would I go to this Starbucks

I always order online for vanilla chai lattes. They always do a great job especially those who know my order. The store is great and the staff is awesome. I visit here twice a month.

I wish i can give this place a good rating. This Starbucks is so convenient because it is 5 minutes away from my job but every time i place my one order of drink they always give me the wrong thing, I make it very clear that i want it iced and not hot. Now I feel like I can’t come here anymore because it’ ALWAYS happen. Might as well take the trip to the Rutherford location from now on

Enjoy my visit. Cashier offer to explain the different frappuccino that was offer. One I been in the past if you dont see it they dont offer to tell you.

Got a smokes butterscotch latte with coconut milk. Wasnt mixed and I wound up with a mouthful of syrup towards the end.

Today I had to wait 15+ minutes for a tall latte and I had to ask twice, seems mobile orders are more important. Staff seems lost and unorganized, definitely not caring for the all the customers that were waiting. Not wasting my time again at this Starbucks.

If there were a competition for the slowest service in the United States, this Starbucks would win it. Hands down. Staff is at least polite but it isnt enough to make up for the snails pace that they work at. I would much rather drive to East Rutherford on rt 17 because Im sure that driving the extra 15 minutes would still get me my coffee faster. Disappointment.
