Been going to this place for years. All their pastries and cookies are delicious. I even had them make me a whoopee cushion cake for my friends 50th birthday. Great job guys!!

Rude and misleading. I went in around 2pm for a pound cake for my mothers birthday, she doesnt like anything crazy. The woman present was friendly and let me know what had the quarters of cake available as they make it in a large loaf. I asked if I could place an order for a whole one to pick up later which wasnt an issue. She let me know they close at 7 and asked what time I would be in, to which I said around 6. At 5:45 I received a call asking if I had something to pick up because they close at 6. I was surprised and quickly said alright. He rather rudely made sure I was on my way, sounding doubtful. As I was still working I sent my husband who advised me the man inside was curt and rude, even though he made it there in less than 10 minutes. When he brought the cake home it was very cold, like all they did was remove it from a freezer and let it defrost. If I knew I wasnt not ordering a fresh cake I wouldnt have bothered, especially with the rude service. I checked online for their hours and it does say they are open till 7. So they must have just wanted to go home early. I will definitely not be going back her and will now be bringing a defrosted pound cake, baked who knows when, to my mothers birthday.

I have had my baby shower cake done here and it was 100% like the photo I showed them so I trusted them that they would do a good job with my daughter’s birthday cake. The baker made a gigantic cake bigger than the size of my daughter’s head, the pony looked like a donkey and ABSOLUTELY NOOOTHING like the photo I showed her. The cake was originally $175, they charged me an extra $40 for having different colors inside the cake. The baker’s boss did not refund me or apologize for me not liking the cake. Instead, he disputed with me and the baker laughed. The pony the baker made was BLUE not purple like the picture I sent her and I cannot believe the complete difference between the photo and the cake. Had she told me she doesn’t know how to do it like the picture, I would understand but to argue WITH A CUSTOMER is very unprofessional!

First time in this area since we went to Joes Crab Shack yesterday for my daughter’s birthday. We were in need of a cake. I went here and was greeted by a gentleman. He was extremely helpful. Hands down. I was asking how does this taste, how does that taste etc. I told the gentleman I’m looking for a cake that’s not too sweet. He recommended the Hazelnut cake which he had in the back, not on display. Took it knowing my 8 year old may not like hazelnut. This cake was amazing! She ate a big slice and the next day asked for more. My parents and family also loved the taste of this cake. Thank you so much for recommending this flavor. We enjoyed it. Next time we’re in the neighborhood, we will get another one.

Simply delicious! Everything looked so good that I didn’t know where to start. Gabby, who had a huge smile and a tremendous attitude, suggested their mini pastry box. My entire family was delighted and their red velvet cheesecake was just perfect. Great pastries and great customer service, you gotta try them!!!

Excellent service! Had a custom cake made for my daughters dedication and I couldnt be happier. Quick response to emails and always able to get someone on the phone which is more than I can say for some other bakeries. The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. I will be using them for all my future events.

I was very happy with the customer service. I couldnt pay my bill with my debit card because my purchase wasnt $10.00 minimum for credit card. So the cashier allowed me to pay with the changes that I had & I was happy that she trusted & waited for me to go next door to get cash to pay the $.57. As promised, I got the $$ & return with the rest of what I owed. Thanks.

This bakery is amazing!!! Everything is delicious !! If you need a place to seat and study or read, this is the right place. Its very quite, they have free wifi also everyone is very friendly. AND THEY MAKE THE MOST AMAZING CAKES THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!Definitely my favorite place. !!

I have to rate this average because I believe that the prices do not reflect the quality of dessert that you get. They do have plenty of different items, but I thought it was a bit pricey its also hard to park there
