This VZ location says fraud all over it. A rep sold a phone to my mother in law. Telling her the promotion was to add another line which would obviously increase their bill knowing the phone number associated was eligible for an upgrade. When I realized what they had done. I went to the location twice. The first time they said the rep isn’t here and he’s the only one who can make adjustments. Now if you ever go to a corp Vz store anyone can help you. The second time same thing rep called out sick can’t help you. Long story short they told me I needed to go to corp Vz unless I wanted to wait until the guy decides to come in. Went to corp vz on route 3 Clifton (Great service). They help and told me I need to call this place and get the old phone back. So I call and they tell me the old phone was already shipped. The owner or manager tell the rep who’s trying to help me that he wishes he can help me but he’s on the way to a wedding unfortunately I’d have to wait. Corp Vz fixed it but this goes for anything thinking about coming here. DO NOT DO IT. THEY WILL LIE AND MAKE IT LOOK GREAT WHEN IT TRULY ISNT.

This is the first (and likely only) Google review I have written, but it’s well-earned. After waiting more than three weeks since I ordered a new phone for pickup at this store via the Verizon app, I finally collected my new phone, thanks only to the diligence of Jason from Wireless Zone in Clifton. Over the course of three weeks I spent a total of 4+ hours on the phone with Verizon customer service agents across three separate calls, all of whom were very friendly. Each, however, also failed to adequately resolve my problem despite repeated assurances things would be addressed “on their end . . . within 72 hours.” My order never arrived at the store, and worse yet, the store had no record of any order pending delivery.When I finally visited the store in person last Thursday, Jason was immediately sympathetic to my situation and immediately went to work to resolve the issue, checking in with me daily via text message to ensure the problem got resolved ASAP. He even spent his own time on the phone with Verizon support today to ensure that when I came in, I would be able to collect the phone I had ordered more than three weeks ago.If you’re going to purchase a phone, or really need any assistance with your mobile service or devices, I highly recommend speaking with Jason. Honestly, he should probably be promoted to Chairman of the Board, but while he’s still working at Wireless Zone, you’ll be well-served by directing your business to them. Thank you, Jason!

I always go to this Verizon location over the corporate store in Totowa cause of the customer service. Pete went above and beyond in my most recent visit. Always highly recommend this location.

My husband and I were looking to switch carriers and just happened to be in the area of this location so we went in and were helped by Jasmine & Rodney. They are both knowledgeable, helpful & made our experience amazing! They were able to fix the issues we had with one of our phones! Thanks to them we are now back to being Verizon customers!!!

I drove by the place twice because the signage is teeny tiny but thats on me. They opened over an hour late and told me to wait because they needed 15 minutes to open, and the best part is she wasnt very nice...at all!

I had to cancel my father in laws phone due to his death and Triston made this alot easier with his professionalism.

Clerk lied to my senior citizen father about the tems regarding a free tablet when signing a contract for a new cell phone. After I was made aware of the situation, I called the store to confirm the plan and was also lied to. Only became aware of the charges after speaking with Verizon .He had $53 worth of connection charges on his first bill along with a 2-year contract for an additional monthly fee.This was an out right scam to make more money.

Visited 3 different Verizon stores and no one could fix my cell phone problem. Two of the stores sold me items to enhance the mechanisms. (Storage & memory) I believe them because I wanted to trust them & they know what theyre talking about. One store had me delete all of my photos to make room. With each visit my cell worked for 1 day. I could not get my text message or voice messages. So annoyed. My minor grandson visited and in 2 mins my cell works perfectly for weeks. Now I receive text messages from Verizon if I want to hear my voice message I need to sign up $$.. Really disappointed in Verizon.

Seriously please do not go here...As I was being disappointed with the service another customer came in to upgrade to an Iphone and they did not have any...Any who. I purchased a ventev phone charger cable for my iphone and 20 days later went to return it cause it just stopped working. I had the receipt, the original packaging, and the charger in new condition. With an attitude I was told I can not return it cause it had been over 14 days ! Are you serious IT DOES NOT WORK ! I was told to contact the company and resolve it with them. The charger cost about 21.00. I asked to exchange it for something else, anything to avoid having to contact the company and to resolve this in one step and there were no help at all. I will never return here and will be sure to share that sentiment with anyone who will listen including all of my gym members next door who may think to go there to shop...FYI I contacted ventev and in one call they apologized and sent me a replacement. I cant help but wish this retailer would have done the exchange and contacted the company since they obviously have a relationship with them...

Jasmine is Excellent

Horrible service!!! They sold me the apple IPhone X with false information about the phone. I was told the phone was water resistant up to 3ft. of water and was not true. I used it to take pictures and videos and phone died on me. I called apple support and they had told me phone is not water resistant and could not understand why a sales rep would say this to their customers.I went back to speak with management, they refused to help me. In would never recommend anyone to purchase a phone here

Julian Carrera spent two hours explaining each aspect of the phone to me. He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about this product, and he was very patient!
