This location is going over a major remodeling and is looking great. More choices, very clean, a separate area for people that use the scanners to ring up merchandise themselves. They also will shop for you and you can pick it up at the curb. I absolutely love all the upgrades to the store.The florist section has great ready to go bouquets that are very reasonably priced and do not seem to die quickly at all.Store also has a pharmacy and there is a PNC bank branch inside.

I used to love this location but its awful now! Like the remodel is great the layout is much better I could even be okay with the shelves being higher but the stuff then stacked on top of the higher shelves is horendous!!!!!Like it looks super tacky and reminds me of an off brand Kmart... but it is also super gross and claustrophobic too.Like why go with a sleek cool remodel for the whole store and then absolutely ruin it by stacking stuff up on top of the shelves?!?!

I have been visiting this store at least once in a week since 2017. So far very good experience. 1. Good parking area. 2. Enough carts available. Trolly any hand held. 3. Fruits 🍎 🍌 🥭 🍊 mostly fresh. 4. Vegetables 🥦 🥕 mostly fresh. 5. Baby 👶 foods are mostly available. 6. Milk and Juices are available in varieties. 7. Employees are good and helpful. 8.Coinstar machine available. 9. Pharmacy is cheaper than RiteAid. 10. I like self checkout.

I love this place. Close by my home and they have sushi which is the best part for me. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Wish they had delivery services other than that I love it here

Excellent, friendly staff. Very attentive manager and just a block away from my sons school. Very convenient shopping. However, very little to offer the kosher food shopper ( if that matters to you).

I can Not express enough how disappointed and unsanitary the deli department was today. My husband & I always order deli meat and cheese for the week. We come to this stop & shop at least twice a week since it is closer to home than the one in MorrisPlains by his job. The machine to cut the meat was absolutely disgusting, there was left over meat sitting there for a while you can tell by the texture of it being dried out. Let alone every time you ask them to place paper in the middle of the cheese so that it doesn’t pile up and stick together which when you go to grab a slice of cheese it crumbles into pieces they listen but never do it. If you go to other stop & shops they know exactly how and do as you ask with your deli cheese. My husband spoke to the manager that was there today when this happen and it seem as if they was not bothered or it wasn’t a big deal. The deli worker that was there seem to feel like it was not a big deal or bothered at the fact that we did contact the manger that was there today 8/19/21 I feel that this was absolutely unacceptable and someone should speak to the staff in the deli department. The shelves are fully stacked. They have tons of options for quick dinner and lunch options. This store is huge. This is definitely my new satellite location

Absolutely piss poor experience. Walked in, slipped and fell in the frozen aisle. Spent 25 minutes looking for breadcrumbs. Asked for help at customer service and was told its somewhere between aisles 5 and 8 I asked if it had a spot, I was told its somewhereDid not bother to look it up. Did not bother to assist. Will not be coming back. Store was disorganized, poorly laid out, and staff was unwilling to help.Ive worked in grocery. Ive worked creating planograms for retail. The staff here was beyond incompetent.

Just renovated (August 2021) and store looks great. Good selection of produce, seafood, and great bakery. My favorite employee is Chris, who checks me out fast and keeps me entertained with sports talk. My favorite super market.

An usual stop and shop store but little cleaner then other stores. They have well verity of goods. Their vegetables are usually fresh. They also have some organic vegetables. Some of the goods are overpriced. They have a PNC bank inside. They sell small amount of cooked food . They have a big parking lot. Most of the stuffs are friendly.

Newly remodeled store, spacious, more prepared food items then before. They have a great international food aisle, But still slightly higher priced than shoprite.

I recently ordered my groceries online for pick up. The process was easy, from finding what I needed, to applying coupons. The $2.95 fee is amazing! I pulled up to a designated spot, called the # that was posted, told them what spot I was in, and then less than 2 minutes later, here comes Samantha with my groceries. Samantha was so cheery and kind, which isn’t the norm lately. I was so disappointed when Samantha told me that she couldn’t accept a tip. I do understand that she is doing her job, but I also feel that if someone wants to give them a tip, they should allow it. Stop & Shop should really allow their workers to be rewarded for their kindness, if that is what the customer feels like doing. A little kindness goes a long way for me.

This store need serious help. The store is disorganized and you cant find items in the same aisle. All I hear is customers complaining including me and my wife. Secondly the scale machines in produce not working. Another thing is the self check out registers are awful. Lastly I keep coming by to pick up Tattooed Chef from the frozen food aisle never restock thats sad.

This is my first visit to the Stop & Shop. Great product selection, and the store was spotless and well-organized. Cashier was courteous and efficient.

They remodeled there store and and fixed it up nice. But they should watch where they have there rice at in the back because I brought rice today the big ones, brand was :Canilla Parboiled and it had little mice holes at top of bag when I opened it to prepare dinner. I was wondering why all this rice fell out and I saw holes like bite marks. Yall have to get an exterminator in on that!!! Always check rice and other products before purchase. Lesson well learned....

There is not 1thing that I can say I had a bad experience. Every worker that I had to ask a question, not 1 had or showed an attitude. But most importantly, the store is very clean. ☘💜

Customer Service is poor. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She had no patience in front of me the customer. If you work in a supermarket you should have patience and people skills. She didn’t want to help me out and rudely told me to come back tomorrow. She said she couldn’t help me with my problem again very unprofessional. There were a few other workers there too who were rude, so my experience was really bad.

I have been a customer of the Kingsland ave store for years. I have watched it deteriorate over time. When I see broken freezers ( for weeks)with wet dirty towels in front of them, un stocked shelves, only having 2 or 3 registers open, not very friendly employees, it is time to find a new store. I heard the Broad st store was all new and organized . I tried it and yes it’s new and clean but again the shelves aren’t stocked..I was unable to get 14 items on my shopping list.ie: Coffee mate,lite & fit yogurt,seeded rye bread,Doritos,center cut bacon,zucchini,Bob evens mashed potato just to name a few.when I asked an employee for the managers name, she told me she couldn’t pronounce it. I had also asked to speak to the manager of the Kingsland st store on more than one occasion, I was always told he wasn’t in in or he just left. Last but not least,THAT ROBOT HAS TO GO...What does that thing cost.? Is he the reason why your prices are so high and you can’t open more registers? You can renovate all you want but if the shelves aren’t stocked, and I have to wait in long lines and be lied to by employees, then it’s time to find another store..

Ive never ran into any problem finding things. The prepared food section is one of the best ones Ive seen so far since thats where I get food whenever Im too lazy to cook. They dont sell alcohol but there is liquor store in the same complex which is still convenient.

I was in stop&shop on March 13th getting anniversary card’s for my wife. I accidentally took 3 which 2 of them were the same but originally I wanted just 2. I am handicapped and use a walker and when I to the register this young cashier man named Eric could not do enough for me and took me to customer service as I sat in my walker to return the card I accidentally took and get my money back for the card not to mention he went back to the aisle to get me a right fitting envelope. I sure do hope the management of stop&shop on broad street realize that they have an excellent worker and one heck of a gentlemen. Greg v.

Ive been utilizing their shop ahead and pick up service first the past few months. Ive been pleased with the service. The staff has been pleasant & helpful upon picking up my orders.

Store is decent but limited in a lot of things I was interested in purchasing. Customer service staff is the best thing they have going on because management and floor staff are not friendly at all.

Store is clean and spacious. One problem there is a creepy robot in the store. It always seem to follow me around the store. It creeps me out and its hard to focus on shopping. A gentleman said, That Marty the store cop! Marty I notice you always follow me. Not cool Marty not cool.

I was recently was in this location to pick up some shampoo and toothpaste. I usually shop at the one on Kingsland however I was in the area. The haircare aisle was squished up against the wall for florals and impossible to shop unless you jam yourself into the area. I couldnt even bend to get the product from the bottom row and ended up leaving without getting what I needed. I also noticed a ton of product not available and when I went to the Customer Service area to ask there was a long line about 6 individuals long and only one person attending.Although this location is closer to where I live, I will be visiting other grocery stores for the convenience of shopping.Edit 9/2021: recently visited and they have remodeled the store. Looks great and now offers a cleaner easier shopping experience. Also, product was in stock when I was there. Nice job!

Stop & Shop in Bloomfield is a great store to shop. You can find good deals there but you must take your time. The store is clean and the staff is nice. I still would sat check Shop Rite and Walmart but still Stop & Shop always has good deals. Hey thats what shopping is all about.

Not only do they pack one item per plastic bag they tie them so tight that you cannot even reuse them. The most un-eco-friendly pickup shopping experience I have come across in Clifton, NJ. At least provide a recycle program if our only other option is to fill the landfills with your single use plastic. So disappointed.

What I like the most about this supermarket is that inside there’s a PNC bank and a western Union. Very convenient!

Shelves are never full/stocked. Remodeled has not made a difference. Prices are high. Only go if I desperately need something & pray it is in stock.

They always have what I need and are super helpful in what Im trying to find.

Since the COVID pandemic I’ve seen much improvement in the deli section. I am very picky with my cold cuts. Before that the deli guys were not cleaning the slice machines as often as they should leaving it bloody after slicing roast beef. Also, those guys in the deli section were always cleaning their noses with the plastic gloves and then slicing cold cuts. So disgusting. The manager in this section should be very attentive to ensure they follow protocols. But have to say that now after COVID they’ve change their act. I can now buy my favorite cold cuts. Of course I am a fan of Boars Head brands. My grandfather was always a fan back in the days when he owned his grocery store in NY. Keep the deli clean Stop and Shop!!
