All of Indian grocery at one location. Just heads up before walking into the store make sure to make shopping list. Little things become tempting to buy. Also, keep eye on product price because they change depending time and season. During Diwali sale best time to grab grains/beans packets. During the checkout keep eye on screen if something doesnt look right point it out or ask for it to remove it.

I am requesting not to shop in this place because they are charging double amount in same items. Today I bought only 4 items. The cashier charged me double amount in 4lb DAL which is $ 5.99. This is third time they did it to me.My friend already advised me on 2019 not to shop in this place because of double charging.

Good store but no Covid measures. I saw a customer have long personal conversations with the cashier by moving across the protective shield. The customers dont have any social distancing. I tried standing 4ft away from the customer in front of line and another guy tried to stand in the gap!!!

Good store locally. It was crowded with people waiting to check out vs shopping. They should monitor the number of people inside at one time or open up additional checkout lines.

Prices are reasonably and the quality of produce is very good.

Selection is good but the people, especially management are some of the nastiest people ever. Most items are not priced and God forbid you ask the price. Oh No......Ask any question and your bothering them. Theyre extremely rude while telling you the price or they just tell you its not too expensive, which basically isnt answering at all.Id love too give them a better review when they change their ways. And this is America, speak English, especially when youre obviously talking about the customers directly infront of you.

Narmada groceries have improved a lot over the last 4 years we have been going there. The vegetables are very fresh and you can get every item on stock for most of the days. We have made Narmada our go to place for all Indian food items.

This store is a scam I guess. Rates are all marked extra by $2.00- $3.00 for each item. Plus the attitude they have is just not acceptable. They sell expired items, sometimes u open the stuffs and it is has fungus in it. FDA needs to go and give them a good round. It is better to go Jersey City and buy groceries. Totally unethical people they are. Rude and not ready to accept their mistake. Just think we have monopoly so we can do whatever we like. Horrible customer service

Narmada is a good Indian store.Accessibility is good due to proximity to highway.They seem organized and maintained good practices when the covid shutdown started. They are getting a bit more lax these days.The prices are definitely much higher compared to Jersey City. I dont know its due to Covid shutdown. But paying 1.5x or more is definitely disappointing. Otherwise no complaints.

I don’t know about the other Indian store but this shop is the one shop for all Indian grocery or for people who wants to experience the Indian ingredients to cook for the first time. The staff are great. If you want to shop here go during the week days. Weekends the shop is full

This is an Indian Grocery Store. You will have vegetables, milk products, snacks. Shop is very neat and nicely arranged unlike the stores you find on Indian street. Ample of parking space. This is an advantage which you wont get near Indian Street. You have subway and Dollar store the same shopping area

Hi when u guys buy something plzz count items and give 1-1 item in one time because if u give in hurry the cashier staff scan your item in starting and put the item on the table and your rest item start scaning when everything is done in between that they swipe your item again which one they put on the table already swiping plzz focus in your make sure u guys save and when u catch the people do like this then they heavy on u and then said its mistake happing i recommended to u all dont trust me go and cheak your persnal level i hope u all trust me whos agry with me plzz comment in my mail thanku 🙏🏻

It seems like during Covid, they increased prices a lot. We did shop here not having to go to Edison but lately covid19, their prices are higher than many other Indian grocery store.

The products that are sold by Narmada are expensive as well as they sell stale stuff. The oil available is narmada for 5.99 is available for 2.99 in Jersey City. We only use to go because its convenient but I bought a bread from them with expiry of almost 20 days and when I came home and checked it was filled with green fungus which seems highly inappropriate.Kindly check and then buy from here.

In the Kohls shopping center. It has all of the staples for Indian cooking. It also has a limited amount of fresh produce that is very reasonably priced.I go there a couple of times a year and stock up.They do not carry items for other Asian cooking -- no fish sauce or Thai curries.

Clean place for Indian groceries. Not too big and not too small a place. Yet has quite a bit of variety. Vegetables are usually fresh. Definitely recommend a visit if you live around the area or if Jersey City is too far. Also plenty of parking is available as its in a strip mall.

No help, no price on products and i just checked my receipts, they over charge me for couple time, it says special on bag for 5.49 and when i went home checked my bill, it charged $6.99 . Happens to me 3-4 time here, people you should be-careful, i know they going to blame computer for all this mistakes but eventually my friend they making money this way .

Good clean store. Even on a Sunday, pleasant experience. Not for the person looking for cheapest Indian grocery. I liked it because for slightly higher cost you get peace of mind. Also, store is not a huge one. Dont expect a big store, decent size store in a strip mall

Good place. Not expensive at all. Reasonably priced and I dont think they have any competition for Indian groceries near that area. Good part is its close to Costco so you can go to 2 places quickly. Infact amc is right there too and you can have a movie night in the end if you dont mind groceries sitting in your car for a while.

Sold the wrong ice cream to my father I immediately return to the store for an exchange the so called manager Mahul laughed as if I was telling him a joke and Said no .Dear Narmada where ever you are hire better staff I am sure plenty of capable people. You have made 10 dollars at the cost of losing my families business for life.I amSure Mahul is laughing while reading this . It only takes a small ripple to flip a boat.

Narmada is one of the worst, overpriced, dirty and unfriendly store I have visited. The owners really need to get their act together and fix the store before it closes down! A complete scam of a store! Price is labelled something and checked out something different, and when you give this information to the cashier they dont seem to care. Narmada, there are other stores in the area who are MUCH MORE BETTER then you guys! Clean up your store and also fix your attitude. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!

Store is very well organised and clean. No need to keep looking around for stuffs. I think they should put Aisle No with products name. But still I am familiar with the store so I am fine.

You dont need to drive to Jersey City or Edison for Indian groceries.However quality control is a big issue here, a lot of the foodstuff is expired or about to be expired in the next few days. Please double check the expiration dates before purchasing anything here.
