DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING FROM AMAZON. You are better of going to Kohls I have encountered time after time an issue trying to return Amazon items at this specific location. Do yourself a favor and do not even attempt to return any Amazon products here!!

I dont know how folks think the staff is so great. Ive been in this store location at least 10 times and each and every time the staff seems so miserable with absolutely no interpersonal skills; no greeting or eye contact. I know this is a shipping service but come on a simple hello would be nice with a smile. I said hello to the young women today and received no greeting back. UPS should start training their employees on customer interaction skills.

10/26 @ 2:46pm, the lady was so rude. I asked her to repeat what she said and she literally yelled at me and after that she remain rude during the whole transaction. I mean how hard it is to be nice to people. Would not be coming back here.

Always good experience. For me, waiting time was always less than 10 mins. Max 5 mins on register including fill up the address my self. Used fastest service also to send the document in other state (TN) - they delivered on time. Parking always available near by store. Dunkin, Rite aid also near by the store. Employees are good.

I called the Clifton, NJ location to ask if someone would be available to assist me in getting my package out of the car because it was too heavy, and the girl that answered said they do not do that there. That they were under staff and could not assist.Poor customer service....

What I don’t like about this store is if you need a box sealed and shipped a small box they do not seal the box in front of you, I believe it should be sealed in front of the customer .

Mara is an awesome employee! She is courteous, polite, and embodies all the traits of “stellar customer service”. She has an infectious smile and genuine desire to help the customers. During a Sunday visit there, she opened and already had a line of 12 people (i was 9th in line). As the sole employee at the time, she meticulously handled all the transactions with efficiency, tact, and yep: smile on her face. Not one person grumbled about the line because her system worked and people were in and out in less than 2 minutes.Other reviewers have mentioned the owners’ lack of people management and poor leadership, so I would hope that he is thankful for having an employee with a strong work ethic and phenomenal customer service skills. Give her a raise and a bonus! She’s earned it!

This is the most expensive notary service, they are charging $8 per paper where as other UPS stores are charging $5, they charged me $88 for 11 papers. I thought it is standard price across all UPS stores hence I did not ask the price before visiting them.

Safe location to receive your packages, if you are not home. Also accepts prepaid return packages. I have a box here. Sends e-mails to you when a package arrives. I pay for my box in installments, every 3 months. Quick, friendly, professional service. Free parking in shared lot in strip mall in Clifton, NJ.

Just went there to get a notary and this one gentleman (the manager perhaps) had a serious attitude. After making the notary he tells me itll be $8! The most expensive Ive ever paid. When I mentioned it brushed it off. He is clearly burnt out and needs to find another job. Besides him, all the other staff Ive encountered are friendly. 5 stars for employees, 0 stars for the management. SICK.

It’s unfortunate that Raul doesn’t know how to make change. My total was 4.27, I gave him a 5 dollar bill and told him I would provide the change. I go to hand him the 27 cents so he can give me a dollar bill and he said NO I cannot do that. Really!!! It would be a good idea to get better qualified staff.

I would give this place zero stars if i could its such a shame that this place had such amazing employees especially the young man and young lady that used to work in the afternoon, up until recently where they were split up which is such a shame because they worked wonderfully together and were so quick and attentive. I came in yesterday shocked to hear that they are both gone, but management needs to treat these employees better. I wish success for both these wonderful young people as well as the fantastic workers there now, the employees are nothing but kind and respectful it’s a shame that this business is not run properly. I wish I got their names, however I also wish them luck and success. RUN A BETTER BUSINESS YOU LOST GREAT WORKERS AND THAT IS NO ONES FAULT BUT YOUR OWN!!!

Went to the store before they close. The two employees in the store did not open the door. They are the worst. They kept looking at me and they close the door 20 mins early. This is a franchise and independent operator. Give your business as someone that deserves it not them!

Every time I come to this store you are grated with the most unhappiest and miserable guy that works here. He looks at you such anger that permeates from him that makes you want to drive 20 minutes away to get service. Someone please help this guy with some customer service classes. I hope my returned times get to wheee they need to go.

A little bit busy when I went in the afternoon to ship out. However, two people on the afternoon staff managed the line so well, and as quickly as they could! I wish i got their names!! Also, they had these cool flashlights that I will be back to buy soon.

I dropped off an envelope at NOON to be shipped overnight on a Thursday. The shipping cost $56. It was not delivered on Friday. When I called UPS to check on the shipment, they told me that the UPS driver did not pickup the shipment on time on Thursday so it will be late. Great JOB ups.

5 STAR RATING FOR THE EMPLOYEES!! 0 STARS FOR THE OWNER!! I came into this location not to long ago and there were these nice two young adults who were very respectful working the front. They made sure to let everyone know they would be right with them even though it was busy. I get up to the counter for help and the nice young lady is helping me when a older rude man comes from the back complaining about the line. I found out he was the owner of the store. He had the audacity to yell at both his employees in front of customers. I made sure to let this guy know that they were doing a good job handing the customers and he didn’t have to be rude. The thing that made me most sad is both of the employees seemed to be use to his bad attitude.

Would have given UPS zero stars but you cant, absolutely appalling service, send 2 packages with UPS, both with guaranteed delivery at 10:30, first package got delivered 3 days late and the second one was also late but same day, calling to get refund, no refund because guaranteed delivery at 10:30 doesnt mean that, it mean 12:00. WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN!!!Also package got to me water-damage, with endorsed papers inside, NICE WORK UPS !!!!!!

This store is a rip-off they want over 320$ for small box. I called 3 other stores in the area they are all under 200$. Girl at counter could care less when i asked if she can match price useless couldnt even work with me on price.. I was even willing to get a receipt from the store im using in Pompton Lakes I paid 182$ for 2018 year.

I have been coming to this store regularly for more than 2 years now, havent had a problem, staff is friendly and professional, until today June 5th, 2020 when I called the store at 5:55pm to ask what time they close because I have a package to drop off. The person that was on the phone was a male named Raul . He was very cold and had an attitude, and said that store closes at 6:00pm. I hung up, looked online to confirm store hours and it said they close at 7pm. So I went to the store at 6:15pm, and surprisingly he was there still working, took the package from me with a cold attitude and handed me my receipt. I confronted him saying I was the one with you on the phone few minutes ago and you said that you close at 6pm even-though store hours are until 7pm. He tried to hide his lie, saying that they are in the process of closing. Didnt apologize, didnt acknowledge his lack of professionalism and lack of respect and the fact that he lied to me as a UPS customer. Im calling UPS and he will be reported !! This dude is really a shame on UPS and if I dont hear an official apology from UPS about this incident, no longer doing business with them and will make sure everyone knows about this horrible customer service.

They closed their doors 5 minutes at LEAST before closing time... I got in my car Google the number and called at 658... asked when they close... 7, the young girl said... I told her I was at the door and it was locked already... She then said we close at 657... How bout you lock the doors at 7 and service customers until the hours posted?

I would give this store ZERO stars. The owner of this location is a real douche bag. Nasty person to customers and his employees, talking down at employees in plain view of us customers is not a way to run a business. You cant treat people the way you do. There are plenty of other UPS store locations to go to, steer clear of this location!!

I shipped some watches to a hotel in Nevada I paid for two they shipping because the person who was going to receive them was going to be in A hotel in Nevada for just a couple of days. There was a problem with the shipping and the package didn’t make it on time I called UPS and they weren’t of help and told me I had to go to the store where I had shipped them from. It was a lengthy process but Laura the store manager was FANTASTIC! She was helping me trying to get the watches back. Which apparently had been lost. And when we finally found them she got them back to me, at no extra cost, and gave me a refund for the shipping. Laura was professional and caring. And she provided a fantastic customer service!

Paid $80 dollars additionally for packaging to have multiple items shipped. The heavy materials were all placed in one box, and had a little bubble wrap on it. The box was returned and and came back beat up. The packaging did not appear sturdy, and was falling apart by the time i needed to pick it up. Not happy with this location at all.

The store is horrible. They never make anything easy. I was turned away because I had a UPS ground label and needed a UPS envelope that they would not provide free of charge. They make you purchase the generic envelopes they stock at the store. Always a problem here.

The manager berated an employee in front of an afternoon crowd at the store. The employee was obviously a kid and he messed up but the manager dealt with the employees errors horribly. Deal with problems away from customers!

Paid $25 to express deliver documents 2nd day, but the documents were not deliverable as the recipient moved. However, UPS did not attempt to contact me nor the recipient to get the new address, or to let me know there was a problem with the delivery. Instead, they waited three weeks to return the documents to the store and finally they called to say the documents were undeliverable! The store refused to re-send the documents or even partially reimburse me for the failed delivery.
