Been dealing with Darwin at NTV for many years great bunch to do business with.

They dont know how to communicate I hate running there but I only do it when I have to because youre one of them can call you and you talk to him and I dont know how to communicate or they show up at your door when its not time for me to even be open to ask about money but if you call 5 minutes before theyre supposed to close they dont pick up the phone

I got a new couch from there and found out its was full of bugs and the will not refund my money. Will never forget about this. They should be responsible for what they sell.

Sales people are courteous, and kind. Answer questions and dont while they will try to talk you into a sale, they dont pressure you hard like some places will.
