I went in this store yesterday 6/28/21at about 6:30-7p.m and I looked around for something I seen online until the lady asked me what I was looking for. She was just nasty. Like I showed her a screen shot from the online store and she said well thats a online special it says it right on there. Im like umm this is a screen shot it doesnt though. Then she told me bring your price up then I can sell you something. How can you be a salesperson and talk to people like this. Youre basically telling me I cant afford something and she had no idea what I was willing to spend that day. I felt like she thought she could talk to me like that because Im in my 20s but thats not how you make a impression. I refuse to patronize a business that talks to people like that. She was almost arguing with another lady before I walked in. I hope you guys have a refresher course on how to talk to people. Because Im definitely very concerned about her sales tactics.

Even though there was only one sales associate at the Clinton Maryland location, the customer service was outstanding and he assisted everyone in a timely manner.

I went to your store looking for either a box spring or foundation. My Sales rep (Mr Will) was outstanding in helping me to find one. I appreciate the fact that he paid attention to my needs, and was very knowledgeable about the kind of mattress I had and made several recommendations that ultimately supported what I needed. I like to read at night before falling asleep and the lifting/reclining bed frame was a perfect (Reasonably priced) suggestion.

I knew what I wanted, sharing the specifications with store manager Emanuel. He helped me so quickly & efficiently that i had completed my purchase in 30 minutes. I was highly satisfied with the process.

We went on Sunday to look and Alexis helped us out, asking pertinent questions and directing us toward the areas where mattresses that fit our needs were. She never pressured us into making a choice but made the perfect recommendation that we ended up going with. Delivery was quick and easy, at a reasonable cost, and we ended up under budget with a bed that exceeded expectations!

We came in unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon and left having bought a king sized mattress we were very happy with. Mr Washington was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the mattress brands and listened to our needs. As I entered the Clinton store I was happily greeted by Antonio Jenkins. I shared my concerns regarding a couple of mattress sets that I recently ordered, which were actually out of stock due to a highly demanding special sale during the holidays.I mentioned that I needed these items within a week and explain that I purchased a king size bed frame set and received the delivery yesterday (I took photos with measurements to show when I arrived in the store). In addition, I expressed the comfort level for those who would sleep on them.Well, Antonio recommended two comparable mattress’s as a replacement for the items that were out of stock. I narrowed the selection down that best fix the quality and price value of the products we didn’t receive.In conclusion, Antonio, with the assistance of the manager, Angela Robinson, were able to contact the financial processing office, rework my previous financial transaction and accommodate my request to deliver these items within 4 days. They ensured me that the entire order would be delivered two days before my wife and I welcomed guest to our home.On behalf of my wife, we want to thank Antonio and Angela for making our upcoming guest experience worthwhile!

Walked in, woman named Angela came up and told me she would be with me in just a moment. A couple minutes later she asks me what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for, I was looking for something really basic, I dont have a lot of money and a low income and heard they had sales today. I told her I have a max of 300 dollars I can spend today. Im not looking for anything special or top of the line just a basic mattress. She begins to try and up sell a 600 mattress and told her I cant afford it right now, then she tries to sell me a 500 dollar mattress....I told her again its not what Im looking for. I begin to tell her I cant afford those today and then she says, you have a job right? You can just finance it. I didnt want to spend that kind of money there today. She asked if I like comfort, I said yes, she responds, then you dont want no cheap one, you can afford 70 dollars a month financing, itll be better for you. She would not let me look at the lower priced mattresses, or even stay on that subject. I wanted a cheap mattress with max of 300 dollars I could spend, I know its not great quality but I can make the most of it. So I left the store and went across the street to mattress warehouse where I bought a 250 dollar mattress, and found what I was looking for and had a salesman that listened to what I want. I would not recommend anyone to go to mattress discounted in Clinton maryland
