I pick up my pre-order copy of Back 4 Blood and got home and the disc was defective wouldnt install. They had the nerve to tell me they wasnt gonna honor an exchange for a new copy and was gonna give me trade in value for a defective disc and I had to pay the difference for a game that was just purchased yesturday. I shouldnt need a warranty because you sold me a defective disc.
They remodeled and got new flooring. Im mad they dont keep PS3 games in store anymore.
I like buying from big retailers & small mom and pops/black owned businesses. That being said Im not a big gamer, so I had a ton of questions and the guys there today knew their sh&t!!! 😊😊😊 so helpful & patient 💯💯💯
Sold me a defective brand new switch and came back next day to exchange for a working one, they refused and claimed becuase I didnt purchase the one year warranty they wouldnt help me even though they have a 30 day back policy for broke or defective products.. Even after speaking with customer service and CS confirming that yes I can exchange, they still wouldnt honor the 30 day exchange policy. They kept claiming I needed a warranty through their store. Called another game stop and was able to get the exchange with my receipt through them with no issues. Terrible, would give no stars if possible. Doesnt surprise me game stops are going out of business.

I overheard the Store manager bragging about how they received 3 extra PS5s on Black Friday and the store employees brought them even though there were droves of people that stood in line all night to purchase PS5s. This is what happens when non local white people are allowed to “manage” in Black communities. This guy and his whole team should be fired. I’m never coming back to this place again.

My friends stood outside for hours to be put on the preorder list for the PS5 on launch day. And when the pre-orders came they ignored the list thus wasting my time. I usually by everything game related at this location because I wanted support this store, so that it stays open at this location. However, GameStop has never offered anything back, just snark, bad trade in prices and now unhonorable practices of wasting loyal customers time. Were taking our money to other places now. You dont care, we dont care. Well be happy when you join the ranks of Blockbuster and Circuit City.
Great items..newest games and refurbished devices available at decent prices.. Buy sell and trade phones, games, and consoles.The trade back value isnt great ..but thats how the store keeps itself in business I guess..Great spot for any level of gamer.

This post will be as petty as the manager (Sierra). So I’m struggling a bit and decided to give up my Xbox. Another store offered $50 but I thought I could get a little more after I remembered I have the membership. Went to this store and was offered $10 but she wanted me to purchase a $40 controller to receive $70. Say what? So she called the store I previously went to and told them that it was necessary to have a wireless controller to get an offer higher than $10. The point of this is that I feel her actions were unnecessary and I still got my better offer from another store :) No I wasn’t explained to why or how the process is for GameStop as to how this became the final decision. I’m in my feeling indeed. The rest of the staff was great hence my 3 stars!
