I went in to port over my number and activate my new iPhone 7 plus. I was assisted by a young brother by the name of Bruce. He was very knowledgeable about process and was very helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and even asked how he be of further assistance to me. Great job! Excellent experience!

This was the worst sprint store Ive ever went to. I usually go to the one in Virginia because the customer service is awesome. Since I was around the area I decided to go to Clinton. I went in to add another line and the male that helped me was rude, unhelpful and was careless of my concerns. He didnt answer my questions but told me it wasnt possible. I tried to explain I spoke to a sales associate over the phone about the promotions they are currently offering. He did not care what I had to say but continue to repeat himself and at this point I was very frustrated with the situation and decided to take my business else where. This occurred 11/09/2016 around 6pm. Now its 11/10/2016 I decide to drive out Virginia and go the sprint in Alexandria 22302. Here is where I was able to receive all the promotions I was told sprint was offering and receive great customer service. The young lady was extremely helpful and fast. Its the last time I go to a sprint in Maryland. Ive noticed a huge difference in customer service in Maryland compared to Virginia. If a Sprint representative is reading this I hope you send secret shoppers to your facilities to see how the sales associate treat customers.

The service is great but you can not do the same thing in the store as you can on line. It cost more in store which is a down side

Terrible customer service, terribly rude staff, and all around horrible store to go into. The internet was down, the employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping the customer in front of them. Just save your time and go to another sprint store, this one was a complete waste of time.I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst store. No customer service at all. I went here as a new customer with phones and phone numbers switching 4 lines from AT&T. The sales person said nothing of credit to pay off AT&T contract. He said nothing about trading in our phones. He sold me a defective WiFi hotspot. I went to take back the device but he said nothing is wrong with it and take it back home. Still didnt work. I took back to the store and mentioned the trade in phone and pay off AT&T Promotion and I no longer want the hot spot device. The gentleman told me I am not eligible for promotion and I need to pay off device in order to remove from my account. I am now stuck w/ paying $3000 bill from AT&T for old devices and breaking contract that Sprint will not pay, and I have to pay off a defective device and $40 of data that I have no access to. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

SPRINT is TRASH use Verizon you Pay for what you get!! It’s like Walmart Vs Target you already know Walmart is Trash, so go to a clean Decent place...🤬

Absolutely the worst. You bring your phone in and they can not tell you the reason your is not working but keep telling you to come back when you have a brand new phone. Say they did everything they could when they only installed yet another software upgrade the reason it wasnt working in the beginning. Take the longer route and skip this location. Or maybe I just had a bad agent.

They help me out quickly even though I had to order brand new phone.
