Great shopping experience on 3/15/19. Sales associate Megan greeted us and went to the stock room several times to find my size. She was extremely helpful (without hovering or being pushy). If your looking for reasonably priced dress shoes (especially in wide sizes), try this store. Ive shopped Bass for several years, but will make this particular store my go-to place.

Good store. Good products. Bad service at the register. The manager just finished telling the cashiers to keep the lines down at the register and that the customer sales come first. We waited forever in line. 3 behind the counter, 2 doing paperwork, only one register open! Ridiculous.
