Listen to the negative reviews. I do not recommend dealing with this company. The Clinton office is incompetent. I wont go into the details but Tina is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried for weeks to get my prescription filled and was strung along without success. Very bad company.

These people are in the business of defrauding the elderly, first, they sold my 86 year old mother a lift chair in suede when they knew that that wasnt acceptable for the Veterans Home, then when she cancelled the order, they charged her a $200 restocking fee ( which was never mentioned during the initial transaction) for a product they didnt have in stock to begin with. Buyer beware. And Yes, there will be a call made to the Better Business Bureau

I only give them 1 star because theres no negative numbers! The office staff never gets my order right. And the technician doesnt ever come back to bring the tanks that he was supposed to bring in the first place! So now Im going to be completely without oxygen for 4 days until the technician comes back to town in 6 days! And...he finally showed up! And he told me that I should not be going through 2 e-tanks and 4 m tanks a week! How does he know how often I get out of the house?! And is it his business to know?!AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
