Went in looking for 1 item and came out with others. Found what I was looking for, however didnt get cart, but a young lady assisted me with what I was looking for, since hands was full she carried up to check out. Very nice of her, then Sharon, cashier was very friendly & nice. Even thought I live in Jackson, I will go too this one more. Newly renovated, store neat & clean. Thank you Big Lots.

This has a whole lot of potential. It needs managers and workers. They need a maintenance crew to keep the store clean. They need more trucks to deliver more products to keep the store stock. You need to update your selection in movies. Like I said, this store has plenty of potential. It needs stronger leadership and better integrity in there workers.

I went in to see if they had a product that I needed. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. I was surprised to see that they sold furniture, its the nice stuff too. Even though the product I was looking for was out of stock I found something else that I needed at a very reasonable price.

Wow. Loved this Big Lots in Clinton. I have been looking for the Dear Foam house slippers that are blue plaid. I found them and at a great price for $ 12.00. Dear Foams are so warm and comfy. Glad I stopped by. Thanks Big Lots. 🤗

I love this Big Lot, but the Manager Dorian needs a attitude adjustment. THE OLDER FOLKS DONT LIKE HIM AT ALL.ONE I KNOW WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM AND HE HAD A ATTITUDE WITH ME ONCE BUT I BRUSHED IT OFF .BUT PLEASE RESPECT THE ELDERS.OTHER THAN THAT ..PERFECT

This store employee, seem to be lost. And have no purpose. Wonderful merchandise but staff not very helpful. And checkout is awful.

Can your company sell different color Tablet Holder. Red Green Blue etc

The only problem I have with Big Lots is if you have a loyalty coupon from them on your phone you cant pull it up in the store. You have to have it on your screen before you go in the store!

Clean store, they were doing some remodeling but it was organized. Though I had a item that wouldnt scan and the cashier couldnt find it but Alicia patient and actually looked for it. Nice store with some decent prices for name brand items.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They no longer have pampers and wipes however and that is 1 of the main things I usually come for.

Big Lots is a nice place. It has decent customer service and some nice prices depending on what youre looking for. They also have a nice selection of products.

Convenient and fast service. Shelves are usually junky. Usually its not a long wait at the cashiers line.

Tried to buy furniture but none in back and they dont sell display. Dude tried to get us to buy some broken returned furniture.I am not happy with this place anymore. I have always bought furniture and beds from them but not anymore. Will spend my money elsewhere. The dudes working surely didnt want to work.
