Locked my keys in my company car Friday after a long day i called after hours and they arrived in less than an hour the technician was quick and qualified

I am from MN And had locked my keys in my truck. I called Hartz and he was there within four minutes, unlocked my truck and it didn’t cost me a penny! Thumbs up to this gentleman as I have never locked my keys in my truck before and he was wonderful and unlocked it for me and this was all done on a Sunday when Hartz was closed but I called the after hours number and he was right there! thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart you are a wonderful person!

OK, Ive had the car for ten yrs so I probably should know better but when I came out to the car with groceries the trunk lock was half turned and would not open. I tried various ways to open it but to no avail. I dropped by Hartz and within a minute (seriously) the very polite man opened the trunk AT NO CHARGE. Ive done business with Hartz before and Ive always been pleased. HAPPY 100TH!

I called off hours via the emergency number because I had locked my keys in my car. He was there within 20 minutes and had my car open within 5 minutes.

We were told that our door couldn’t be fixed and Hartz came in and saved the day! We now have a door that opens, closes and locks.

Place was efficient and staff friendly. Pretty easy to work with. Would not use a key I had already purchased. Would only use their keys. That way they can charge you more for the key they sell you.
