I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was not happy with my dealings with this company. It took 3 weeks to get my garage door fix. At first when they came to fix it I received a call when the worker was on there way. Even though he said he was 20mins out and he was like 5 min away, everything worked out because I had someone at my house. Once the problem was known it took awhile to get it fix. I called multiple times about trying to set up an appointment and was told that I will get a call back when they was available to schedule it. Than I asked when I get an appointment call the technician call because I had no one at home. I was told no that no one could call. At week 3 I called to see when would I get service and was told someone might come that day. I asked can the call I was told no. I wasn’t able to just not go to work on a short notice. I went to work that morning and worked it out to go home after lunch and no one ever came. I called again the next day and was told the following day someone would come out. I was once again told no one could call me ahead of time so I my hands was tied and I had to miss work. I called at noon that day because no had came yet. I was told that I was still on the schedule but the technician had some issues the day before. Around 3p.m that day I received a call saying that the technician wasn’t coming and they would try to get me in the next day. I told them that I was not messing anymore days of work for this. The next morning as I got into my truck to go to work, I received a call saying the technician was on the way. An hour later the technician showed up and fix the issue. Overall I was not impressed with this company.
Installation was fine, love the door, but it took six weeks when I was told two and I had to call several times to remind them I even had an order.... Then they scheduled an appointment without telling me! I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate. Additionally, I was not given the model or serial number and when I called the Clinton location and asked for it so that I could register my new opener and set up the app. I was told they didnt have that information and that I would have to look at the opener itself to get that information. I suggested that in the future it would be a good idea to have that information for clients so that older folks arent climbing up on ladders to get that information. The female rep. actually said to me They usually have people do that for them. Seriously?! I just spent $1,780 on a garage door and now Im supposed to have someone else get me that information? Poor customer service.
Not a successful and/or pleasant experience for me. The guy that measured everything seemed nice enough but the office people took a long while and a few calls to get an outrageous quote and let me know of their inability to find a door or replacement parts for a shop. I have had better experiences in the past but most likely wont be calling them anymore.
Always call the professionals that know what they are doing! Dan did excellent work for us! Thanks. Not our first experience with this company. Always top notch

Way overpriced, nice people, but when your on a tight budget its definitely not affordable.
