I don’t understand how this is a price cutter. I grew up in Springfield and grew up in a price cutter. I have always been able to purchase things from the store at the Starbucks counter or the customer service counter. I had one item I was trying to purchase and they refused to check me out at the Starbucks counter AND the customer service counter. Also have been sold expired products from this store before. Very disappointed in this store and will not be surprised if it goes out of business with how their products and customer service are.

When visiting Clinton I frequent this store. They have a great deli. I just recently bought some Porterhouse steaks at an awesome price. They were tender and juicy!

Every time I go there something is expired!!!! Its been brought to managers attention still NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT LAST GREEN PEPPER HAD WORMS IN IT I JUST THREW IT AWAY

The store is doing a good job keeping stocked and clsan new twist on floor displays to gdt your attention good job by employees and managers

I love Price Cutter! I feel safe without being crowded or feeling people are standing too close, everyone is respectful and wearing masks. I have been very careful through this whole mess to to compromise my hubbys health and there is very few places you can feel comfortable with. And John is the Man when it comes to kindness in that store!

Nice enough place for selection of food products, but very slow service. The produce aisle was clean and laid out colorfully. Those items were fresh and we ate one apple on the way home, yummy. However, check out was atrocious. Only one cashier for more than 20 people. And worse, we had a curbside pickup, prepaid but the phone number on the sign went to a voice mail that wasnt even setup. After multiple calls, we had to go inside and wait for someone to be available to get our order. It is a newer service for Price Cutter so maybe they are still learning. Will think twice before attempting that again.

Have purchased several grocery items from here that I found out were past the expiration date at the time of purchase. They price gouged paper towels and toilet paper in 2020 during the shortage caused by the pandemic. The Starbucks is the only reason for the third star. They have always been top notch.

This is how grocery shopping used to be! I have only good things to say about Price Cutter. The staff is friendly and service is excellent. Their products are good, especially their meat department, which is second to none.

Bathrooms were very dirty but Starbucks was awesome and the girl that took my order was sweet.

Shout out to the meat department. I was looking for a particular cut of meat, the staff helped me with a better cheaper cut that worked for my recipe. This level of service throughout the store.

Loved this place at one time. Worked my rear off for them only to be betrayed and slighted. Upon proof in my favor, absolute nothing from anyone. I see why there is such an incredible turnover. Heard it is going down hill since I left. KARMA

Just put the contents of my cart back and walked out. They will NOT call extra checkers regardless of how busy they are. Im fed up with waiting in line while my ice cream melts. Today they had two lines open with the first one backed up past the office to the west end of the deli and the other one backed up down the isle toward the dairy case. This seems to be business as usual.

Great staff! Always well stocked easy parking lot access. No long lines . Meat selection is great.

Decent prices on meat and produce. The $1.00 aisle is nice for a grocery store. They sell the best made fresh in store tortilla chips for $1-$3 large bag.

Great place to get food. people stay out of your way and you can pick up whatever you want very easily. Its also pretty easy to memorize this place if you want to. I find that to be the best way to shop for me.

Our only experience with this store was snagging discount tickets for Silver Dollar City! Stop by and get a ticket for $45 valid on a Thursday for a one day pass! SAVE YOUR RECEIPT....thats your ticket! Super quick and easy!

Store clerk had a fit because i told her there should be expiration dates on the pies in case. And since there is not i would not buy one. Her reply do you know how long it would take me to date everything in that case? I would be in there all day it is good! It is in there 7 days! I wont be back!

I like this store even though they are a little pricey. Its a clean store and the employees are friendly. They make the best peanutbutter cake in their bakery. They also have smoked meats that are yummy. Come check it out.

This store was so well worth my shop, only place that had TP. Little hidden gem. Probably should keep it a secret tho lol.

Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Selection isnt very good and you need to check expiration dates carefully. The fresh ground beef advertised as 86% lean was extremely fatty. One pound yielded half a cup of fat.

Can find things here that know one else Carrys.

Overall a really good store now with an addition of Starbucks inside. Checkout can be a little slow but the employees provide a positive experience to your shopping trip. Small store but huge alcohol section.

Clean, well identified aisles. Prices can be a little high but always has sales, typical grocery store. Selection is fair. Dont expect Walmart, because its not. Its an old-school grocery store.

It is a friendly place to shop at. My favorite food there is the fried chicken they make in their deli. Try it, youll like it!

There are staff members around to help you. They now have 2 electric carts. I find things there that you cant find other places like the canned wax beans I use for my 3 bean salad.

Actually zero stars. Usually out of sale items, when they do have them they ring up wrong, many many times, and when that happens the clerks will argue and try to convince you that you are mistaken, and should happily pay the wrong amount. Also the sales are effective each Wednesday but half the items are not labeled with the sale price on the shelfs. This is absolutely the very worst store I have ever had the misfortune to shop at. Totally worthless! Need Country mart back, now! If you need toilet paper they have it for .99 a roll, even though you can buy it at the regular price at Walmart now. What a bunch of crooks!

The manager Kerry was very kind and helpful this morning, as well as other staff. They have a lot of different items other grocery stores in this area dont have, and I love their meat !
