I had two car keys made, and only one worked. They tried again. Same results. Ended with half the refund. They went above and beyond what was expected. I do recommend this store.

Needed some weird pex fittings-guy helped me until we found what would work...then cashier helped me find what paint I purchased 2 yrs ago by looking at my rewards member purchases.Good people!!!

Practically anything hardware related. Large lumber yard, tools, paint, and construction supplies. Prices above average! $$$.

One the second associate came to help all was better first one thought it was more needed to talk with cashier and help people just coming in to the store than help the customer that she already said she would go get key to get merchandise for the first customer.

Just as I was coming in from the back door, I told the gentleman, I came this way because it is closest to where the keys are made. And he said ABSOLUTELY!Then I heard over the loudspeaker A customer is coming for a key..And she was there when I got there!Well.. I forgot my wallet in the car and I came straight back and my key was made and already at the front registers waiting for me!Excellent service there!! The Employees are always eager to help! The store is ALWAYS clean! And, there are Great BIG Smiles on the ALL Employees faces; ALWAYS!!I Love our local ACE Hardware Store!!-- Donna --

When I bought some paint it was on sale the young man entered my number but it wouldnt take the discount off so he asked older gentleman why he said it because Im not local when both me and younger man said I was and didnt say or do anything just walked away so I just paid full price only reason I put 3 stars is because the younger gentleman tried everything he could

I love our local ACE!!The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable!They had a manager, for a short period, who was the antithesis of the stores norm.However, everything is back to normal!

Rating it 1 because I couldn’t rate it 0. Apparently nobody knows what’s going on in this store and they are too lazy to get off from behind the register to help.

Found everything we needed for shelves via a worker showing us the way to the brackets, screws, etc...Men outside loading the wood made sure to get us the straightest boards possible for the job
