Stopped to buy a mower today. Went to car to get the cash to pay for it, came back in and the price went up almost a hundred $. The man said they forgot change price from the day before. I will buy my mower someplace else.

*** UPDATE... I EMAILED THE BELOW GUY THAT SAID HE WOULD HELP EVEN ATTACHED A VIDEO SO HE COULD HEAR THE RACKET.. NO REPLY. SO SAID TO SEE SUCH POOR CUSOMER SERVICE**** SEE ATTACHED PHOTO OF THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT stars have gone down to 2.We bought a brand new washer & dryer. Had an issue with a leak & the washer making LOTS of.noise while its on. The gears are very loud and eve every cycle is super LOUD. Service guy fixed the leak (after 3 visits) but said the noise is normal.. Actually said its because the parts they use are so cheap any more.Thanks Kenmore!Wont buy from Sears or a Kenmore product again.

I didnt make a major purchase here, but I do have a sears appliance . I have been in several times to discuss issues with my appliance and how to diagnose and repair it since I couldnt afford a service call. These kind souls have been most helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. I discovered a burned pressure switch after my last conversation which saved me from buying a whole new machine. I wanted to say thank you so very much and the best way I know how is to tell the world to shop at Sears in Clinton MO for the best sales and service.

I recently purchased a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Mike was extremely patient and very helpful in making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases. Disappointed. Tried to sell me a damaged washer at regular price - found the damage after they loaded into my truck. Emails sent to me indicated a 40 percent off sale. Apparently not there. Will look elsewhere for future purchases.

Should have gone somewhere else. Appliances are quality, but the staff are not helpful. They didnt know if they wanted to sell a floor model to me as they needed it on the floor for black Friday???? A sale is a sale, I wasnt even getting a discount.
