Plimpton & Hills is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable! I had a leaky shower and not only did they have the parts on hand. I actually had a person who knew exactly what my problem was and suggested I buy these parts to fix the leak. You can’t get this experience at Lowe’s or Home Depot! Your lucky if someone at Home Depot knows their last name. I highly recommend getting your plumbing parts or someone with actual knowledge at Plimpton & Hills!!

Stopped there today. No one was wearing masks for whatever reason......love to have an answer for that, super powers maybe.Was interested in buying a filler sleeve for my baseboard heat. They asked the brand and I didn’t know, said they were original and they said they probably couldn’t match. I said that’s fine, I am just looking to make something work. They went to back to find something begrudgingly, I felt. It ended up being to tall I asked if they had anything else to make work and they said nope.This is the second time I’ve been here and had a very stand offish attitude towards me. I don’t understand if they don’t like dealing with non-contractors or what exactly it is. I unfortunately will never return. I’m not interested in being treated that way as a customer.
