Great dealership. They keep their promises, which is something very important considering how shady other car dealers are. I was entertained by Tim and Micah, both were very professional yet friendly. I would highly suggest trusting these guys. Tim made me a quote which was very good but I was expecting last minute hidden fees, but lo and behold not a single cent added.Also delivery was done in a shaded area which was amazing, and havent seen at other luxury dealerships Ive been in the past.

Never will I ever purchase another vehicle from Willis nor Infiniti EVER again. Buyer beware.

We took the car in for a simple oil change and to have the TPMS light reset and they found a slow leak in the tire, repaired that and then reset the dash light. The Willis service group always goes above and beyond to service our car.

Willis Infiniti represents their brand honestly and professionally. Both sale and service has been a pleasant experience.

Willis Infiniti has a great service department, my service advisor Jerrah was great, she was nice, courteous, and prompt you can also direct dial which is super convenient. Its also super convenient they have a pickup and delivery option anywhere in Iowa. I was actually nervous going into a Willis service center the 1st time as my previous experience at Willis Collision Center was to say the least, bad. Definitely though 5+ ⭐️ stars for Willis Infiniti service. Why I give an overall 4 stars is obviously I would love lower prices when I do service, the pricing is alright I guess but the larger reason is Willis Infiniti sales it needs some tune up, I want to purchase a new or slightly used S.U.V. with 3 rows the sales staff at least from my remote experience with them was not so hot, I got calls from various sales persons even though I was already talking to one, I asked if I could test one out as my loaner the next time I got service and for my next scheduled maintenance visit, that time I requested to get a 3 row INFINITI loaner for the day with the sales staff, they didnt even bother doing that and I actually got a 2 row car from a brand they dont even sell at Willis. The sales staff were also only eager to sell INFINITIs, they claimed that I could do all my shopping with them instead of going to all of the Willis dealerships but when I inquired about a few of the other cars that Willis carries they didnt even look into those models. So like maybe 3 ⭐️ stars for sales.

I thought sure I would have to leave my vehicle to be serviced and diagnostic testing. I only had 1.5hrs of time because I am a caregiver. The problem was diagnosed and a thorough review of my car was completed and I was on my way in one hour!!They also washed my car.!!!!!

I would leave a ZERO star review if that was possible. I am 2 hours from Infiniti and currently have a problem with my power steering pump. The lady I talked to last Thursday on the phone took my VIN and assured me my powertrain warranty would cover repairs. I get down there just to be told the repairs are not covered. They did offer to fill my gas tank which was appreciated after 4 hours round trip.

I usually never take time to write reviews but I had such a great experience buying a used car at Willis Infiniti I thought I should let others know. Big thanks to Bryan Webber and everyone who was running around behind the scenes taking care of everything. He even went out of his way to deliver one of those big red bows they reserve for new cars to help with the surprise birthday present. She loved it, grinning from ear to ear. Thanks again. Cant wait to pick out my new Infiniti when the pathfinder lease is up this summer.
