The technician was able to remove the hardened blue slime solids. Unfortunately the blue stain couldnt be completely removed.. Not bothered because furniture will be covering it up. Mental note... Dont let colored slime harden on your carpet and stay for months. 🙂

Weve used Zerorez before and have always had a consistent experience. Our carpet is old and carries the stains of about 10 years but always turns out looking so much cleaner and more sanitary. The added bonus of the cleaning process being kid friendly is what caught my eye in the first place. The staff is courteous and very punctual. I like that they send reminders days and weeks ahead of time as well as call a half hour before arriving. I cant say enough about how glad I am we went with their company again!

Then he walked through with us to look at the carpet in our new home and was 100% honest with us that the basic service we booked would work, but it wouldnt resolve the issue of the past owners cat oders and stains. And that the smell would come back with a vengeance. He explained how the bio cleaning works and the 30 day guarantee if the smell comes come for any reason before then.When I say the previous owners left the carpets a mess...that is an understatment. I had a very dirty linen couch it didn’t come clean but looked better. I wish I had called Zerorez first because my attempts to clean the couch myself lead to locked in stains that couldn’t be removed. 😩 the technician was very nice and professional and tried his best but some of the stains wouldn’t budge. My own fault for not calling them before using chemicals and causing stains!

My technician was friendly, prompt, and very efficient. It only took about an hour to do 2 rooms and plus a protectant treatment. He explained my bill before he began and went over it again when it was time to pay. Everything was exactly as he had explained. Out carpet looks and smells great! One added bonus was the low noise level of his suction machine. My dogs are afraid of our vacuum? But they were comfortable with the noise level of their machine!
