The store itself is fine, but I have now had 2 very poor experiences with the Pharmacy staff. They messed up my prescription, did not inform me of a change and were very rude. I never writer reviews, but this one is bad. I will be switching to another pharmacy

My problems with his pharmacy are the following. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable about rxs but not about over-the-counter medications. Two out of the three times that Ive been in there requesting medications for my young children they have recommended the wrong medication. The older pharmacist lady with short curly is the one that made the mistakes. This location doesnt Cary major energy drink brands like Full Throttle or Rockstar. The prices on any goods beside RX and over-the-counter medicine are 35 - 50% higher than all other surrounding business. Unless Walgreens is the only store that carries what you need I highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

Needed to get an emergency few pills for the weekend and it was for my diabetes. The pharmacist was very rude to me on the phone and would not help me. I tried to explain that the Raiter Clinic has my rx but I didnt pick up in time and their other store in town was closed. All I needed was 3 pills to help me with my diabetes. I hope it sits with her all day. I went as far as calling the emergency room to get help.

Its just an average Walgreens however not being 24/7 is a huge issue. Especially in a town as small as Cloquet there is a real need for a 24 hour drug store.

Didnt like the service, there was one customer that was busy with the cashier and another cashier pretending she was doing something I waited 10 minutes and finally I just said the heck with it and left. The time was early afternoon late morning.

While traveling I needed a prescription filled. A prescription that costs me 50$ each time without insurance. I was not only surprised but very upset when it came time to pay and was told it would be 299$. Again, 50$ is the most Ive ever paid in mutiple states for the exact same brand and size. The employee looked at me as though in shock that I thought $299 was way to much. He mentioned he didnt know how I got it so cheap. He even mentioned that maybe the other pharmacies Ive used in the past used some kind of coupon of the web. I paused, he never offered to look for a coupon. Turns out that this medication is 50$ everywhere else except at walgreens where it is $299. In 1 hour the employee owned pharmacy across the street got me taken care of for 30.73$ after they used the goodrx coupon.

Pharmacy tech (Karen) is VERY rude, and not just sometimes but all the time. Not only rude but condescending as well. Other store staff are helpful and courteous.

One of the best Walgreens around. Good prices and great customer service. Always get my flu shot here

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I was attempting to create invitations in the photo lab. I made an error on the final product, and they surprised me by correcting MY MISTAKE without charging me extra!I would say that they definitely went the extra mile.

It also has a FedEx drop off inside😉😊😊

The main pharmacist there is beyond rude, very snooty. I would suggest taking your business to the smaller business across the street, White Drug, located in Super One, the workers are much friendlier and easier to deal with.

Why is the pharmacy open such odd hours? Last week I went in, and the pharmacist was still there at 9:55 pm. Tonight when I needed to buy Sudafed for severe congestion it was closed at 9:15 pm. If the store is open, we should be able to buy things from the pharmacy. It would be really helpful if they were a 24 hour pharmacy! The clerk working tonight just shrugged her shoulders when I asked why the pharmacy wasnt open the hours as the store.One good thing I will say is the young pharmacist that was there last week was very nice, and very helpful.

I was able to find everything I needed and when I had a question the staff was very easy to approach and they helped me a positive attitude

Pharmacy employees are not well informed and pharmacist is rude

One of the pharmacist has been rude to me the past 2 times she has been working. The first time she wouldnt let me turn in both of my perscriptions one a couple days early and the other one so I wouldnt lose it. Saying that they arent able to do that when they have other times for me. Then today was super rude to me about filling my perscription that Im out of due to knee surgery making me wait one more day when I went to turn it in 3 days agoa was told today. IM BEYOND IRRITATED RIGHT NOW WITH THAT RUDE LADY FOR MAKING ME HAVE TO GO WITHOUT A MEDICATION THAT I NEED

They have food, a pharmacy, toys, bathroom supplies, and lots of great makeup

You make appointment to pick up your prescription by 11 and your there at 1130 and they still dont have it filled and you need them. Alls you here is there on luch break
