Best Verizon experience yet thanks to Bobby at the Cloquet, MN store. He helped guide my family in upgrading two of our phones and helped get us the best deal possible. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way to get you the most bang for your buck. We will for sure make the trip back to Cloquet to visit Bobby when making our next phone purchase.

All I can say is wow! Make an appointment with Joey! Upgraded my grandmother to an IPhone and needed everything switched from her old, cheap android which of course takes a hot minute. Joey was kind, efficient and beyond knowledgeable because of course since we were waiting for the transfers, my father and I asked him a million questions and just overall had great conversation. Joey even went and moved a chair for my grandmother to sit down while everything was being done. We left with my grandmothers line switched to our plan, little bugs and tricks worked out on our phones and a cheaper bill!!He is definitely an extreme asset and will make sure youre taking care of

Customer service was excellent! The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I was on my vacation in Duluth and my i phone froze. I spent almost 1.45 minutes on the phone with verizon support and they were unsuccessful at helping me due to them giving me the wrong directions. I was told I had to make a appt... to get my phone fixed and not until the next day. So vacation and no phone to use at all. I stopped at this location by chance and was helped right away by a gentleman. I told him what happened and what verizon said on the phone. 5 minutes later my phone was fixed!!!! My phone needed a soft reset. He knew what he was doing and I was so grateful that I was able to use my phone and get some pictures on my vacation.

Joey was very professional and friendly. Awesome employee and person. The place could use a good cleaning it smelled of elderly people. Walmart had a better selections of prepaid phones. I thought for sure Verizon would have had a better inventory. If them two issues were resolved then I would have gave a five star review.

Bought 2 new phones and a tablet our set up experience was less than satisfactory. We had to go back to the store 3 times(35 miles). Joey finally corrected all of the deficiencies in our initial set up. I feel that without Joeys help our experience could have been much worse.

Dustin was awesome. I had so many questions and he didnt make me feel rushed. Unlike his manager who reprimanded him for how long each thing took. He couldve done that on the side where customers werent present. I even mentioned that he was being rude. He continued his rudeness on the customer next to me. He was rush, rush and i will never do business if he is there.

Joey at Cloquet Verizon store was great, knowledgeable. quick, polite. Very pleased with his service to fix an annoying continuous google play pop up on the phone. The first guy to look at it there sent my husband away and said he didnt know what was wrong with it. We had this going on for a week but Joey fixed it in just a few minutes. Thanks 😊

Bobby is a consumate professional. I could have saved a 25 minute drive and shopped in Duluth. I chose to take the drive to Cloquet as Bobby has been extraordinarily helpful in the past.

Awful, awful, awful experience! I spoke with Tim over the phone regarding an issue. He was incredibly rude. I do not personally have Verizon, but many mother does. They took advantage of her & conned her into a 2 year contract without informing her. They are very misleading & dishonest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Friendly, helpful service

Horrible customer service, charged me wrong every month and said Im not allowed to over pay and ended up having over a $2,000 bill. Every time I would call financial services industry would get hung up on. Employees in the store are very rude. Im no longer with them and I am forced to pay a buy out fee for $800. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone!!
