I was calling around trying to figure out best price in my area to have my 2014 jeep windshield replaced. Before calling them other business were very helpful and friendly. I asked the gentlemen on the phone if he could offer me an estimate for a complete window repair of a 2014 jeep patriot, and he says well what size to which I reply I dont know because obviously I dont have this information I just know the year and make of my vehicle. He proceeds to tell me *angry impatient sigh* well that doesnt tell me anything! I need to know the size of the window ok so why when I called other places they were able to give me a quote and be friendly with just that information?! This place will never get business with that kind of attitude. I will relay this information to friends and relatives who ever need glass repair.
