I brought my 4runner in the other day for an alignment. I got the 4runner back and the traction control light was illuminated. Keep in mind, this light was NOT illuminated before giving them access to my 4runner. A-1 Alignment gave me a refund and refused to pay for the mistake they had caused. I had to take my 4runner to their rival “Clovis Safety Lane” to get the issue fixed which took less than 15 minutes. This was all done out of my own pocket because A-1 would not take responsibility and pay for their mistakes.I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience. THIS IS ALL BASED ON PERSONAL OPINION AND EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH A-1 ALIGNMENT.

The guys were more than kind and equally as efficient in getting our vehicle looked at. They promptly called us explained what they had found and took care of the issue for a more than fair price. Never once did they try to up-sale any products or services they knew we didnt need.Fantastic experience. We will be back the next time we are in need of any service.

I was spoken to very nicely. The estimate was timely on what to do and timely on price, and it was serviced quickly with expertise on a surprise problem with vehicle. Thank you!! In hindsight, I wish bill was lower price, and gotten a written estimate to validate that price with the competition. I do get an eerie feeling that the rate for this industry is too high and represents what is wrong in the world. I felt swindled toward the end not having a written estimate due to my confusion about whether or not they would and then did what they said they would do to both sides. I wouldnt have paid that much for only one side and tried to barter or figure out how to do it on a youtube video. I really dont know if they touched the other side. Happy that my vehicle was serviced quickly around the holiday considering my work schudule had hualted me. My idea of greatness would be to charge less for stupidity to help fix it. I dont know much about vehicles, but 300 dollars an hour in labor is ridiculous, ver personally. I do very gifted work myself that would blow their minds, but I dont have such a rate.
