Beautifully maintained, newly-remodeled store with Starbucks, a pharmacy, good produce, well-stocked electronics department, wide variety of housewares, many clothing choices.

Used to be good and friendly place to shop...maybe Covid mandates have effected the staffing.

Great products, Targets buyers are really awesome! Fast check out, enough open lines so I dont wait. Stores are always clean and well stocked. Overall, one of my favorite stores!

Katie and Nick out in curbside were absolutely phenomenal. They both showed excellent customer service, and made me feel welcome.

The reason I am giving this score is because of a young man name Jacob I went to two different stores and the first store the first employees was a little unhelpful the second employee was a little more helpful but when I went to this store I talked to Jacob and even though he had a speech impediment he gave it his all to help me find exactly what I needed which was a pokemon oreos which are really hard to get at the moment he had looked it up on his tablet and saw they had 107 in stock so he went out of his way to go to the back anf find it on a pallet and brought it back to me. I do not do reviews much but I was really touched by this guys customer service and going above and beyond to help me. He definitely deserves employee of the day or month in my book.

Clean as far as Targets go. Helpful clerks and friendly cashiers most of the time. Plenty of parking here. Easy to get in and out of lot. Good selection of just about everything. Sometimes the electronics dept looks a little run down and low. Other than that, great store.

Convenience - close to home - I love my Target by my home - the employees are nice and since I cant get to the store due to medical reasons it is so convenient to shop online and have my son pick up for me

9 pm on a Wednesday evening, 1 checkstand open, self-checkout and checkstand line were 20 customers deep each, no Team Lead regulating either line or calling for backup cashiers.

We love going to target but today we went to target clovis and what happened with us was shocking and unacceptable. We were in baby aisle and guy was working there when my husband said excuse me twice because we were passing he wasnt listening at all so my husband moved his step ladder so he started shouting on him and he used very inappropriate language infront of my son.My son got scared due to his behavior and my son doesnt wanna go to that store anymore. Even I complained about this to manager at store.

Target has a great selection, quality products a d clean aisles.

This Target has gone way down in service. The manager who supervises the checkout lines, had me move out of a line that was going quickly to a shorter line where the checker was very slow. The customer behind me from the previous line walked out before me! Don’t even get me started about the Starbucks barista who took 30 minutes to make our drinks when there was only 1 customer before us. Curbside pickup is ok when they have plenty of employees bringing out orders. Some days they have only have a single person doing all the curbside! That employee runs in & out of the store like a chicken without a head when it gets super busy! It all starts with how with this store is managed. My message to management is to do better! I’ve spent lots of money at this location, but I’ll be taking my business to the Clovis NW location from now on.

The only thing is there out of stock of alot of the gum or orther food and the stuff was old I ask one of the stacker the was putting stuff back to the shelf he stated the items come as it is not guaranteed to have the item next week like why do they have the item for sale if its not there for weeks .

Target is clean, the prices are reasonable and the selection of products is wonderful! Also I love that the staff are allowed more freedom with their outward appearance. Our cashier, Versall, was amazing, friendly and fun!!

I am so sick of the customer service hanging up on me. This is the third time I have tried the online pickup. It is supposed to be two hours but apparently they only start when you get there and ask them about it.

It is so convenient, safe, and I am always able to get what I need when I need it. There is no set appointment time and if for some reason I cant get there right away it is held there for a few days.

Versall, is one of the reasons I will come back, he was so patient and helpful. I hope he gets to see this, his peace on waiting on me brought me so much calmness when I couldn’t access my gift card, and failed attempts he still helped me make sure I saved. Really a glimpse of heaven, thank you Versall. Hope to see you on my next visit.

Curbside pick up was fast and easy

Was just picking up an order, just a pair of shoes and this employee named Ellen was very rude to me. Told me she couldn’t find my shoes twice and then was like “I’m gonna get a manger to look for them.” Because she had something more important to do. Simply ignored me the first time when I was waiting in line and didn’t even ask if I needed anything. Just very poor service. And same with target I’ve never had a problem until now, I ordered my shoes on Wednesday and they said it was there today and guess what, it wasn’t. So I waisted my time and money.

Everyone is so helpful. Its big, its clean, its a great layout. Versall was a wonderful clerk at the register. Really brightened my day!!!

Visited the Clovis location and it’s a typical Target however the cashier that helped me is not your Typical cashier this young lady was amazing very nice and extremely helpful. Ive been to numerous states and different stores since covid-19 happen people are just so rude and so unpleasant I gave this location a 5 star rating cause Amazing Alexa!

I love Target! The newly remodeled store in Clovis is very nice in my opinion. The staff is pretty helpful. There are new lines such as, Joanna Gaines from the T.V show The Fixer Upper! The stuff is truly beautiful! The flow of the store is smooth, Starbucks has their own cute little corner. The only negative is there is no more popcorn😌

This was my first time at this Target and it was AMAZING!!! They have SOOOOO many different things!! A lot of really good quality stuff!! Very large selection of items for your kitchen, living room, restrooms, apartments etc! I honestly wanted to buy it all! But most definitely the entire staff was truly awesome!! It was a great experience!! I can’t wait to come back!! Definitely a lot of stuff added on my wish list!!

We keep going to buy the ps5 first thing when they open up and they refuse to sell one to us. They have them on the floor ready to sell yet theyre all sold out? After they promised they would have some to sell the next morning and wed be able to purchase it as soon as they open? Nah. Im convinced theyre selling to scalpers which is illegal.

My cashier, Vensall, was super friendly! Refreshing and appreciated.

I do drive a distance like others do to get to this Target. So far the employees here have been getting nicer, from past 2 years I have been visiting more. My hobbies have change some and Im older now so Im seeing different parts of the store. First off, the parking always seems so full, yet when I walk inside I get surprised that its not as crowded at times. Last year was way different though. Lines blocked the walk ways. This year waring my Mask, which I like, I went to buy some Cell phone prepaid cards, and looked around realising how their TV prices have come down over the years. Wow. It is the Cellphone era though. Anyway, when I purchased my phone prepaid cards in electronics, the older male employee that looked familiar, he was just so cool with me. I guess I asked the right question about the different Prepaid cost and their plans, which ones are more helpful to the phones character. I learned more, because theres many more brands I can try out. But that gets expensive to compare through a lifetime. Jobs arent that secure anymore sadly in California. Cant remember the employees name sorry, I did ask, he looked a little Italian though. And he had a good memory of the products. I REALLY hope these great visits happen more with Target. Sometimes I have visit Clovis Walmarts and I with some other customers I noticed have a hard time finding an employee in certain departments. I feel a little prejudice by the employees employeed at the Walmart at times, or by lack of supervision, some employees there choose who they want to like and talk too which can be prejudice and unprofessional. This Target, never felt a prejudice. So.. I hope I run into that same employee when I want to purchase or any other friendly employee. Thank you Target staff. Fast service no problems picking up my items!

If you like dude customers, a dirty atmosphere, cloths everywhere, and horrible selections for clothe then youve picked the right spot! They had dozens of workers putting product away and folding cloths but no one was considering cleaning up all of the cloths and trash in their own departments! Disgusting!

Great items at an affordable quality.Took my son there to get a few games and the electronics department was vary helpful.Much Obliged!

How they were organized and how the wipe down carts for customers to keep the spread of virus under control as much as possible. Letting us know what a were items were in stock.

Target is practicing important precautions during the covid-19 pandemic. My local Target has always been clean and well organized.

I have been ordering a lot on line since I am 66 and am fearful of getting covid 19. It is very convenient and i dont have to wait long for my order to be brought out to my car.

Target is my go to store. I buy all natural products for my family and Home. Target is one of the stores that has it all with one to to the store. Love that about this place and now all the new remodeling you cant get me out of this place.

Newly remodeled! Looks very posh, like a high end department store. Took a little while to figure out where everything was, a lot has been moved.

Would of scored higher but your employee was rude, not friendly, and grumpy. Pretty disappointing when people are holding close their money and shopping time, and you charge more than Walmart with such rude service

Hire people that understand your products please. I was told the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 would work great out of the box, but Jeremiah neglected to say that the headset needs a dongle to connect after asking several times what Id need to make it work and avoid a second trip. Thanks for wasting my time Target, Ill shop elsewhere for now on.

Easy pick up.

I appreciated that the employees were kind and working hard to keep product on the shelf. This store had plenty of milk and other staples that I needed, including bread.

The store associate that helped me was extremely kind and considerate. She helped me with a smile on her face and acted like it was a pleasure to help me.

I was hopeful that this store would improve after its recent renovation, but it is consistently messy, understocked, with clothes on the floor and merchandise all over the place. It’s a disaster. The employees are nice, but they need more of them to keep it clean. I’d rather drive to North Clovis.

This specific Target is always hard to check out of. Most days and specifically on weekends they only have 4, sometimes 5 registers open. The foot traffic is way too much this few registers and average checkout time is 15 minutes (not including my time to pay).I prefer the Target on Willow and Herndon where they always have more registers and my average time is 7 minutes (10 if you count my transactions and time to pay) from entering the line to beginning my transaction.

I was helped by Carlos for my in-store pick up, and he was super welcoming and sweet! He got my stuff to me quickly and made sure I had all of my items. Theyre always a friendly staff & helpful crew!

Since this was a online order I’ll ask answer for that. I love how I can get my items online that I can’t find in the store. I can only use one kind of shampoo and conditioner and it’s always gone from the store. I can order online, pay tax, and get to pick it up free!

I was double charged for 2 items. I was helped at a kiosk even though my hands were full and was having trouble holding my items. I was not carded when buying alcohol.

Was charged for 9 bags. I only used 1.

Target puts forth some effort to maintain their image and this store, while not perfect, executes on that image. Well stocked, fair prices, and friendly staff make this a destination store. Like most big box retailers if you want help your best bet is to ask for it.

I grew up going to this target and the new renovations are super cool but for some reason in the milk/cleaning supples area it smells like pee and it has for months someone please fix this lol

The sales girl where I picked up my merchandise was very helpful, and I do appreciate the good service..She went out of her way in helping me find an item I was looking for..

The store is very nice after the remodel. My only complaint was that similar items are not necessarily together in the layout of the store, and they were out of childrens valentines for school.

Super quick and easy

The young man that helped me with a lost order was very helpful and efficient. However, this Target overall is disappointing. You have to wander the store to find help in a department and then the service is poor and offers no solutions. I havent had this problem in other Target stores, and this store really needs to reevaluate their customer service.

It’s a great experience shopping at Target and I always find what i need. I especially LOVE the cartwheel app and find great deals for my purchases.

After I did my online shopping, it must have been about an hour later I received message saying my order was ready for pick up, and the pick up process was literally in and out, great costomer service as well
