I will not go to any other Sally’s in Fresno, only because Virginia has by far the BEST customer service. I have been coming here to spend my money and would gladly do so but I will only come on days she is working. She knows her colors and gives great advice. As a business owner she is the type of employee one dreams of, but it is hard to find. She should be made store manager! She keeps people coming in and looking forward to conversation and honest good advice. She knows the products well. You just couldn’t ask for more in an employee!!!!!!!she is truly a GEM!!!

Whatever hair issue you may have, Sallys has the product to solve it. Not all customer reps have the knowledge on some of their products.

Sold out of so much. What was the was so over priced. The attendant was very nice and helpful though.

Not very helpful, sent my daughter in to get supplies to bleach her hair and I told her to ask them what she needed and she came back with not enough developer not enough bleach powder no gloves no bowl to mix it in.

Ive been going to the Clovis location for years and up until this last year, I always thought the girls were friendly and customer service was good, but this past year I feel more harassed than anything. There is a Asian woman that wears glasses that literally follows customers down the aisles asking if they need anything. Even after a reply, no thank you, she will continue to follow you to whichever aisle your on. Its very uncomfortable. Im certain the reasoning is perhaps they are having thefts, however this is not the way to treat customers walking in. The isles are already small enough. Hopefully management will read this review and figure out another way to approach theft issues. In the meantime I will take my business to ulta. Take notes from them perhaps. its pleasant there :)
