She was very helpful, letting us choose how firm we wanted the mattress to be and then she took us through the different mattress technologies. We could take our time and settled on the perfect mattress for us. The lady who “helped” me was rude and demeaning because of the mattress I wanted to buy. She was talking down on me because I did not want to buy a mattress of a higher price and treated me like dirt because the mattress I wanted was cheaper than some of the other ones she wanted to sell me. Easy to say that my experience here was poor and that I was glad to finally walk out the door and not have to see her again.

Liz had brought up some options that the tempurpedic had that I wasnt informed about at the other store. Asked what our needs were .Needed super firm for a bad back .Shown a couple of mattresses to try out .We checked several places online first .Our sales guy in Clovis John, was very helpful and nice . We also got a new mattress pad. But they had everything we could have needed !This was during Covid, the first day they could reopen.A Saturday .The mattress was delivered the very next Monday morning by two friendly guys wearing gloves and masks.Quick, clean, left with our old mattress .Very happy !

He got us set with a whole new bed from the ground up and we saved more than we spent! After purchasing, it only took 2 days to get our bed and about 10 mins for the workers to get it up. Sales person was awesome and patient in allowing us to try the beds. Finally ended up with The Purple Bed King and the automated frame. Wanted bed within a couple days and found out it would be here in 10 days. Not happy but ok.Arranged delivery 5/20/20 and online showed ready to deliver as well. No call night before (as promised) and no morning calls either on 5/20. Finally called store and they said the purple truck did not deliver beds to Fresno. No calls or emails to let me know this. Sales person said to reschedule for the 30th (20 days after purchase).Salesman said the 30th is just a future date with no guarantee. It could be June 10 who knows he said. That makes it 30 days out from purchase date.Of course I had broken down my present king bed and was ready for pickup 5/20. Had to put it all back together again. 2400.00 order. I want my bed not 30 days later! Very ☹️
