From the time I arrived till the time I left, I was given nothing but the best in customer service. Anette was so helpful and explained all the services. My total time was around 30 minutes, excellent for lunch hour! I would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

I do understand that “quick” oil change services can be busy but what I don’t understand is letting your customers sit in their cars, waiting and wondering when their turn is up. Can’t even give them a heads up as to when it’s their turn. I went there two days in a row and got the same result, no oil change. They are great at making their customers feel valued. Never going back!!!

Easily the BEST automotive lube service location in Fresno. The level of customer service, professionalism, and high quality of work performed at this place would have you believe that you just took your car to a premium full service mechanic shop! Mary was the Technician who took care of me today. Not only was she careful with my vehicle as if it were a million dollar Ferrari, but her knowledge and expertise guiding me through the job process astounded me. The job was completed properly in a timely fashion, and there were no issues that I found when I double checked the job completion after receiving my car back. Good customer service and kept me on the loop on recommendations

A rip off and a scam. My girlfriend went in for and oil change and a brake pad change. They quoted her for 138$ adding a tire rotation to that oil change. After inspection, they ended up telling her that she needed new rotors and brake pads for both front and rear ( since she asked for all four). They also told her that she needed a new engine filter and cabin filter. After all of this, she was brought to around 550$ for everything. I then spoke with them about the cost and services and they stated that they WONT change the brake pads without changing the rotors. Lol this is absolutely ridiculous. Finding this out, we cancelled every other service and just went with the oil change since they had already changed it. Later that day, I ended up changing the brake pads on my own with perfect looking rotors that didnt need to be changed. I then checked both the engine air filter and cabin filter and both were clean and were not required to be changed. This place really just tries pull a quick JIFFY on you. Never coming back.EDIT: Super unprofessional response. Talking to me (a customer) as if I am dumb. What company uses Starbucks coffee as an example. Buying a 3$ cup of coffee at Starbucks vs. buying and making your own coffee at home. Youre talking 350$ for a brake change when I ended up spending 25$ lol do the math. There was absolutely no reason for you to change rotors when the rotors are absolutely in tip top shape. What happened to inspection? Maybe think about JUST offering a brake pad change if the rotors do not need to be changed.

They were not pushy at all and all of them had great attitudes. I appreciated them being their best when I was not. When I arrived there were 3 cars ahead of me, I watched through the window as they efficiently moved from one car to the next while thoroughly inspecting each car from front to back. The crew was very helpful and polite and I was out of there in less than 1 hour. I have nothing negative to say, the service was perfect.

When I arrived, the location was busy and there was a wait time. The check in went well. I was regularly checked in with me to make sure I was well and about the progress on my vehicle. The specialists said hello as they passed as well. They’re good people. They work hard. I’m thankful for their time.

Saw what looked like oil on garage floor. since I go to jiffy lube for service, I stopped by for a top off and check for possible leak. There were three cars in line but they got me out in an hour!!!!! They found a small leak in a gasket which they replaced AND no charge... Great thanks to the Clovis (ashland) jiffy lube.

Awesome crew@this location michael was very helpful and Alex was great! Had AC recharged. I checked 5 other places and they didnt work on audi (german cars) was SO happy to find this place! Ill be going back for my brake job soon. Highly recommend. Very clean ALSO saw them(michael) wiping doors, chairs, and card machines!

I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

The tech actually knew what he was talking about. But the twelve year old who worked the counter, his head exploded when I asked to use my gift cards. Didnt know how to do it, almost didnt give me the gift card with a remaining balance back. Then forgot my sticker with the new mileage, then add the fact he walked away without giving me my keys to my vehicle. Wow.

They said I didn’t reach the mileage for the next oil change so would I like just a “top off” and check my tires. I was taking a trip out of town so wanted things checked . Taken 3 cars to be serviced at The Clovis CA location. Each experience has been great. The staff were very knowledgeable, always smiling, and never added a service with out first asking. Not to mention they clean up the inside of my car as well.

It was impossible to get my motorhome in to an RV service place in the timeframe I needed. One person suggested I use an oil changer place since the MH has a Ford chassis. So I went to Jiffy Lube. I went early and I think I got lucky because there was only one car ahead of me. Great experience, great service. I’ll definitely be back.

The up front inspection of your car and to show evidence of what they was talking about was well pleasing and the option to get it done without the harrassment made me feel like I chose the right place,time and people, plus one of the techs Said bye and have a nice day without me saying something First! This place is an embarrassment. I was busy and let my girlfriend go by herself to get her oil changed on quite possibly one of the easiest oil changes you can do on a modern car (Subaru Crosstrek). These jokes charged her $70 for a job that should be $20-$30 TOPS and tacked on $23 for an air filter, because I’m sure popping off 4 clips is worth the extra $13 labor fee after gouging her on oil already. There’s “doing business” to make money and there’s taking advantage of someone. Take your money elsewhere if you care to keep any in your pocket.Edit: Thanks. You have a great evening too. Went in for an oil change and that went pretty well. At the end they had told me my engine was leaking oil and my transmission was also leaking, I thought thay was pretty odd because I had been checking my driveway pretty consistently and hadnt seen spots. I had planned on getting my transmission serviced soon anyways so I brought it into a local transmission specialist and they had informed me my car was not leaking at all. So I really dont know why they would tell me it was, they even told me it was an issue I should get checked out.But they did wash my windows pretty good

This was first time I had been to any jiffy lube. This Jiffy lube on Ashlan and Villa, is the best. I got excellent service. I was kept up to date thru the whole process, and I received an excellent receipt, with items, that I need to keep and eye on, and the items that was serviced on that day, and items that I need to keep an eye on, for future service. Im very pleased with Jiffy lube!

I am extremely happy with the service I receive at this location. The manager is always friendly and helpful with any questions i have about vehicle maintenance. The employees often go the extra mile by helping me locate specific parts for my vehicle that they do not even handle. The waiting area has been clean and tidy every time Ive gone as well. Give these guys a bonus! I travel all the way from the other side of town just to have my car serviced at this location (Ashlan/Peach).

I recently had a really positive experience here with an oil change and a tire rotation. The entire staff went out of their way to be friendly, very professional, thorough, and quick. I always appreciate when auto businesses are not pushy and allow you to make decisions in your own time (I had brakes that needed changing). It was also appreciated that the cashier offered a discount code exceeding the two coupons I had already brought with me, ready to apply, and I saved a few extra dollars. I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family, in fact I told my husband the second I got home that he should give them a shot next time his vehicles needed servicing. The lady there was very polite and professional. I had questions about the types of oil used and she promptly answered in a way I could understand. She was wearing a mask but I could tell she was smiling while she spoke. Made for a pleasant experience. The lobby was air conditioned and clean. There was also hand sanitizer and wipes available to customers. I would definitely return.

This location in Clovis is professional and courteous and do a great job taking care of both the car and you, the customer. As a Jiffy Lube customer since 1972 at locations across the US, this location rates among the very best. Obviously good management. Kudos to the whole staff.

They broke my clips to my air filter saying they where unable to check my filter due to it being damaged they wouldnt of touched if it was broken in the first place but they left finger prints where they broke them I took pictures prior to coming because Im selling it...also they stepped in oil and left their prints and oil in my carpet and seat...

My wife and I had one of the worst weeks on record when it comes to transportation. This trend ended with Jiffy Lube losing my wifes ONLY key FOB while getting a routine oil change during her short lunch break. Hours were wasted, including other family members rallying together to ensure we all got back to work. I was not happy. Frank Mora got involved. (Manager) He managed the situation like a true professional. I was impressed. I wont go into the details but he made us feel like he had our back and went above and beyond what you would expect. Lifetime customers.

I came in the day before for a fluid check since I was going out of town. I was informed that I was leaking transmission fluid. I returned the next day. They took care if me & I was out within an 1hour & 1/2. Car running great

This is where I have had my oil changed for probably 20 years now. They are always polite and professional, and generally you can get in and out fairly quickly. I waited this week until the temperature was in the 80s, and obviously everyone else had the same idea because they were packed. Lol, now I have to take the other car in so hopefully it will be a little less crazy. Anyway, I always advise my friends to go to Jiffy Lube.

This place is faster than anywhere i have been. I trust them,&& if the price is right. There is no place like home.

But 10 mins into working in my vehicle, they told me that particular service was not needed for me. I always thought these places would get whatever they can out of you to gain more profit. Every time I come here they always greet me friendly and professionally. This time the cashier immediately noticed my hospital badge and let me know what they were offering healthcare workers during this pandemic. I am truly grateful. I saved money on this trip.

Staff members were courteous, service was quick, and thorough explanations were given for all questions. The technician went beyond the call of duty, answering additional questions after the service was completed. This particularly stands out because it was near closing time, yet the technician took the time to cover important information. Excellent work.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. My only reason for the 3 stars, instead of 5, is because they darn near doubled in price since this whole Covid-19 thing. I dont agree with that, as we are all struggling.

Always great work from this crew. My only glitch was that yesterday I received an email from Jiffy Lube offering me 40 percent off an oil change on a Valentine’s Day promotion. When I asked to use it they said the code “EVAL40” was not in their system. They offered a 20 dollar discount instead ( which was about half of the 40% code I presented originally.I would ask that Jiffy Lube doesn’t send me codes that can’t be used.
