This store is getting pretty empty especially in the tools and home areas, but there are still a lot of good deals to be found with clothing for the whole family. Staff is pretty helpful, and there is one woman that usually works at the mens registers who deserves to be working at a high end department store.

Im sorry, but update your store.... I dont mean that for just this location, but for all locations. I have no idea how a Big Name Store that filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy still releases ads on TV channels. Some good things die. Just close.

SCAMMERS! SCAM ALERT! I Ordered a weight bench from Sears. They delivered it in Texas. I live in California. They delivered it to the wrong address. All my information was correct. I verified it over the phone with their customer service rep. Howd they get a address in Texas?.. They delivered it to a closed Sears located in Texas. I NEVER received my MONEY BACK NOR DID I RECEIVE MY WEIGHT BENCH!!

Ive been shopping g around for a new fridge. Sears had a very nice model, the Kenmore Elite, for a good price. I will be sure to shop at the Clovis store in this area since the service was so good.

Justin and his crew left me stranded at a park due to lack of care. I bought 4 tires from them. Took over 3 hours to put them on. Got my car back amd drove it to the park. After 30 minutes i came back to the car with all 4 tires flat. I towed my car home took my tires off and took it to les swab. Their staff told me sears did not twist my air tube back into its place so all the air came out. Sears your team shouldnt be working here if they cannot do a job right. I could have been hurt imagine if i was on the highway? I called justin and he says to bring them back. Are you seious? You lost my business. My life was in danger and you want to give me excuses. Excuses from justin and his team was: oh really ok bring the tires back. Do not i repeat do not let justin and his crew work on your car. I spent 700 dollars there and i did not experience any professionalism from them and they are not capable of fixing tires. I mean who does that on purpose? Poor bad dangerous workers.

I had a nice time today at the Clovis Sears. Our cashier was friendly, polite, engaged in conversation with us & also let us know what other sales they had going on today. It was very refreshing!! So today I feel very blessed to have had the cashier I had!!

We bought a Kenmore dual icemaker fridge in September 2019 and have had problems with it since January 2020. Had 3 tech appointments, called customer solutions department twice, got a case # to return/replace, and made another call to customer solutions only to get the run around again and given another tech appointment for June 30th. Our actual buying experience at the store in clovis was ok but Im rating it one star because the customer service sucks. The techs cant even fix it because it is a bad design and keeps freezing the icemaker solid. Currently buying my ice at the store.

I went for my daughters graduation dress and they had a lot to choose from but a discount. I got a dress that originally was $40 and I payed only $24. And I got her shoes too for $16 dollars.

Well the service was great. People were available to help but not pushy.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived at the location at 1:40. Was checked in by 1:45. The man at the register said there was one car in front of mine and I would receive a text when my car was done. I walked across the street, ate lunch and returned around 3pm. My car was still where I left it. I walked back in asked the man if my car was done or if they hadnt even started on it, he said it will be done soon. At this point they took my car straight back. Did a 45 min oil change and I was out of there a little before 4pm. If I wouldnt have said anything who knows when they would have taken my car back....Whats the point of a 2pm appointment if youre going to be there 2 hours anyway? I rather pay the higher rate I have been at car max and get my car taken care of at the time of my appointment.I will never return to this place let alone any Sears auto shop.

With the Fresno location closed,this was the closest one. I went to buy a fridge and they only had displays and had to pay for delivery. I had a difficult time finding it and the parking does not look safe.

So busy and only 2 register were open, probably 10 people in line with tons of stuff. Then went to pick up boots I ordered online and they didnt take to security tag off so then I had to find someone to take it off.

Successfully shopped for some inexpensive shoes. Only one cashier answering phone & waiting on customers but she was good at her job. Two other employees were wandering around & no help at the register, apparently returning goods to proper places.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. Great customer service.

I found a product that I wanted.Two Cashier stations and two Cashiers per station. Each station did service, checkout, returns and charges. I stood in line for upwards of 20 minutes and the same customers were still with the same cashiers 20 minutes later. there were at least a dozen people in line what the hell is up with that.

This Sears is going downhill. I went there yesterday to buy some shoes with my mom. I found the shoes I wanted, but not in my size. No one was around to help, so I called the shoe department from my phone but no one answered. My mom went to the cashier who requested over the loudspeakers for someone to help. No one ever came, although we waited quite a while.

I love Sears Im always in the automotive section. My go to store for tools. Great deals and prices. With the reward system I recently bought a 8 piece screw driver set, 20 inch craftsman took box metal, plier set, and a waffle maker for $2. Would have been over $100 dollars worth of merchandise.

If you ever want to purchase a mattress, Matthew M. at this sears is definitely the sales associate you want to go to. He is super patient and knowledgeable about different kinds of mattress. Plus, he did not give me and my husband any pressure when we were trying different mattress, even though it was almost the closing time. He also helped us communicate with the Shopyourway representative to make sure we could earn all the points. He is truly one of the best sales associates we have ever met!

Only walked through on my walk in the mall . Very sad on how the store has become the liking of a kmart . But still would like to shop here. I will say 1 thing they have way too many in the appliance department standing around & 1 older lady was very rude.

I normally do not shop at Sears but while I was at the mall I decided to browse. I actually found some really great deals but when I was ready to check out it was like a ghost town. All of the employees were hiding and they literally only had one register open with at least three returns, ended up being a longer wait to purchase my items then it took to shop and try them on....... Needless to say it was ridiculous and reminded me why I dont shop there.

The first clerk I saw and approached took care of my issue totally!I was returning two shirts for a friend who was hospitalized suddenly. She had them credited back to the Sears Card and I was on my way to do other chores.I always dread returning things but my friend needed this done. This store is not in my usual shopping zone so I am not familiar with it. In the short time I was there I felt really good about it. There was much modern merchandise that I will go back to look at. And I think the prices will be affordable.

Level of service at Sierra Vista Mall Sears has been lost. Sears at One time was a place to count on. Today I ask for assistance and was ignored as a customer rep assisted another customer rep bag purchases of another customer. It only take one to bag purchases Its a shame that Sears at the Sierra Vista Mall has lost interest in maintaining a strong customer base.

The store staff are ok. Except when you buy something or need customer service. Hardly any employees staffed so expect to wait at least half an hour in the store in line. Today they only had three employees behind register. Took forever to get out of here. Terrible.

I got what I needed and I had a pleasant Clerk.

Worst place for customer service. If you like to die, or be name called or disrespected this place is the place to go. I took my car here for tire change. Frustrated with my lowered car which they said they have no problem doing at first. Lie to get my business. They drop my car from the stand or jack they were using. When frustrated the staff cursed saying harass things not knowing I was watching. Remarks was towards me the owner. Catching himself knowing my presence the staff refused anymore eye contact and continued to work on my car. When I received my car back after 2 hours. I went home and parked my car in the garage. On the weekend the same week I went to my car for a joy ride for the weekend. All my tires were flat and my car on the floor. I called sears and they said that it’s should not have deflated. Upset and frustrated i took the wheels off the car and unto jack stands. How sears treated me I didn’t want to go back. No longer trusting sears I went to Les Swab down the street. The staff there informed me that the sears employee that worked on my car was not responsible and did not follow procedures and check my tires before giving it back to me. They did not screw my air valves in. The air had been leaking out since the install at sears. Angry I paid Les Swab to redo the tires and valves. They said this was not a mistake as it was a procedure to make sure tire valves were screwed in before putting the car down. Now I’m thinking it’s intentional. I drove the car unsafe from sears to my house. The staff at Les Swab said my tired could have popped or could have caused me to have an accident and was lucky that it was in my garage when it was flat. If you have a car and a family please avoid this sears. The auto staff there are not professionals and have no automotive knowledge. I was recommended to talk to Justin and never again will I ever go to them again. Justin bad attitude and will cuss you out. Worst customer service and they try to mess your car up purposely. When they are mad or frustrated they will hurt your car. If you need a good tire place go to Les Swab. They will take care of you and not try to kill you. Sears need to retrain their poor staff that can’t seem to put on a tire valve right for automotive place this sears hire some very incompetent staff who don’t know what the heck they’re dong. Remember they will lie to get you to buy deals and business only to find they will not come through. And stop telling people you work on lowered cars. Fake advertising and false promises. I informed all my family and friends and will be sharing online as well. Be safe stay away from this place. Go somewhere where they could at least know how to screw on an air valves on tires. Certified is a word sears should not use with such poor staff experience and knowledge. Have a great day. Except sears. Heard you guys are closing or downsizing please Godspeed on that note. Awful, hated it, nice place with decent items. Sassy staff, who will eye roll at you, and be rude. Youre getting paid so do your darn job. There system always has issues, so even if you have something on your account they will tell you there is nothing there during checkout, thats the only way they get sales now, lying and cheating the customers. This place is a fail, its only time until they close down too. Shame shame shame.

Needed to get a oil change i went with sears their a big company and i trusted they would do a good job but they MESSED up my car.... i just bought my car 5 months ago had everything checked on it so i know there wasnt a problem before i went there. they did a simple oil change on my car and 2 days later i noticed i my car was leaking oil took it back for them to check it out and they gave me the run around saying first it was power steering fluid leaking but um no its oil for sure second they said that sometimes when you change the oil its new and not thick like the old so thats probably why its leaking now because its fresh!!! bullshit... they said they would do a free inspection and i didnt have time to let them or trust them and if it did need fixing they are the cheapest starting at $100 hr.. get out of here so anyway had my father n law look at it which i should of had him change my oil in the first place and he took pictures.. they had screwed the bolt into tight and messed it up and tried to glue it after.. i was so pissed and discussed that they could do some faulty stuff like that.. i would never use their services again and will warn others... STAY AWAY!!!! STILL STUCK WITH A OIL LEAK THAT WILL COST ME MONEY NOW TO FIX...

It is getting really old going to Sears & their system always being down. This store has gone way down hill. Need to get some better management in this store & not these little 18 year olds either!! I remember when Sears was this posh posh store. Now its pretty much a joke these days. Something needs to change or Sears is going to go out of business too!! Ya all already closed all the KMarts.

I purchased a Samsung stove thinking they have a great product, had trouble with stove top after just 3 months and Samsung wouldnt honor guarantee. Sears did they honored it and in no time had new top. Went back today to purchase a new stove from Sears for a duplex. Thank you Sears.
