Well stocked, prices were reasonable, and employees were helpful and pleasant.

First time shopping there and they gave me expired chicken. Worst of all they didn’t even refund the item. I expected better from this store.

Love this center, soo much is on this corner and 2 of the opposite corners.Good lighting, lots of parking, the workers in all the shops are very friendly.There is a Walmart grocery store there, a Chase bank, and a hardware store, other small businesses!!!!

Didnt have everything I needed and I asked 3 people for the same thing and no one knew where anything was. They were all nice so I gave it a 3 star.

I really like this Walmart Neighborhood Market because I can find almost all my groceries and basic necessities here, thus avoiding the madness of going to the Supercenter Walmart. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars because their shelf inventory has been inconsistent lately. Maybe its just a supply problem caused by the pandemic.

Better prices, better selection, than the Savemart a block away. Plus the staff respects me enough to wear masks during a pandemic. My local market from now on.

Went again for International Cold Stone Italian Sweet Creamer NONE Again! If a lot of people Order and your Company cannot keep it stocked? This would be a great accomplishment to keep your customers happy! 6 Wal-Marts to find it 2 weeks later it was in. Nothing else compares; Not your store brand and not carnations brand.

Meh. They were out of things. It didnt look very clean. Might be worth a quick dash for milk or eggs, but I wouldnt recommend for regular grocery shopping.

It smelled really bad when I entered the store and the floors were filthy! Not dirty like they had a busy day, but grimy dirt under the cash registers and around the walls. I mentioned it to the staff at the customer service desk and they said they would look into to it, but it was Obvious they did not care.

Very convenient but shelves frequently need restocking- especially on/after the weekend. Prices are good and checkout is fairly quick.

For a big store with lots of supplies and security they lack electric carts for this area. They had one electric cart and it was in use.Last time they take your CDL or ID to use the cart. With covid people still shops. (So they lose a star.) With a bad knee going for supplies on each end of the store is a pain. The same pain I get in my knee. And I have Walmart deliver my groceries twice a monthly during this pandemic. If they get two more carts I will add a 4th star.

Its nice. Half the crowd of the super store. With a lot of self check out lanes. I never have to wait in line here.

This is a great place for quick or in depth shopping, the store is maintained well. Shelves are restocked often and are extensive. Sanitizing happened while I was there, around the aisles and the checkouts.

The staff is ALWAYS ready and willing to help me with ANYTHING. I have never seen one employee try to avoid or ignore me. If they even THINK I need help, they help. Usually it’s getting items from a high shelf for me. I’m a shorty. If I ask where an item is, they don’t just tell me; they drop what they are doing and take me there. I can honestly say, not ONE staff member has EVER been rude or short with me, no matter how busy they are. LOVE my Walmart Neighborhood Store!

It was a pleasant experience today . The only things I couldnt get which I wish I could was more flavors of gateraide & the GV fat free lactose free milk . They had everything else & the cashier Jay was very sweet & considerate.

Incompetent at its finest probably some of the dumbest people under one roof will be suing this company all i did was deposit money onto a card and they screwed it up and will not fix the situation.

Weve used the pick up option twice and been missing items and receiving items we did not order. We thought it was a fluke the first time but this order really messed up the meals for the week. Realized we didnt receive our sesame oil while cooking. Wont be using the app at this place again. We will try elsewhere.

I like this place because it has self check out and is usually clean but things have definitely changed. All of their make-up is locked up....yes all...if you need something you have to go track down an employee that actually has the key to open that darn door. So time consuming to search for them.Next the employees that are doing parking lot pick ups practically rush you out off their way. Rush you in the aisle & leave their carts in your way. I think they forget we are customers to that actually come into the store. We deserve respect to my goodness.The make up thing is why I will always go to a 🎯Store. I dont feel like a criminal there & am able to take my time spending my money.Take notes Wal-Mart 🙄

The staff at this Walmart are pretty rude, none of them greet you at the door or while they are walking around. I see them constantly talking behind the money counter and by the seasonal isles. Also the floors are always filthy in there.

It was great. Everyone their was wearing a mask and they monitor how many people go into their store. (Fowler & Shaw)They also disinfect the shopping carts and I noticed throughout their store they have dispensers of Hand Sanitizer.

Never go to this Walmart to pick up your grocery order. Ive tried 3 times and they have yet to get the order right and I had to wait 2.5 hrs. (in the parking lot) to get my order the 1st time. Today, when I called to ask about a problem with my order, I was transferred from person to person 4 times. Nobody called me back as promised. I was told that Michelle, store Mgr., was not available and not here after the previous person told me that she just arrived. Terrible service and they lie!!! This is not how they should treat old people just trying to stay out of the store.

Not the best Walmart in the area. Used to be better. Lately they have been dirtier inside and a lot of stuff has been sold out every time we check, and Im not just referring to cleaning items.

A lot better than the supermarket on Herndon. Less busy, always good selection, same good prices. They also have a good amount of self checkout stations, and the lines are never long.

This Neighborhood Store has always had helpful people. They sometimes do have stocking issues due to their volume of customers. Overall it is a clean and efficient store. Having Little Cesars next door is nice for a pizza and quick shopping run. The curbside pickup is great.

Horrible management and is the most prone accident walmart out of the entire u.s.a walmarts. Plus consistently just fires employees instead of helping them improve.

My go-to place for quick shopping trips. They have all the basic stuff, plus some extras in a small footprint. They usually have rotisserie chicken, fresh baked breads, chopped salads, donuts, pizzas that are oven-ready, prepared sandwiches, wraps and salads. They also have a selection of cleaners, medicines, makeup and baby supplies (good if you are low on diapers!) Most of the staff are very helpful, easy on returns. The reason for four stars instead of five is the pharmacy. Useless. Everything else is great.

The employees here are pretty nice. Im not really the type of shopper that needs to talk to employees all that much, but on occasion I do have to ask where something is. They are up to par with any Walmart employee might talk to you, maybe cut above the rest. The cleanliness the store is a little bit above average than what one would expect at a normal Walmart. Its not a 3 star store but its not a 4 star store. Its a 3.5 star store. But I gave it a 4.

Not a huge deal but what is the point of selecting have order put in bags and paying for the bags if you guys just put them in my trunk loose and not in bags. So annoying becuase this is the 5th time this has happened. I know its not a lot of money to loose on a bag for my groceries but still money lost.

It was kate and I was looking for milk in a plastic half gallon (camping, so ice chest). Had to walk from one entrance to the other and back with nobody in line. Brought back fond memories of high school graduation and having to walk on the right, not left side of a post. At least they had the milk. In what seems to be the new normal, the shelves were picked over.

Ehh. The employees would rather spit in ur face than answer any questions. Not friendly, accept the girl at the checkout. She was kinda cool.

We like this Walmart a lot and shop there very often. However, its becoming a BIG disappointed lately !No carts inside the store, no sanitizers, not enough checkers . Whats going on ?!

Now with all the curb side orders, its terrible trying to maneuver around in the store with all the employees loading their big carts that block the isles with store pick-up products, they are in the way and always in a hurry. So as a shopper its tough getting around shopping at this store !

Limited sizes of Corn Flakes cereal (youd best be hungry for LOTS of Corn Flakes! 😯) and expired coupons for Daisy Cottage Cheese by the Daisy Cottage Cheese. Whats up with that? Didnt know it til the coupon was rejected during check-out.
