I found Keith Matthews to be a highly knowledgeable gunsmith that also runs an online store. This makes his prices very easy on the wallet. He has the ability to build the gun of your dreams, fix something that broke or get whatever you have Cerakoted. Well worth the trip. Im looking forward to doing more business with him. Keith Matthews used to be top notch, but apparently times have changed. I had a firearm delivered to him on 12/16/20, and it was accepted and signed for, but when I tried to contact him all calls went to voicemail. Buds had and still has him listed as a preferred dealer otherwise I would not have had an order sent to him without first checking on his status.After a week of not being able to contact Matthews, I notified Buds of the situation and asked that they cancel the order. Buds dispatched a prepaid return box, but as of 1/20/2021, the order has not been returned to Buds.Now Google lists his his business as temporarily closed despite Buds still show him as active preferred. If he is closed, then any orders showing up should have been returned immediately instead of accepted.

Terrific business! Keith is kind, helpful and patient. He was willing to work around my crazy work schedule. I will always use him and recommend him for my FFL needs.

Keith is amazing. If you need your gun cerakoted he is absolute best. I look forward to getting all my guns cerakoted by him great service and competitive prices.

I’d like to add to my previous review. I had Keith rebarrel my m700 from .22-250 to 6.5 creedmoor this last spring. As anyone would realize, building a rifle takes time and experience/expertise. He did an awesome job with my project. This baby shoots as well as anything out there! Shilen feather weight profile SS 24”. He also trued the action and bolt face. And his price rate was great. I highly recommend Keith and his work! A friend of mine had him cut and thread his .300 win mag for a break. Another great looking job. Also re-barreled another friends brownie A-bolt. His rifle shoots 1/2 MOA no problem.Thanks Keith
