The store was clean and there was plenty of Staff around to help if I had questions. Everybody I talked to was friendly. They do have inexpensive items but thats because they arent all great quality. However you can find some great items here. I picked up a solid wooden workbench that Im going to use for crafting at a great price.

Usually great helpful people. Except this one worker, asked for help to find a wrench set cause obviously I couldnt find it and she was just rude and was like its right here did you even look, had a horrible attitude. Her job is to help find those tools, help the customer. Totally disappointed in this harbor freight now, recommend going to a different one.

Great value. You can find just about any tool hear for a third of the price of Lowes or Home Depot. If you need the best quality, maybe go to the higher end store, but lots of these tools will just get the job done. I get lots of random tools here that I may not use as often.

Iles are a bit cramped and some shelves are too cramped with items, its hard to find which is which made it hard to find prices. Overall service was less ro be admired. Not many enployees ariund for help and checkout.

Deals rotate on different stuff week to week. Some stuff can be high priced and better to get elsewhere with a different store and a better brand name for the same price.. but they do, however, have useful little tools and other items like batteries, magnetic dishes for those small metal odds and ends, hose nozzles, tape measures, etc various lil gadgets that go on sale for just a couple dollars all the time. Check it out for anything handy dandy that you may need.

This store is heaven if you like doing things yourself.I bought boxes of 3 solar lights of a hummingbird, a butterfly, and a dragonfly per box.They work wonderfully. I have had many for years and they work and look like my new ones.They have a high illumination value. You can see mine from a quarter of a mile away. At night when theyre on.On Amazon, a 3 pack goes for $21.At Harbor Freight, a box of 3 goes for under $8.00I have included a picture of my front walkway at night.ALL my solar lights are from Harbor FreightThe Clovis store is well laid out and ALL the service personnel knows where EVERYTHING IS all the time!Prices are fantastic, they stand behind their products, great warranties, returns are easy, social distancing works really well in this store.Have them send you weekly ads. You cant find better prices.What a wonderful store.

Heres what to never buy at Harbor Freight.The light holds charge for about 20 minutes for about a week. Mine just stopped working after that. The wire brushes fall apart almost literally on contact.

Salespeople were helpful Some employees were playfully socializing . The inventory of this store seemed lacking compared to other Harbor freight stores Ive visited.

The customer service here is terrible. I asked for help from 2 different employees. One was very rude with me. The other i had asked where i could find a certain product and i was told it was down an aisle. They never bothered helping me look for it. I got tired of not being able to find it though it showed on the website that they had it so i walked out amd left empty handed. I guess i will just try a different harbor freight. The women employees here SUCK. I will not return to this location on shaw and villa in clovis.

Wont shop at harbor freight anymore because of their rude manager Gabe. I had proof of purchases in the form of my email with the invoive number on it.. Had a email with my attached reciept but the pdf would not pull up the reciept. The invoice number was attached to the email along with my name and date. He could have looked up the reciept in the computer but he said they dont store reciepts in the computer. That is a lie. Wasnt until I broke my phone out to record him that he decided to do the return. WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Called twice to make sure item in stock. Told twice, dont know if same person, they had it and checked them selves. Got there didnt have it. Understand mistakes happen. Instead of taking responsibility for error manager tried to blame me and insulted my integrity asked for me to show her call log on phone to prove I called. Have log i called yesterday on cell. Made call today from home and going to see if I can get a log for today not when I get invoice. Called corporate and was meet with rude tone and again blaming me. They even asked well what do you want me to do about it. Again Understand mistakes happen and not happy about not having in stock. Main thing is they try to blame you and call you a liar rather than apologize and take responsibility

First time I went to this location. Store was clean and organized. I easily found what I was looking for.... and as usual bought stuff I wasnt. I just cant seem to stick to a list. I use the HFCoupons 25% app and try to only buy what I have coupons for which helps tremendously. This location had stock of the coupon items which hasnt been my experience at the Blackstone store.

They usually have some of the low end tools or supplys that i need.Its always full when i go so its very popular.

Normal Harbor Freight Tools store. There just never seems to ever have enough knowledgeable staff working there. What can set this store up for more stars? A happier staff. The cashiers act like you should be grateful they are there to wait on you. Better customer experience would work.

One of the women cashier has some bad customer service. She was actually positive to a customer in front of me and even thanked him on his way out. Then she does completely opposite to me. She looked at her screen the whole time as she rung me up. Then handed me the receipt without even looking at me or thanking me. I will be returning the item i purchased all because of that.

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever been treated with!!! Called ahead and asked if they had a palm sander in stock. Stated on phone, which one, we have 10 different ones. I said, ok, then Ill just come on down. Get there, theres one cheaply made palm sander for 13.99, which is probably why its still on the shelf and then theres one belt sander. So I ask the rude manager at the door if these might be in a different area since they are on sale, he says, no, thats the regular price. I reply with oh, it says as advertised, he rudely replies, have you looked at everything in our store? Its all says that. Well, no smarty pants, Im a new customer (who probably will never return). So I ask when they will get more in stock and his reply is, I dont know if youre aware or not, but we are in the middle of a pandemic, stock is limited. So I asked him, are you trying to smart off to me or what is wrong with you??? He replies, well Im the one you talked to one the phone and you didnt ask for a specific one in stock, you just asked if we carried them. Well obviously putting one on display is not carrying them, youre displaying items you havent had in the store in over 3 months according to this guy. As a women, I have not felt degraded in a tool store before today. I think this store needs a serious overhaul or some customer service training because I did NOT deserve to be treated that way.
