I dont normally go to this location but since I was in the area today I stopped in. I will never again. I have 2 lines with MetroPCS and was looking to add another. I asked what the deals where right now with trade ins and I got no answer, just a you cant trade a Samsung for an iPhone. I said okay what about just your deals all around for a new line. Her response was idk it depends on what you want. But idk what I want, which is why Im asking. She told me I needed to go look around her store. I also asked for help on a discount I received with broadband (after calling into metro and being told I can come into the store and it will be applied.) And she told me I cant help you. You need to call customer support. Worst customer service experience ever and I will never return

Friendly staff and very courteous. I went asking for Consuelo and left with the purchase of a great speaker and other items.

Very disappointed with the recent visit to the store. I usually go to this location because it is the most convenient for me however I will never step foot in this place again due to the type of behavior of the employees and the treatment i received.I went in just to make a simple bill payment which I usually only pay $100 however this time my phone lines were disconnected so I needed to pay an additional $6 for a late fee. The employee (Selena) informed me that in addition to the amount of $106 I was being charged $10 for using a debit card!!! When I stated I’ve never had to pay this fee before she (Selena) immediately became defensive and rude with a response of “okay what do you want me to do about it? That’s what it’s charging you” with an aggressive tone and hand gestures. I then replied with a question in regards to helping me contact customer service to try to avoid paying the additional fee but she refused. At this point I was helpless and had no other choice but to call myself or visit another store.I asked for her name so I can refer to her when I contacted customer service and this is what escalated the verbal altercation. She became verbally aggressive and irate and started using profanity against me. Mind you, I entered this location with my child. Upon this behavior, I became defensive as well and threatened to report her.I walked out of this store shaking, with my child in tears from the screaming and her fulminating actions. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever and hope anyone thinking of doing business here sees this review because this is what really happens to real people like myself. This employee fearlessly behaves in this manner because there probably isn’t any standards in place by the dealer she is employed with.I ended up going to the store in Freeport where I only paid $106 and the gentleman that helped me could not find any explanation of why I was being charged that additional $10 fee initially.I called earlier today to speak to the store manager in hopes of obtaining an email to her direct supervisor but was not able to. I wrote this review to inform future customers and in hopes of receiving a response from upper management.

Understaffed and overworked. Had to wait 2 hours because they only had 1 person working. Went back a few days later and saw they still only had one person working.

Nice and polite people. Solved my problem in minutes. Very satisfied

My phone didnt work and this sweet lady fixed it . So I gave her a hug and thanked her and went about my way . She was awesome!!!

Was a very clean organized store . the girl name damariz was very friendly with positive energy and she set uped my plan and i bought a phone from them . I do all my paying and promotions from in this store since then.

Great place, very friendly staff. My friend needed a new phone and a good plan so he could make calls to Mexico and from Mexico right across the border, and this is a great service providers. My friend change from Verizon which charge him $90 monthly and now he will pay $60, He got a great phone for only $115 total including plan and a head set. Cheapest phone provider and great service almost everywhere.

Buyer beware. I thought I was paying for a phone upgrade $50 and amonths phone time$60. I paid 117.99. The months time was actually only for 3 days. Had to pay additional $62. He kept saying the phone would be good through march. Make sure what he says and what the receipt show match. I cant tell what I was charged for, I just know it isnt what he said. Very 😡

Use to be alright when it was metro by pcs now it just suck delayed messages sometimes dont get a message till a couple hours later and my job and other people tell me when they call it just goes to voicemail and wont even ring ive talked to the store manager and customer service and neither one was able to help. I dont recommend them. You get what you pay for.

I will never go back here they charged me double even when I called metro the rep told me they charged me double for me to take my receipt back too them to get my money. So I did that and they told me no they didnt charge to double and she threw the receipt at me. I know someone that used to work for them and they told me how the store manager used to screw thecustomers over. I was only suppose to pay $100 and something but ended up paying $224.

This was so sad,the air condition wasnt working,the sale person was not knowledgeable about the phones,she paid more attention to her boy friend and child than to the custom,I wanted to buy a phone but she was in to big of hurry to get off,sending custom to other stores instead of trying to help them,she was not friendly at all.

Had issues with a new phone i got from them said they would order a new phone b4 my 30day stire warranty was up and never recieved it now if i want to fix my phone i have to pay $17 dollars for another phone that could be a refurb or what not

This store sells defective phones. Also do NOT go there if you need tech support. The gentleman who is always there is unable to help you with technical phone problems due to lack of knowledge. ALSO they are NOT open until 9pm. This place is not the place to go if you want even decent service!
