I had a great experience at Bel furniture Sara and Liz was wonderful sales associates I will be going back for more.

When I paid $3000 for my living room set all was good. I even bought the expensive extended warrantyLess than a year later my loveseat has the stuffing falling out.I called the warranty people and find out that this isn’t covered under the warrantyI returned to the store to give them a piece of my mind and the manager said that it would be covered under the store warrantyIf I want them to pick it up $108 That don’t sound right so I took it to them. They sent it to Katy for repairOver a month later they still haven’t fixed my loveseat and no one ever called to let me know anything.I went back to the Clute store and they said they would call me back MondayFinally on Thursday I got a call from Clute to tell me all they knew was that it may be on the truck FridayNo one called me Friday so I called SaturdayAll they knew is that it wasn’t on the truckI called Katy and talked to an answering machineMonday I called them again and was told it wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be done. However I would get a callback by end of the day. Well that didn’t happenTuesday afternoon I got the call to be told it will possibly be ready in two weeks

Overpriced, wont give discount on floor models even after they sell you an item they dont have and after two weeks they offer you the floor model.Financing here could lead to a potential 100% price hike from if you had just paid cash. Its mostly all particle board anyways.

To whom this may concern,I have recently purchased a couch & a sofa from BEL furniture. I also purchased a warranty along with them that is somehow of no use. BEL furniture is not taking action in assisting on behalf of their conditions. I have had them about a year and they are in terrible condition. Prior to purchasing them, the employee that assisted me informed me they were real genuine leather. To the best of my knowledge real leather does not become ruined as horribly as the couches BEL furniture sold to me. The service BEL furniture is providing me is terrible. All I ask is for is a replacement or credit of some sort. I was told BEL furniture was a great company to purchase from but I was told wrong. Their products are false advertised and their warranty is of no help. I made a useless purchase when I walked into this establishment. I want a solution to this issue that is out of my hands. To anyone who reads this and is interested in purchasing furniture do NOT PURCHASE FROM BEL FURNITURE. Their furniture is made with cheap material. I wish I never purchased from them to begin with. Alex was great! She greeted my mom and I once we entered the store and made us feel welcome! Friendly, positive attitude and knowledgeable. Alex helped me as I looked around for a new bedroom set. She was so patient as I looked around at all of the great deals. Not once did she make me feel rushed or bothering her as we see so much of in stores today.
