Just left the store.Anthony was greatSooooo HELPFUL. The color I wanted was discontinued. Needed to repaint. All I had was dried paint plastic container. He cut a piece out and did his magic. He matched my color. You cant even tell the difference.Good job Anthony.Very friendly. Quick. Attentive..Good job

My favorite place to get paint . Customer service is TOP NOTCH. They are so nice and friendly, they know what they are talking about and I’ve never been disappointed. They have so many options in store and online was helpful seeing colors before going in! I would recommend this store to everyone ! After an unpleasant experience at the Angleton Sherman Williams, I drove to this store in Clute and they took the time to explain things to me and help me decide what paint I needed for our bathrooms, and where they were two gallons short of what I needed, arrangements were made for me to get them in Alvin, where the paint was waiting for me when I got there...

Unlike either Lowes or Home Depot (where Id originally planned to buy my paint), it was a delight to deal with friendly people who actually know paint. Ive never had my home painted before, and had many questions. I was met at both these stores by blank stares and suggestions to do internet research. I remembered my local Sherwin-Williams, visited, and was really happy to find knowledgeable employees. Furthermore, because of a 30% paint sale, I was able to buy a much higher grade paint for my home. Im in the computer now, and will be returning to buy interior paint, my next step. Im happy to pay for knowledge, and the sale cemented my intention of returning.

Just left this place. What a joke. There were other customers in the store and the clerk, I think his name was Gary, was a total dweeb!!Tried to tell me that they cannot color match unless I had a 3 inch color sample.I heard him tell the other customer not to get paint with primer. What? I cannot believe he said that.I went to home depot and they color matched perfectly.You people suck at this store and maybe should go to Angleton store for training.

I went to Lowe’s first, but was not getting help and I needed to talk to someone knowledgeable. I left and came to Sherwin Williams. I was helped immediately by Barry who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come here for ALL my paint needs!

The color match was spot on, literally could not tell where the paint was dabbed on the vinyl siding sample I brought to the store with me.

The only good thing about this paint store is the managers knowledge of his store, products, and knows how make the job easier for his customers and his employees. This is one of the few Sherwin Williams that actually can help you with all of your paint needs.

I will never go back in here again. walked in and got my needed supplies in approx. 5 mins, and never once was I acknowledged. I waited at least 15 minutes at the counter to check out with the 7 items that I had while I watched one of the employees in the back chat with another guy... the only other employee I saw working there had customers, but never once said anything that let me know that he even had a clue that I existed...too many other places around here to go to buy what I need...that was my first and last trip to this place...if I could give it zero stars I would.

The quality of paint is second to none, very easy to apply on top of old colors and rolls on very smooth.
