If you go to this dealership, my only suggestion is that you DON’T deal with Kate. She is RUDE and shouldn’t be working there. That being said I HIGHLY recommend Dan, who swooped in and saved a sale and a customer and really was a kind and friendly face that you want to be on the other side of the desk when you’re buying a new car. Dealing with Dan turned this one star review into a 4 star, only losing one because of Kate. Thank you DAN for selling us our new Jeep! We love it already! Went in around 9am on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Kate. I showed her the Jeep Cherokee I had seen online and we went on a nice test drive that included highway time to see how the car drives. I can not say enough good words about Kate. I drove 200 miles, passing tons of other Jeep dealers, to purchase my new Jeep from her. She is beyond amazing and lives up to her reputation of being an awesome, upfront, and honest saleswoman. I contacted Kate precovid to order a wrangler with a manual trans. Never again.I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica new from Courtesy Chrysler back in April.The dealership didn’t keep their promise. As part of the deal we gave them a leased minivan. They sad that will pay off the lease. 6 months after the deal the lease company has not received the payoff and still harassing us for payment. I think they will do anything to sale you a car and they care less about their commitment.We have used Chryslers minivan since 2005, this was great acquisition. We had a big accident and we have a total lost. We went to a different dealership to get a new Pacifica.They didnt comply so watch out they will lie to you. Try a different dealer

I trade My 98 Jeep and I wanted a Jeep pick up but I didnt get qualify, so a sales person name Robert helped me with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, I am very great full that I got qualified with this brand new Jeep. And I am thankful. The only thing I didnt like about the Jeep is the fact that whom ever clean it didnt do a good job with the motor it was dusty but other than that Robert is a great sales person I recommend him to whom ever goes to Courtesy Chrysler in Coatesville.

I bought my factory ordered jeep on 7/10/17 and still have not received my registration for the jeep (Going on 3 months) after countless Its on the way conversations. When I purchased the car, I asked for a detail of the car, instead they gave me some glasscoat treatment which is nice but I never asked for it. I was told my jeep would come with tinted windows on the soft top, but that was not the case. The rear window had to be replaced due to scratched and indents when given to me. Clearly no quality check. I also was told the Jeep did not include the Jeep wave which consisted of free oil changes and maintenance. I worked oil changes into the deal which means the Jeep offset part of my deal. To top it off, I originally built into the deal that I would get aftermarket jeep parts at cost, and have it installed but the Service Manger clearly told me he cant do that because he sells to sales for a profit. So those parts were more than what I would pay from Amazon. Not to mention they were not able to properly track the vehicle as to when it would arrive. I was not going to post this and give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point people should know not to waste their time here. I have bought 8 new cars in the last 5 years and never had an issue with a Jeep/Dodge dealer.

I took my vehicle in to have the window regulator replaced. It took the better part of the day, but they have a large and comfortable waiting room so waiting was a breeze! My window works great and I will definitely go their service department again!

Rob was amazing and I love that I got a new 2018 Jeep Renegade. His customer service was great and he listen to what my concerns were and what I wanted. I just didn’t like that they don’t fill the gas tank up to full. Jeff Diambrosi always would fill my tank up when I purchased a car. I still give Rob a 5 star rating but the dealership I give a 3 star.

Sold my daughter a used car. Said they would fix a few things on the car before sale complete. Also said there was a 30 or 60 day warranty cant remember which. With that said they did not fix the dent that they said they would fix. My daughter took it off the lot got it down the road about 20 mile and the window dropped into the door and the brakes started squeaking like crazy we called the next day. Fixed the window and told us nothing wrong with brakes they were fine only for the car to leave her stranded 7 days later. Then when we called them they said nothing they can do it is an as is car. So tell me how a car can have a warranty and be asis. We had to pay $600 for their mistake in diagnosis of brakes and they did not honor any warranty. Also when our shop fixed the brakes they found a crack in the manifold and the is going to be another $600 job. They said the do pre inspections on all their used cars so how did they miss all this stuff wrong with it. Mind you my daughter was only 17 at the time. Would never buy a car from them again. Every time i asked to speak to the owner, a man name Steve intervened and would not transfer me the owner.

Hour and a half for just an oil change, my vehicle smelled horrifically of cigarette smoke when I got it back, the mechanic left some paperwork in my car.Those things alone are annoying enough, then I get in after my car is returned and checked on my emergency $20 that I mistakenly left in the center console. Yea, it was gone.Should I have taken the money out of my car before handing it off to a stranger? Yes. Should a mechanic working at a dealership Snoop through my car and then take money out? Absolutely not.This is really a shame because it seems like other reviews think the place is great. Very disappointed in the Stark contrast between the reviews Ive read and the experience I had.

They were great to work with when getting my car. Had bad experience recently. Appointment at 1pm, I was running late by about 15 minutes. Two hours later I look outside and my car is still in the same spot. My inspection and oil change should have been done by then! I asked about the progress. Finally take in 10 minutes later. And another hour and half until it was done.

The service desk employees were awesome. They fit me in their busy schedule and inspected my car within a few hours. I have taken my Jeep there a few times and will continue too. Looks like a great place to work.

Very easy to get an appointment. Service was punctual. Problem is they damaged my vehicle and were honest about it but were not able to repair the scratch they put in my hood. I need for them take my Ram for 2-3 days next week and repaint the hood. They also teturn my truck dirty with marks from attempting to repair it and it appeared to have been drive through some large mud puddles very disappointed in this experience.

They got ad on facebook about dropping your vehicle off to get serviced. False advertising. I called yest for a issue i aint have the vehicle for two months and was asked who sold me the vehicle got put on hold. So i guess there being rude to me because the salesman is no longer there. I was told since rons not here no more who knows how you got the car all i can do is make appointment and its up to the owner if he wants handle it.. So what the hell service is that. My sway bar bushings are worn i was just seeing what can get done.

I am currently in the process of financing a car from them. Unfortunately the car after only having it.for two weeks....the check engine light came in and remained on. When I notified the dealership.. They placed me in a rental. We had the rental for several months with out hearing back about our car. We went back several times being told the car was ready and upon leaving each time..the check engine light came back on. Then there were other issues with the car along with the check engine light. The financing guy tom is rude and didnt want to offer us another car. Rental fees came out to $4500 due to riding 5 months in a rental. Do not purchase a car from them they are unprofessional and will take your money. Still dealing with them now smh. They lose your information so you have to keep submitting it. My partner and I have had nothing but a bad experience with them ever since we put down our money. Warning.. Do not waste your time or money!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. They will talk about you at the desk right next to where you’re sitting as if you can’t hear them. I’ve never met a salesperson as rude as Steve- lots of eye rolls and head shakes when talking to him. When trying to make a deal with Kate, she laughed in my face when I asked for the KBB value for my trade in and told me that they don’t base trade in values off of KBB. Every other dealer I’ve been to has always honored KBB value. They seemed completely unwilling to try to find something that worked for my budget. If you MUST visit this dealer, work with Rob. He was the only one there who seemed polite and honest.

Took it for another quick test drive and the paper work was waiting for me to sign when I got back. I had a great experience here. I was looking for a new car and noone seemed to want to help. Many said come see usvand you will drive away in a new car after spending four hours at two different dealerships they both said we cant help you. Then i tried Courtesy Chrysler Jeep and the salesman said the same thing so naturally i was very sceptical and finally decided to say no and give up when the owner of Courtesy Bill called me and listened to me about my credit issues and how i was rebuilding it from the ground up and said im sure we can help get you into a new car so against my judgement i yet again set out to yet another dealership assuming i would be turned down again.
