I left my car in an outdoor space in a self storage over a year and a half. My car was absolutely destroyed (rats are through the inside of my car and lived in there) but Lews fixed it up perfectly at a reasonable price. Service was fast and staffs were kind and professional. 5stars
Phenomenal service. Im so happy I found this place after moving to the area. Theyve taken care of my belt replacements, inspections, and minor maintenances, and everything has gone well since. Cost was very fair when compared with other local service centers. They even took the time to show me under my cars hood and explain to me where and how some of the issues originated and what else to look out for.
Lew, is honest, and has integrity with his work ethic. His team is like family to me!!! Ive worked with Lew since he brought the business from Mr. Barnett. And that was about 22 years ago!! Happy customer!!! ♥️

Lews service was excellent service they helped me when my car over heated free of charge.....so I went for a oil change couple weeks later and the experience was educational and good conversation with the staff....

Lews did an excellent job with my vehicle maintenance. I needed tires, oil change, and inspection and I was in a tough spot having my vehicle serviced due to my work hours. Lews picked up, serviced and returned my vehicle. I would definitely recommend trusting your vehicle with these folks.
They were able to help me out with an unusual request. I really appreciate their kindness and will always keep them in mind when I need any repairs.

Had several very bad experiences with Bill and Lew and will not return for any car work. Even if its out of the way, I will not use Lews for any service. My wife and I were long-time customers.1) Called week in advance and let them know I needed work done by a certain day. I let them know it was critical and very important to have it done. If they couldnt do it, I would take it to a different garage. Bill assured me it would be done. We went over the work and I gave approval to be completed. On the day it was to be completed, they didnt pull the truck in until late and when I called, they said it couldnt be done. Bill then told me I never told him it needed to be done by that day. Both he and Lew explained it was my fault because I waited until last minute to schedule. When I tried repeatedly to remind them I called way in advance and discussed the need, they took no accountability. Finally after reminding them of all the specific conversations, they finally said oh yes I knew you needed it back but they were too busy to do it and I should chill out.2) They did not replace my Ins. and Registration in my vehicle and I had to call several times to get it back. Not a terrible issue, but I think its part of a larger lack of organization and detail.3) The same work they quoted me was done by firestone for $300 less. I cant say for sure, but I believe they may be overcharging longer-term customers.4) They quoted my wife excessive fees for ball joints ($1,000). These should not be nearly that much for a Honda CRV.5) I had work done for my parking brake and they fixed it by rigging some type of wrench to the cable. When I brought the truck back in, they said the parking brake was a mess and needed repaired.Response to Owner: The call was not made until 1:28pm. Owner said before noon in the below response, which is a misrepresentation and may be an effort to avoid taking accountability. We had several conversations about the specific time he called, so this is not a mistake. I have the records on my phone. Bill confirmed that regardless of my response to that call at 1:28pm, the truck could not be done. The added work was for a parking brake, which was not required at the garage I eventually went to.Regarding timing of the inspection: I had small hole in the frame from rust, which needed a patch welded over it. No question that it has some rust issues under the bed. I had talked to Bill about this in mid-July, and had to wait for that patch work to be completed before scheduling the inspection. I notified Bill that I would be bringing the truck in as soon as the weld was done.What I stated in this review represents the events. I advise against using this garage.
