Fortunately Terri alongside her coworker makes a mean tuna club with extra pickles. She spoke individually to each customer to thank them for waiting patiently. Her customer service was amazing and shes the reason Im sipping free coffee. They didnt really owe me for my time today but I love coffee so I took her up on the offer. The #DarkRoast is great with a top off of #FrenchVanilla (definitely) #Cappuccino (I think thats whats next to the #hotchocolate). This is your average super wawa with made to order items. My husband and I stop her frequently for gas and usually do not have an issue. Overall it is usually a good experience with decent food.

Three times I ordered extra cheese in a sub for additional .75Never got it. Inside was still one or two slices, whats the point? I guess jokes on me.

Watched this place get built from the ground up a few years ago. Service is always friendly and fast.Pretty decent made to order food available from a nice and clean looking kitchen.I like this location because they have plenty of parking on all sides of the building, including one side where you could pull a big truck, RV or trailer alongside the curb.Plenty of easy access gas pumps with competitive prices too.Store always appears neat and orderly and well stocked.

I stopped by to grab some coffee and a snack, as well as to use the restroom during my commute. The night shift cashier was friendly and my experience wasn’t bad.

This Wawa is great. The food is always good and fresh. The shelves are always stocked. The bathroom is clean. And the entire store is actually pretty clean. The service is good too. In the parking lot is nice and big so there’s never really a traffic jam.

Half assin it makin the food. Don’t tell me it’s ready and call my number and stop your computer when my 9$ salad isn’t ready yet. Fake your numbers and cycle times is gonna catch up with yah

Todays temps were in the 60s after a long polar vortex. I was feeling a bit of sunshine on my face and a hop in my step. Craving a summer classic I sprung to Wawa! The hot, fresh and crispy meatball sub, Mac and Cheese and a fountain Dr. Pepper had me feeling like I was back at the Jersey Shore!

It was dirty, overpriced and they were out of several items in the store. Very disappointed for my first time visiting a Wawa. Honestly its just a dirtier, more expensive Sheetz or Rutters. LAME

Always a great stop. Food is constantly good. Ham, egg and cheese burrito was fantastic. Cooked all the way through. Plenty of ham, egg and cheese on there. Ckean restaurant and friendly staff.

This Wawa is awful every time I come here I have a bad experience I work right next door I would literally go out of my way rather than walk in there you order food be prepared to wait 30 minutes if nobodys in there 45 if you see two or three people nobody smiles everybody seems to hate their job and nobodys in a hurry to do anything absolutely would not recommend will continue to tell people not to go there

Every time I come in to Wawa, Sam is always kind and enthusiastic. Today she gave me $1 out of her own pocket because I was short! Thank you so much Sam, you made my day with your act of kindness. Shes an employee who is an ASSET to Wawa!

The staff that getting the food ready for customer lunch time could do more. if they just did less talking an more work.

Poor customer service skills, staff doesnt greet customers, self serve drink area is always filthy or out of drink supplies. Tons of trash and cups left behind that customers have used or drank out of. Scared to order food if the self serve areas look that bad. Will not be returning.

My local coffee and drink shop. Always helpful and responsive customer service when the lines get over 3 it seems. Quick and efficient just like you expect to start your day or anytime. 24 hours.

My regular coffee and snack stop. Also tried donuts and tacos and like them both. Prices are inexpensive and food taste is good.

The air pump has not been fixed for ages. When asked the personnel — said they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Either fix or remove that thing completely.

Pretty clean and new, great staff but they seem to be chronically understaffed (a management issue). Very convenient, but if the entrances to the parking lot were better set up it would fix the issue of nearly colliding all the time with customers that arent paying attention when they fly around the corner.

Stopped for lunch, spent half my lunch preparing food and sitting at the register only to find out there not taking credit cards at the register. Guess someone else will have to eat my lunch for me. :-(

One of the finest establishments I have had the pleasure of visiting. Great sandwiches all day long from breakfast to dinner and an excellent staff. I am beyond pleased with my experience here.

Got yelled at by the guy making our hoagies. Apparently if you order more than 5 subs its considered catering. If you have an app, clearly state restrictions! Im pretty sure he made it up too. So rude! Not my fault big orders fluster you. Another employee came over and helped complete our order. Not going back in a long long time. I should not get yelled at as a customer!

What an amazing cup of coffee! They have little tasting cups, which is such a great idea, and after sampling a few blends I settled on the Cuban. It was smooth and rich and after driving for two hours it was still good. I will be getting Wawa coffee from now on.

They have everything. I love their handmade soups and subs! They always have my hazelnut coffee available. They also have a Wawa Rewards Program, which allows you to earn free items! Their prices are competitive with 7-Eleven and Royal Farms. Ill be getting a Wawa closer to where I live in Towson.

A great convenience store and gas station where you can grab a bite to eat, fill your gas tank and also has a free air fill stop for your tires. You can get smokes and lottery tickets along with good fresh food as well as quick things like chips and soda. Some of the best coffee in my opinion too.

Food ok, but expect to wait a while

Looks like they are short staffed...but it shouldnt take 20 minutes to get a hot chocolate...it was not as busy as my regular Wawa stops. I was about to ask for a refund. I love Wawa and I am a frequent daily customer but management should take notice. :(

I already love Wawa in general, but I need everyone to know why I love this Wawa. the staff here are amazing. I look forward to coming here for my coffee, breakfast, and lunch just to see friendly familiar faces. The friendliest of all of these has got to be Lynne - she is smiley, happy, and absolutely makes my day everytime I see her, whether hes making coffee or at the register. She manages to hold a great conversation and connect with her customers, even while doing a million things at once! Thats not to say that the rest of the staff here arent amazing - they really are. I just think that everyone who goes here should get to meet Lynne and have their day made that much better.

Wawa is the best convenience store in the world. I will admit that Im biased; being from NJ, Ive been going to Wawa since I was a kid. The MD version of Wawa is definitely different than what Im used to in terms of brands sold (no Herrs or Wise products), but Wawa brand products are always on point no matter which store you frequent. Deli is stellar of course, and they recently added an order ahead feature to their app. The app also gives amazing discount coupons if you use it to pay on a regular basis.

This Wawa is pretty good overall. Most of the staff are very nice and professional. They have a wide selection of food and beverages. There gas station is usually one the lowest prices in town.Thing I do not like about this place is the cleanliness. Both inside and out this place needs cleaning more often. It is really bad outside in the parking lot. Theres always trash littered all around along with gum and liquid stains. This really detracts from the look of the place. It causes me to have to keep an eye out on the ground and dodge any debris while Im walking. The lack of cleanliness leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth, but otherwise this Wawa is good.

I placed an order for a quesadilla and got ingredients thrown in and no salsa. If I wouldnt have asked for extra salsa on the side i wouldnt have gotten any at all. Same goes for my sour cream that I paid extra for but never got. Worst quesadilla ever. Wasnt even cut. My 5 year oldcouldve made it better. Smh.

Usually low gas prices and food gets made quickly. Stuff is always stocked and the place is almost always clean

I wish I could post the picture of the milkshake I was given on Sunday. It wasnt filled to the top, sunken in and the whipped cream was blended into the shake.

I get subs here to take home to PA. My wife loves them. I get gas here when a more convenient gas station is too crowded. No issue.

Great Group of staff and they are ALL AWESOME! my everyday spot and Cockeysville is so blessed to have a WAWA in this area. I cant say enough abut the staff just a terrific group of employees!

It is Wawa--no more really need be said. If you dont know it, just go. It is somehow greater than the sum of its parts.

Please figure out how to make an Iced Macchiato, or take it off the menu. I am currently drinking the 5th macchiato I have tried from the location and it is horrible. Every time I either have to tell the person how to make it or it is made poorly. They consistently need more ice, less milk, and if a double shot of espresso is ordered, it definitely needs less milk or a bigger cup! It overflows every time and my $$ for the extra shot is wasted. Why can every other Wawa make me a decent drink except for this one? Also, the access to this Wawa from York Road can be a little sketchy.

Do not go here. You will end up with exceptional service and good food.

I went here last night for dinner (10/9/16) and after eating and working for about 2 hours I was having bad stomach cramps and felt like I was about to throw up. This is tge second time this has happened at this wawa. I love wawa but Ill never go to this one for food again
