Bought my mini van here. Brought it in for the first free oil change and checkup. The technician recommended a new cabin air filter and engine air filter. I will replace those. I recieved a detailed report of what was checked and recommended service. A service ticket was included, good for 30 days, should I choose to have them do the work. The entire visit was less than an hour, van wash included. Excellent service and attention to detail.I highly recommend Bob Steele Chevrolet to purchase your next vehicle.

They did a good job repairing my Traverse. And the after hours keydrop was nice too.

Even though I am not from the area they helped out some family members very well and there staff seem good when solving problems that occur on the spot. Id give them 4 stars for certain. Cant give 5 cause I dont know well enough and not from the area but certain 4 stars solid.

Service was good and the people were very friendly. Went in for what I thought was a warranty issue but had to replace a tire at my cost. OK, it happens. But I wasnt enthused with the up selling that started at the service bay door.

Cracked my dashboard but say theyre not responsible... Zero stars. I mean no stars.

They wanted to charge a 145.00 for a oil change because of synthetic oil when Walmart dont even charge half of that I wouldnt say go to Walmart but you get the point.
