Brought truck in for appt at 1pm, my truck sat for 2 hours before being started. It was not necessary to wait that long. they failed to add the DEF when I brought truck in week prior for regular service so I had them add it when I brought it in. They failed to fill it fully so tech had to fill in parking lot before I left. 3.5 hours second time. In 2 weeks I spent 7 hours at your dealership for routine maintenance. This is ridiculous!!! I have a job and cannot waste a day sitting in your service dept!!!!

Made a appointment to get service for my car. I was told it would be a couple hours. When I returned I was told that they did not have oil or brake fluid. It took them 2 hours to realize they couldnt do the service? That is totally unacceptable and a total waste of my time. I wont be coming back.

I just purchased a new vehicle through this dealership and the sales person, Sam was absolutely AMAZING!! Sam not only listened to my wants and needs, he most importantly listened to my budget constraints. He visualized the perfect car for me; however, still took the time to go through all of the various options, down to the detailed specifications of trunk sizes and seat widths for each option and instead of telling me what the perfect car would be, he assisted me on arriving at my own decision. Sam never came across as pushy, he was very patient and most importantly he made the entire process flyby with his quirkiness and quick wittiness while exhibiting great charisma. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle where I felt as if the sales person genuinely cared.Also, the finance guy was incredible. He didn’t try to oversell me with upgrades and warrantees he asked if I had a preference in anything, the. briefly explained the options and when asked, he would expand on my inquires, explaining in detail, sometimes he would reexplain the same answer multiple times while having a smile on his face. He was very patient with me and worked hard to get the best rate for me.Overall I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone I speak with, every single employee either made eye contact and smiled or congratulated me on my new purchase. While the company vehicle was not purchased from B. Steele Chevy I brought it in for service. The vehicle did have an extended warranty that was like pulling teeth to get an answer from either the dealership or the warranty company on what was happening. They had my vehicle for two days shy of two weeks with no offer of a loaner or something to help work production continue on our end. The service advisor was difficult to get a hold of or just always got his voicemail but rarely and call back. At least when we did speak either over phone or in person all employees were nice and pleasant to speak with.
The check in was fast. I had oil and filter changed (BEST PRICE in the area) plus tire rotation for free. I called 5 Chevys in the area and all of them wanted $120 minimum to check if my AC filter needed to be changed. Bobs Chevy did it for free. Sage Rodriguez did a great job and was very attempting to my car needs! I’ll absolutely come back and I highly recommend!

Had an appointment at 10:30 am for oil change & tire rotation. They were really short staffed in customer service & I got checked out after 1:00 pm only because I saw my car sitting backed up against wall & no one knew why!! 😠Also didn’t get the complimentary car wash! :( Over 2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment is ridiculous!! What’s the sense of making an appointment?🤔 Also last appointment is at 2 pm during the week & I work & would have to take 3 hrs off work!!! It doesn’t seem customer service staff was too happy either & were very short to me when I questioned when my car would be ready!You need to make sure staffing in service department is top notch & courteous!!! I hope my next oil change is less than 2 hours when I make an appointment! Otherwise when I trade in my car I’ll go to another dealership that can provide better service & customer support!
Best service ever, I tried a different dealer with no luck on what I was looking for, I went to Bob Steele today they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted in a new car. I bought a 2021 Equinox and love it. In and out in about an hour to an hour and a half and that included the test drive. This is the second time Ive used Bob Steele Chevrolet and will use them again in my next car. Highly recommend this dealer if you family friendly service.

I bought my brand new 2021 Trailblazer here and had the best service ever from start to finish. Robert Reese was wonderful and I would always go back to him. He was very detailed and I am a very decisive person who knows what I want and what I will pay before I walk in the door, along with what I will accept for my trade. He knew the specs and every answer I needed. Very friendly, courteous, not pushy, and Tavy Campbell the Finance Manager was the same as well. This dealership by far is the best and not overbearing like other dealerships. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, and very helpful. I will definitely always come back.
Experience was quite nice and car was under warranty and the problem was resolved in an adequate amount of time. The service desk was friendly and I am also glad we were talked into the extended warranty at time of purchase of used vehicle. I was surprised by an issue that was not covered by the warranty. When I explained my inability to pay because I thought it was covered by the full warranty, the manager said that they will take care of it for free. Today I was blessed with the BEST customer service I have recieved in a very long time. I took my SUV in for a simple routine oil change. Upon arrival Angel P greeted me in kindly educating me on why I desperately needed a tire rotation. My AC is currently blowing warm and he took the extra time to look into my cars extended warranty to see if i was covered. When i came to pick my car back up Angel was busy with another guest. Tyler C then took over for him after my oil and tire rotation were complete. Unfortunately there were no appointments for my AC to be fixed until the next Tuesday. Tyler C took into consideration this is Florida in the summer and I have two small children. He was never going to let me drive away with no AC. He informed me that I was covered with a rental car and he would take my car in today to be looked at all in a timely manner. He then sent me over to their rental car section where Perla H took care of me putting me in another SUV spacious enough for my children. These three treated me as if I was family. It was truly a pleasure working with them. This pandemic has made customer everywhere awful, but it did not affect these guys and gal negatively. Thank you so much for taking care of my family and I today.
I was looking around for a truck and spotted a 2018 Ford F150 at Bob Steele Chevrolet. Price was 32 something with just under 10k miles. Turns out the truck was at their outlet location and I work nights, so I called the day before going up there to check it out. Got there and the truck looked good, real good, though the price had gone up to 34 something. Drove the truck twice, and finally made up my mind to purchase. They were very fair with my trade in and were willing to come down to the previous days price at 33700 which is a fair price in todays used vehicle market. Especially for a truck with under 10k on it. They already work with my bank so financing was easy, though I wasnt terribly happy about paying a $900 dealer fee. I also agreed to purchase one of the dealer offered warranty plans and Bob Steele offers free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the vehicle. All things considered they were patient and fair and the guys there were all very nice. My girlfriend is considering purchasing from them as well.

I waited 2 and a half hours for my oil change, an hour longer than I was told it would take. I was told I should have my cabin filter replaced (every time I go, it’s something so I don’t really see these “free” oil changes as free anymore) and when I finally get in my car after paying $70 for this cabin filter to be replaced, I find the cabin filter just sitting on my passenger seat. Had I not noticed or realized what it was, I could’ve just driven off without a filter in there. The manager came and took care of it quickly and offered to fill my gas tank next time I come in which is why this is 2 stars and not 1...but having worked in customer service, I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged for this given how long I waited and the service I was charged for wasn’t even performed.
I have been coming to this dealership for several years now with purchasing and getting maintenance done. The staff on both sides are just great people. Over in service today I worked with Emmitt, very pleasant young man. He was able to get me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Normally I work with Sage, like him too!!! I bought my car at Bob Steele and get free oil changes and rotation, that being said, I made an appointment and waited 2.5 hours for my car. And still I feel lucky there was a gentleman who waited over 3.5 hours. If my oil change wasnt free Id be looking to go elsewhere.

Came in for a specific trans service from a TSB. Fluid change from the current GM fluid to a new Mobil trans Fluid. They tried to tell me i might need a torque converter. Said the fluid change might not fix the problem. It totally fixed the problem. Nothing wrong with the torque converter. Never was. Also tried to sell me front brake pads and rotors. They never removed the front wheels. And i replaced those items myself a few months ago. They were basing it on mileage, not actual necessity. The quote was for $3800. Ended up at $425. Times are tough and there is enough honest work to be done out there. No need to try to use intimidation tactics and sell things people really do not need. Its a big turnoff and gives the whole automotive repair industry a bad name. I am a director for a major automotive parts manufacturer. Ive been in the business for close to 40 years. I know cars and parts very well. These are the kind of stories that you just do not want spread around. Bad news travels fast. Treat people with honesty and integrity and you will have more business than your can handle.
Stopped by Saturday evening not long before closing. Found my new 2500HD and walked away happy after a quick and easy purchase process. Steven and Dylan were awesome and got everything in order for me. Excellent customer service, honesty and a caring attitude was displayed by them throughout the process. Not what Ive experienced at other Chevy dealers in the surrounding area. Will DEFINITELY be back to this location for service on my new 2500 and my existing 1500. My vehicle is still being worked on so if it’s a good outcome I will update again, but for now service has NOT been great. I have a leak from the sunroof that is dripping into the car on the console. It first started right after buying the vehicle about 2 years ago. I took it in and they found the problem. The person who looked at it had seen this before and said they built it up so it would drain properly. And it has worked great and no leaks until now. About a week ago it started doing it again. I took it in and was called the next day that my vehicle was ready. It was raining on the way home and it was dripping into the car right away, so NOTHING was fixed. I am starting to believe now that instead of fixing the problem correctly they are patching it until the warranty runs out and then I would have to pay big money to have it fixed properly. So for now only giving 2 stars.

Came in for oil and filter change and tire rotation and balance. From time I met service advisor until car was delivered back to me it was about 3 hours. Feel that new car dealers should offer similar quick service on these type services like the jiffy lube outlets.
I brought my truck back five times in a row for the transmission which is not performing properly they say they cannot find what is wrong with it my truck has been in this time V time for a week and a half and theyre still telling me they cannot find out what is wrong. Do not go to Bob Steele Hill use up all the warranty that you paid for until he fixes your vehicle if they can fix your vehicle. It is not the service department fault it is Bob still be is under investigation from what I heard. Hes stealing from the warranty company stay away from Bob Steele Chevrolet
I was able to book an oil change and tire rotation for the same day and arrived a bit late. I was welcomed by Angel and he was cheerful and helpful. I didnt realize how many patrons were ahead of me and that is why 4 stars were earned. Next time I wont choose a lunch hour!
The service and personnel I worked with was excellent. Happy with the work performed, truck was cleaned (nice) and the facility was pleasant.I wasnt very happy with the wait time even though I had an appointment. I can understand running 10-15 minutes late but not an hour before they took my truck inside with a total time there of almost 2 hours.I will definitely use them again for my service needs but would appreciate a realistic appointment/service time.

I’m only giving them one star because it won’t let me post otherwise. I bought a car from them in April. I took it in for its first oil change and was told that the tires were so bad that they couldn’t even rotate them and that I needed new ones. When bringing your car in for the first oil change no one is expecting to have to buy brand new tires.I was told the tires were purchased and that they were just trying to figure out who would be responsible for the price. I was told by the service advisor that this would be taken care of! After no one calling me back for over 2 weeks, the service manager called me and said there’s nothing they can do because the tires passed inspection before it sold. I’m sorry but I know who did the inspection and he’s notorious for not wanting to do tires! The tires BARELY passed inspection and should not have been sold without new tires. They weren’t willing to help at all. Bob Steele has lost a customer
After bringing the transmission issue to the dealership twice, it was finally fixed (corrected) the Funny shift in the morning where it slips is still there but not quit as noticeable. The shuttering was corrected. Not sure why I had to bring it in twice to get the simple fix done, (change and flush the transmission fluid at only 23K miles), but so far a vast improvement. The issue of slipping the first shift in the morning is still there. We will see how long it lasts. When it does shift it does so with a thud, then fine the rest of the day. Other than these issues the truck has been great.

I waited 2 hours 20 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and a estimate on a door panel which I never got, then they parked my car in the lot next door to the service department to make me walk to get it after I complained on Facebook, which the quickly deleted 3 times. Was funny to them to see a man with a cane who is 100% Disabled VET walk that far. When I asked why so long a wait I was told “there are still cars in line waiting”, so why take the time to make an appointment? I ask three times in text to the number they sent me about the status, I received no reply. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and was coming back to get 2 more for my 15 and 17 year old kids, think I will take my business to the other Chevy business in Melbourne, and no, I would not recommend their service department, I will also be contacting their corporate number to ask if this is how they treat disabled vets.Yeah you could start with while your service department manager never called me back his name is Jeff, I spoke to him at the first of the week he said he would get back to me as soon as he looked into it never heard a word back from him.Contact me at my phone number on file, let’s see if you do.FYI, no one from Bob Steele ever returned my calls or contacted me.To the owner that replied to me of this site how can we make it right for you? You never did your words were an empty gesture and again I warn anybody who tries to use your service center to be careful, I was not treated very well.

Sage was the service department rep and was so curteous and helpful. No pressure just answering questions and trying to accomodate my schedule. Really like being able to text Sage and getting a link to see what other work was recommended. I was even able to decide online if I wanted to do the recommended work (they included a price quote) while the car was still at the shop. Really appreciate the use of technology to allow quick decision making.
The process was delayed a bit and I was sent home with only 2 of the 3 things fixed and told to return which was odd to me but as long as the truck gets fixed before the power train warranty is up Ill be good. William Flood was professional and very helpful throughout the process. I will come back because of his care and attention to his customers.

3 times.. I tried to get a simple programming of key fobs done.. 1st time.. techs were too busy.. was left in shop overnight.. never done.. 2nd time.. techs left early.. posted hours til 530.. they left at 430... 3rd time machine down.. told me to come back later next week.. ridiculous service.
My appointment was at 11:30 I arrived at 11:05 I didnt get out of there until 1 after 1 oclock. Your mechanic kept saying that the Remote need to be reprogrammed and didnt have to be all it needed was a new battery and your service adviser said to me that oh well wash your car when you get done quiz it looks pretty dirty so I said OK well come out as dirty as it went in

2021 Colorado. Although the needed parts( brake pads) are on order I did get in writing that there is an issue with the brakes making a grinding sound and that there is a service bulletin on by that. I loved that fact that they washed and vacuumed my vehicle while it was there for service.

Truck was under recall due to faulty airbag system. Took it in for the repair, and my airbag system is still faulty due to ‘other issues’. The recall part was replaced, but they were still unable to get it fixed. I gave 3 Stars because they at least made the attempt. My Chevy already has almost 312,000 miles, so it is not worth the money to service it further. Can’t afford a new vehicle, so will continue driving this truck til it falls the rest of the way apart.

I hope the Senior managers take note. I booked an appointment Saturday morning for an oil change, expecting prompt service when I arrived. On arrival I was told 1hr 15 mins. Okay, a little longer than I expected. After 1 1/2 hours and no sign of my car, I asked the service guy where my car was to be told it was next to be done. So now I was under the impression another hour or so. I asked to talk to the service manager who told me it took 15 minutes. I had been waiting 2 hours st this point. I finally got my car back after 2 1/2 hours. So the whole process took me 3 3/4 hours (including time to drive from Melbourne and back). I felt like they just told me what they thought I wanted to hear and raised my expectations only to be let down. My time is worth more than a $40 oil change so I will not be coming back!

I received news this morning of a death in my family in Ohio. I’m in Florida and need to leave early in the AM for a 1200 mile trip. I stopped at the service department after work around 430-445pm to get an oil change. Unfortunately it’s was quitting time for the mechanics. The service crew spoke to the service manager Bob, who in turn spoke to one of the mechanics (Cody) who was just getting ready to leave for the day. Bob explained to Cody my situation and asked if he could stay and service my car, which he did! I’m very grateful and thankful to the service crew for going above and beyond at the end of their very long day. It made my day and trip a little less stressful! Thanks again guys!!

Efficient and welcoming arrival. Took 1hr and 15min to have oil changed,good checkup tests and tires rotated. The team was in touch with me on all the options and extras they felt necessary to take good care of my car. Waiting room was comfy and clean. Over all 4.2 stars out of 5. I would like to see faster oil change and maintenance check times to keep up with many new dealers and oil change companies. Great wash finished up a good experience.
Made appointment for yearly free oil change and tire rotation. Seen on time by friendly, courteous attendants. Was offered some recommended repairs which I declined (with no hassle). Car was ready in about 30 minutes and had been vacuumed and washed, too! Service crew deserves 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was disappointed in the service. I needed to have the tag light changed because it was out. When the technician check it he said it was on. Well if it was ON I would not have asked to have it checked. Could it be possible the bulb was loose, a disconnected wire? Who knows, no one bothered to check. I also asked to have my Heads-up display checked because it is not staying in place. The mechanic working on my car did not know what or where it was on my Corvette. I was there for that conversation. I told him do not touch it because if one does not know where it is, then one cannot fix it. Why was my car not given to the Corvette specialist? Hopefully the oil was changed properly. Then to get a text to approve work that was quite costly and to approve it without speaking to a person about it, really! When I received the text I DID go and speak to the tech about it. I would never approve such an expensive maintenance without speaking to some one. Sage Rodriguez was the person taking care of my service. After this experience I would never again bring my Corvette there for maintenance service. I had body work done there a few months back. That was a perfect experience and thought if that was so good the service department must be the same. I was wrong. To give someone a Corvette to work on and they do not even know what heads up reading is and expect them to fix it. NO. To not have the tag light checked out to see why it is not on....no! I am sorry Body Shop gets high praises. Service dept. I will skip and would not recommend them especially if they drive a Corvette. Your service dept. is very busy but I did not see one other Corvette going through the lines. That was a red flag for me. The oil is changed, hopefully that is a pretty generic job any mechanic can do, and a specialist is not needed. We will see. This survey wanted me to send you what I thought of the experience, this was it. Sorry, I learned my lesson. I am sure a great job is done on many cars, just not mine.

Bill was the kindest and most generous salesperson I could have ever encountered when I went to go look for a car. He walked me through the entire process and was very patient and understanding with any and all questions I had. He asked me what my needs were and we even test drove more than just one car that day to find the perfect match for me. I brought my truck in to schedule its first service. Your oil change department was still open so I was able to get yak care of around 4:30pm. That was the positive. I understand that the first service also comes with all fluids being topped off. I double checked that when my vehicle was checked in. I had to double check before I left, and the DEF hadn’t been filled. Another service writer did fill me up, but I am concerned that other items that needed a thorough inspection were not done. I have the new 3.0 Duramax in my truck. Should a diesel tech have inspected it?
