Called Verizon Roadside Assistance and MAK Towing was assigned. I had to leave my car to get to work and the employees at the establishment where my car was parked got hold of me to tell me how incompetent the employee was at putting my car on the tow truck. When I picked my car up from my mechanic that they towed it to, the phone holder was missing from the vehicle. My mechanic is my neighbor and a good friend. I know he didnt steal it. I know it was stolen by the employee of MAK Towing. Do not use their service. They would not return my phone calls. I have reported them to Verizon.

Absolutely the worst experience with a towing company they put my kids and family lives at risk. They left us waiting over 4 hours and kept saying they were on the way when they never were. Had us get our broken down vehicle down a garage ramp and wouldnt wait not even 5 mins for us to get down. Once down he left and we saw him pass us right in front of us.

I can only leave a one star because of the mechanic that works there and his professionalism. My cousin has had her car there for over a year. Mario the owner has blocked 20 plus numbers from us trying to get a hold of him. Lonnie is a sweet man and I hope he can help us out! When we went there today together to get her car towed somewhere else he told his mechanic to tell us to call a lawyer amd wont tell us who it is. No to mention he is working on a van there and the poor guys lives in his van but now lives at the shop because Mario dont care about his business. Trust me dont bring your car there ever! Its sad to the poor mechanic said this is nothing new since he has started there and puts more fires out than working. Honestly this guy Mario should be shut down! If he would show progress or even keep in contact I wouldnt mind but nope!! This is completely unacceptable!

Saved by them again. My truck key would not turn. They came picked it up and within 24 hours I was picking up my truck. Love these guys. They work ed on a different issue on this truck and were honest and affordable last year. Also done in a day. Marios honesty is what got me going back over and over. Also I was going to throw away a separate truck I had because I could not figure out the various problems. 97 f150. Mario diagnosed all the problems in a couple of hours and resurrected my truck that had been sitting for a year. Great job these guys do.

I want to give a shout out to Raymond for his professionalism with MAK Towing Service. He wanted to tell me what caused my battery to die so I would avoid any unnecessary costs at a mechanic shop. Even though I trust my mechanic completely, his action was very impressive. Thank You Raymond!

Got stock on the Road with a flat tire this morning at 8:45 AM. Called AAA and they dispatched MAK Towing & Auto Repair. I was told they be there in 35 min. ....I had to call them two times and they changed the arrival time 4 times . At 12:30 PM I got a message it will be one more hour.... This is when I canceled and a friend of my came to help me ......Very poor customer service and I will never use them again and will tell everybody about there bad Business practice.

Mario is extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not use this company. He is giving AAA a very bad name. Hes late. He is careless. He will not answer his phone. Avoid this company like the plague if at all possible.

Less than 1½ years later, the fuel pump installed in my truck is already being replaced again. Fluke?...I dont think so. I patiently waited several days and hours in the lobby, only to be charged twice the price of it getting done right now. On top of that, they lost my ignition key in which they never called to tell me they found it. Fortunately, I had a spare. Fool me once....

I would give 0 stars if i could. called for a tow around 10pm due to over heating engine. they said they could not locate me so i told them i would just meet them there since they were only 5 mins away from me. once i got there expecting a tow, no one was there and the number kept going straight to voicemail. tried to have it picked up by another tow company after days of trying to get ahold of them (never did) and they wouldnt release my car because i wasnt there. i drive out there to get my car released and he charges me $400 for having my car there so long Mario will do anything to get a little money out of you. shop is ran down and trashy as well

We called AAA to get a tow for our truck. They sent this company and confirmed with us it would be 2 hours which was the fastest time of any local service. The driver confirmed the eta. We talked to the driver a few times after his arrival time had came and went. It was over 3 hours before he got there with no real good reason why. The service was decent but he had to make another trip before dropping off our truck which was odd. None of this is why we are writing this review now, the day after our towing experience. We put the portion of the charge that aaa would not cover on a credit card we rarely use. Now the day after this towing experience we got a call from that credit card company about fraudulent charges for sneakers and other items. They stopped the charges and no damage done but this was very concerning. Just letting you know to be aware and check your charges after using this company.

AAA sent their tow service and they came within an hour. not too bad and I intended to use another shop for my repair but the tow truck driver mentioned they could beat the price I was originally quoted. I looked them up and was skeptical about some of the negative reviews that stood out. I took a chance and I think I found my shop for all my automotive needs. got the car around 12pm, ordered parts around 1pm, and car was ready around 3pm. He changed 3 wheel studs for my honda. They beat the lowest quote i got in the area by 30%!! Mario was amazing and my tow truck driver Dave was wonderful. I deliver for a living so my car will definitely need more repairs in the future. This place definitely is not easy on the eyes but the owner and employees on the inside is what counts.

Guy likes to park half in handicap walkways and half in the spot. Confronted that he can’t park like that and in a handicap space and he was an a** about it.

We were stuck on the side of A1A in the sand (Ford 150) We called my insurance to get free road side assistance because we have full coverage. It took these people 3 HOURS to get to us when they are 20 minutes from us. When they arrived they took pictures of our truck and sent it to their boss. Their boss said it was $350.00 to get us out!!!! Are they crazy???? Or just greedy???? Once we said no, they were like byyyyeeee. But, not even 5 minutes later a guy with the SAME TRUCK stopped by to see if we needed help and he helped us out for FREE!!!! These people are uncompassionate, unhelpful, greedy, and heartless. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

The driver of the tow truck was all over the road. Took them a couple of days to get my tire on. On the plus side the owner was a nice guy and did me good on price.

On 4/20/2018 I had requested roadside assistance through my insurance company. At 6:54pm I received a text message containing the tow truck drivers ETA,within 120 minutes. This seemed reasonable to me however after waiting 120 minutes the driver was no where in sight. I called the company directly to investigate the issue and had learned that the driver was traveling from Orlando and would be another 15-20 minutes before arrival. Based on the consistency of bad reviews on this company you can assume that the wait of 20 minutes was exceeded. At that point I called my insurance company, who contacted the towing company to figure out the problem. They had explained that it would be another 20-22 minutes before arrival. Here I still remain in my immobilized vehicle depending on this companys promptness while receiving the run around. The time is 9:48pm and I just received a text message that explained the driver is on the way. At this time my review remains at terrible for dependability and will be updated according to service and respect of the driver.

My vans wheel hub decided to go while we were on our way home and still 200 miles away. My roadside assistance sent MAK Towing. I spoke with two other mechanics shops while I was waiting and was told by one that they did not work on cars older than 20 years and that no reputable mechanic would do so. The other one told me that they would not do any type of partial repairs and that everything had to be done to industry standards. I didnt have the money to replace half the car to get home. The guys at MAK Towing went above and beyond, even taking us to the hotel and picking us back up. We also had our 70-pound, not-particularly-friendly dog with us. They did most of the work in front of us and showed us the pieces coming off and the pieces going back on. They had us back on the road the next morning (we broke down at 4pm and arrived at the shop around 5:30pm. They worked on fixing what they could until 7:30pm, but the parts stores closed, so they took us to a hotel. When they picked us up in the morning and brought us to the shop, the work was almost complete. The van is driving better now than it was before it broke down.

We have done a lot of business with this company and I have never had an issue or a problem until today well to be honest with you yesterday with getting our vehicles back when they were storing it on their property I had to call the sheriff office twice Mario ran up on me got in my face yelled and screamed and cussed at me in front of my child when all we ever wanted was a time when we could come and pick up our vehicle and never received a return call and when I would call would get nothing but lies I am the one that opted not to press charges but I do have to say I got the vehicles in my time not yours Mario thank God you have one decent person working for you we will never recommend this business again or use it!!!! I called AAA to have my cars towed to the repair shop due to it stalling. The tow truck driver never called or messaged to let me know they were on their way and then was very short with his words. Then a couple days later I had to call AAA again to have my car towed back to my house because I didnt want it to stall on me again. The dispatch told me about 40 mins. And they would b there so I went and got my kids and came back to the repair shop where I thought I would have met the tow truck guy... I went to look up the company that took my car and of course its the same company. Well I got to the repair shop and my car is gone. Which the driver again NEVER called me to let me know they were on the way and then didnt even tell me they were there to pick up the car, they just took it. When I finally figured out who took it they were almost to my house and I was about 5 mins out so I figured Id see the driver face to face but nope he wasnt even there. You know I would of let it slide really cause at least my car was back but no my car wasnt even in the drive way it was parked half on my drive way, half in my yard and then partially on my walk way to the house... That was completely unacceptable considering the car turns on... Then to top it off my driver window was completely left down with my key in plain sight!! I will never use this company again and I will make sure to tell AAA to make sure they dont send them to me.

Not worth it. My insurance attempted used this company twice, and both times I was left severely disappointed and waiting for several hours. The first time my insurance had to cancel and get a new company because they were unable to get a hold of the driver that had been dispatched 3 hours prior. The second time they provided me with a phone number to contact if necessary, and after 4 hours of waiting and calling in attempts to get an accurate ETA they finally showed up. I was never able to get through to them on the phone because it would send me to an automated message that says “the voice mail box has not been set up” and would disconnect me. Extremely disappointed with this company, and if you are looking for time efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction, look elsewhere.

My insurance company sent Mac towing to pick up my car and the tow truck driver suggested his mechanic to fix my car Im new to the area so I trusted the tow truck driver and I trusted the mechanic and boy was I ever wrong I will never go to this mechanic again he charged me $2,000 which was $400 more than the original quote and all of a sudden where my car had no leaks now it has leaks it smokes it drives terribly I have problems that I never had before and there is no way that these problems just happened to show up after this mechanic supposedly fixed my car Im so angry and disappointed in myself for listening to the tow truck driver I should have gone with my first instinct and had him take it to where I had it set up to be taken

I needed tow service & was advised on a promisary note they would be here at 610p; originaly the estimated ETA was 525-540p; now its 731p. They didn’t answer my calls or roadside assistance(they had two numbers). Just disappointing, atleast have enough courtesy to say you cannot make it! Just think if I was your GF/Wife/Mother or daughter, would you do that to them? Apperently I didn’t do business with them because they NO SHOWED!

I had called a few tow truck companies within the wee hours of the morning in southern Brevard County, but no luck of finding any luck. Hence, I called MAK towing and spoke to a guy by the Mario. He was a great help. He picked me and my work truck up He later worked on my truck and I was back to work again.🤗

Told me they would be here between 1 and 2pm and I called them back shortly after 3 and was told their truck broke down and here it is 7:57pm, told we will get your truck to the repair shop I promise you, and they never called nor showed up to do my tow. Nothing but a joke fly by night business.

Stay away from Mak towing and its owner Mario. Had my truck for 2 months paid 2000.00 and got the truck back missing parts and broken dip stick, and vacum hoses . Truck had to be towed out of this property which is a dirt lot as a shop. He said hed refund some of the some money but hasnt. This is not a company to do business with.

Horrible! Called at 9:30am for tow was originally told wait 1hr to 1 and a half hour. Waited for tow truck, exceeded that timeframe, called multiple times (no one ever answers office phone) was finally told to wait another 45 minutes. Waited and once again no show. Called multiple times again someone finally answered to say wait another hour. Four hours since original call and still no tow truck in sight! Terrible management, blatant lies, horrible customer service!! Don’t waste your time when looking for help!! Would give zero stars if possible.

I went on Saturday. The owner told me to come back at 3:30 for the repair. He did arrive at 3:30 but said he forgot his keys. Told me he would be back in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later I left. Called on Monday owner said let me check on it and hung up on me. Very said because they do have an awesome mechanic but I will not return.

DO NOT take your car here. Mario never answered his phone and if he did he would brush you off. he never called to give me an update. He said the car would be done In a couple day it took a week. I had to psychically go in just to talk to him. I went in and him and his crew were drinking on property he even asked if I wanted to drink with them the place smells like weed. I now have to take my car to another place for them to actually fix my car I paid way to much for what they did. One of the employees got into an argument with a customer and was cussing at them. I have had to take my car back twice before it was at least drive able He gave me one estimate and ended up charging me $200 more Please please people if you want your car done right do not take it here.

First Id just like to say is WOW!! Excellent experience great customer service, worked on and finished the job in the same day. Very well priced. Each time i called on the phone, they treated me not just like another customer to make money off of but i felt like they were treating me like a friend or family member. Luis was great his knowledge of cars, great customer service skills, patient and going above and beyond for me and my family was great. Mario was also great with the same level of great customer service skills, patience knowledge of cars and going above and beyond helping my family out. And they gave FREE towing to their shop if you get the work done there. Did not try and sell things that didnt need done. Awesome experience and will definitely be using them for any future needs and will recommend them to all friends and family that are in need.

Only reason I gave one star is because zero is not an option. Was given a time estimate of an hour. After 3 they had still not shown up. Called again and was told they were 5 min out. No one showed. They stopped answering the phones with no available option to leave a message even. Rude when we did talk to them and leaving motorists stranded. BAD for business. We then called a different company and had service within half hour

Great experience. Van got picked up at Gattos in Merritt Island and was taken to our house. Driver was super prompt and very nice. A+ service!!

I am happy to say that I now have a new auto repair shop to replace one I used for years because the owner retired and closed. Wow, I was totally elated by the whole experience with MAK. I needed my fishing car revived because it would not start. Long story short, I was going to have it towed to a nearby repair shop that I have never used and knew nothing about. My road service people arranged for the tow. The MAK tow truck arrive when they said they would, the driver loaded my car and ask me where I wanted it taken. After explaining where and why, he told me that MAK does good work at reasonable prices and that, if I had my car towed to them, they would fix it and bring the car back to my residence. I thought what the heck, the other shop was a shot in the dark, also. They got my car running the very same day, charge a very reasonable amount, and returned it as promised. Went fishing the very next morning!!! Thanks you MAK people; the tow truck drivers, the shop foreman, the cashier, etc. Hope you like working on a old 2002 Chevy Malibu full of fishing gear:)

Kristian was amazing!! He called me when I got to my car and told me all about who he was and what was happening. When I got back to my car (I was less than two minutes away) he asked what was wrong with my car, and gave me some options, he introduced himself to my sister and we all held a conversation while he was doing his job. He was quick and effective. He took it to my house, and dropped it exactly where I needed it.thank you Kristian, for making this easy.1998 Hyundai accent with the sisters.

I WOULD NOT TRUST any of them to do repairs on a vehicle. Towing is the only decent thing offered by this company. They messed up really bad on my buddys transmission and grounded a hot wire and caused his entire wiring harness to melt together, fried the pcm, and didnt install the clutch correctly. None of the bearings were replaced and he was charged for them and it caused the slave cylinder to blow out and the entire assembly to needed to be replaced as well as the flywheel. Charged $2700 for the parts and labor for a job they messed up and another $1400 for the wiring harness and clutch.

When my car broke down on I-95 on New Years Eve, these guys were the only ones who were open and available to work on my car.Mario was able to diagnose and source the part that my car needed and was even able to hook me up with a discounted rental car while I was stranded.If youre in need of emergency towing and auto repair, I strongly recommend MAK. Mario was extremely instrumental in getting my Ford Fusion back on the road. For some reason it kept blowing a fuse and car would not start. He was able to make some adjustments, now it starts instantly. Great job to the folks at Mak Towing

I was driving down Singleton avenue today and one of your drivers had a severe case of road rage. I was already doing 30 in a 25 and he almost rear ended me. He kept getting so close to my car that if I had to hit the breaks we would of wrecked. And as we were coming to the red light he went into the left turn lane and ran the red light. Absolutely ridiculous

Made an appoitment to come in next day 8am, when my truck gets there they tell him that do not work on diesel vehicles. When booking the apoitment make, model and year of the vehicle was advised as well as the Engine make and Vin number

My son had work done (radiator replacement) while traveling. Replaced radiator and got him on the road fast enough (for over $700). How ever they never provided a receipt or warranty info for radiator and the replacement radiator started leaking less than a 1,000 miles.They answer the phone. But refuse to provide a receipt or provide a solution for the situation we are in. Took advantage of a 17 year old. Hundreds of miles from home. BOOOO!

We broke down in Orlando on Labor Day weekend at 2 a.m. They came to Orlando, towed us to the shop, radiator and fluids replaced and on the road by noon on Monday. With recommendations for other repairs. (All needed that we were aware of.) Yes, on the holiday. Great young mechanic in Mario. He is a good family man. Went out of his way to get us repaired. Give him a shot.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. My car was worked on the day I brought it in and when something else went wrong with it they towed it for free and fixed it the same day again. Id recommend them to anyone!

I’m giving one star because it requires at least that. They left me sitting on a curb in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere for over an hour and a half. Gave me a timeframe in which they would arrive and 15 minutes after that time had passed finally called me and at that point told me that they were still a half hour from getting to me! I will never use them! Call someone else! Don’t waste your time!

Used my Allstate Roadside Assistance program for my wife who was broke down Thursday night 2/6/20. MAK was assigned the tow. After almost 2 hours of waiting I was given their phone number. They are supposed to be 24hrs but there was no answer. Found out they were 3.5 miles from location and took another vehicle to their shop. Totally shut down dark with all tow vehicles in yard. Very disappointed that they are a part of the Allstate system. Obviously not a reliable business. Had to reschedule pick up and ended up a total of 3+ hours wait due to MAK being nonresponsive.

They do not even deserve 1 star. I was told 3:50 eta. At 3:55 I call to get an update. I started speaking and phone was disconnected. I call back and it rang approx 8 times and went to a voicemail that was full. Then I called back, rand 2 times and full voicemail again.I was broken down on 95 for almost 2 hours. Dodge set me up with this tow and decided to go with another company...Thank You Tonys Tow for getting me off highway quickly, responding to me calls and being very friendly about it.

Dont use these people! I have waited 6 1/2 hours for my car to be towed. They gave me 120 minute time frame when my insurance called them for emergency roadside assistance. Absolutely ridiculous. I called my insurance back after trying too call Mak towing numerous times and they wouldnt answer the phone. The insurance company was able too reach them, and was told the car was in tow... An hour later they finally showed up with my car. Thankfully I wasnt stranded waiting on them with my car. Horrible service and nothing but excuses when the guy finally showed up with my car. Do not waste your time with these people. Call someone else.

Mario (AKA-Super Mario) was a Godsend! My Saab wouldnt start & I could only find one mechanic shop in the area that would look at it. I called my insurance for a tow, & they sent MAK Towing. Mario arrived in 15 minutes! While talking to him, he looked at the car & immediately spotted the problem, as he used to work on Saabs. He offered to take it to his shop & let me know in an hour what I was looking at. He contacted me & told me what it was & said it would be done in an hour or so. The whole process took less than 3 hours & it was so much cheaper than expected. This was a wonderful experience & I will continue to use them. Thank you Mario!

Super Dishonest. Insurance chose them to tow towed my 70 year old aunt to my repair shop that we have used for years. The driver lied and said the tow truck tire was defective they couldnt take it the additional 3 miles to that shop, they would have to take it to their shop and do the repair there. She is old and afraid of the bad neighborhood they are located in so she authorized the repair. Very dishonest way to hijack customers. Complained to the insurance company as well.

NEVER EVER use this company. They have kept my mother waiting 6 EFFING HOURS so far, through AAA, to get our car towed. They LIED about being on site (AAA could see they lied about that, too). We had to call AAA back and demand a different company. Id give them ZERO stars if Google would let me.Update: Took 9 hours for them to get to my mothers location, then they tried to charge her for it telling her the location the car was being taken to was outside of the 5 mile range that was supposedly their policy, then refused to let her ride with them even that far let alone bring her home... and never mind the fact that it was late at night by the time they even got there. NO apology was ever offered and no effort to make it right, just some bullsh!it excuse about being just one guy with a truck. She had to take the bus to the local transit center then walk the 3 miles home from there... AT NIGHT, ALONE. Took her 12 HOURS after the break-down happened to get home (happened around 2 pm, and she didnt get home until around 2 am) because of these yahoos.

I chose to give a 2 star rating only because the guy was very friendly and personable. I called the tow truck through my roadside service. I knew it would take about an hour for them or anyone to come get my truck. So I made sure I had another way of transportation so that I wouldnt be standstr. I am so glad I did have other transportation because the dispatch service had told me the driver would be about 60 minutes in a text to my phone. I called dispatch as soon as I got the text to make sure the driver called me about 10 minutes prior to arriving so I could meet him to give him the keys. When I talked to dispatch, the guy told me the driver wasnt going to be 60 minutes. That he was there at the lot dropping off his load and would be on his way to me from Cocoa to Merritt island. So it shouldve taken him 30 minutes at most to get to my truck! I waited an hour and half and got a call from my insurance company who provides the roadside service, asking if my truck has been towed yet. The towing company gave my insurance company a guaranteed time of 60 minutes. So I called the driver to find out how much longer and he tells me its going to be another 30 minutes, but he was on his way to me. Now I know that it doesnt take 30 minutes to drive from lake drive in Cocoa to where I was in Merritt island. At this time it was already going on 2 hours of waiting. The driver finally showed up to get my truck after 2 1/2 hours of waiting and setting up the tow! Needless to say, I will make sure that my insurance company never sends this company out for me again if I ever need another tow!

Absolute ripoff. My poor grandparents got taken by these crooks. Glad we will be reversing the charges and filing complaints against the business. Will also be reporting to AAA and U Haul about their shady practices. $800 later and the allegedly fixed vehicle overheated 5 minutes after leaving the lot. Absolute white trash scumbags.

They are only good for towing, I tried using them for car repairs but Mario word wasnt Good, he doesnt keep his word. Had to tow my truck from his shop to another shop to get fix. Still waiting for my $800 refund.

I used their towing service today to transport a car. The company came out within 15 minutes of me calling; they had the best rate among those that I called; the tow driver (Luis) was highly skilled and the staff members were friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I would use this company again.

Perfect 👌 showed up in the time frame alloted... the driver was courteous and friendly and got my car to the shop I wanted it at and did what he said he would.. so incredibly pleased with my experience

Our day started out rough, just got done with vacation and our car was broken. Joe came to the rescue and picked us up and did a fantastic job fixing our van. The day started out tough but we left feeling like we made some new friends and our van works like a charm! Thanks guys! God bless!

The only reason I am giving this a one star is because of the owner stating that a tow that would have taken 45 minutes, I called in at 3pm it is now 10pm, was not important... he has one head driver for all of brevard County he and his wife were amazing people apologized up one way and down the other even though this was not their fault what so ever!!! I just got my car here finally but the owner insisted that I wasn’t important enough to do in the order of my call!!! The dispatch could not have been any nicer she was awesome as well!!!! I want everyone to understand this review is for the owner and AAA who never kept me updated, never sent me a text message nothing like promised!!! Please understand while I am an extremely understanding woman there is a line that should not be crossed this happens to be one of them!!! I paid top dollar for this tow that was an easy scoop and drop. In conclusion have 1 driver for every tow in not only against the law on drive time, but it is unheard of especially in the summer located in a beach and tourist area is extremely inconsiderate not only for your customers but also for your driver who is on call 24 hours a day

The tow truck driver was courteous...i guess that can be the reason for 1 star, other then Google making at least 1 star mandatory...! I was under the impression when my vehicle was dropped back off the work had actually been done, considering the owner personally called before dropping my vehicle back off, to thank me for choosing them for my service needs...but in reality, this place charged me for parts and service without ACTUALLY DOING ANY REPAIRS! And if that isnt terrible enough, THEY EVEN STOLE PARTS FROM MY VEHICLE...what fin crooks. Thankfully the next mechanic I took it to (out of obligation, considering I ended up breaking down in the middle of fin nowhere, with my kid) said nothing had been repaired but that parts were actually newly removed (for 1 example he presented the brand new cap that had been placed where my resoviour had once been...) So, long story short - learn from my error in judgement, and if you need work done to your vehicle, dont bring it to MAK towing and auto repairs, unless you want your wallet lighter and vehicle in worse condition upon return! Ive filed complaint through BBB considering they refuse to answer my calls and their business line/owners number dont have vm set up, so you cant even leave a msg to have them return your call. Im upset, but fortunately Im a huge believer in KARMA! So I have faith the universe will be knocking on this business door one day!

Ok to be honest I needed a tow and they happen to be right next door.....now normally I would have done my due diligence and my research....unfortunately no time....so I walk into their establishment and was met with very warm, caring, and above all professional staff. Everything went off with out a hitch....so Im not so sure if their online rating is accurate.....anyways this is a tip of the hat to you and your staff Mario.....also David thank you for going the extra mile.

Arranged tow through AAA. I left the vehicle for a few hours and awaited Mak’s phone call. They called and said their driver was with my car and would wait until I rushed over. The hook up and drop off into my garage was hassle free. Friendly driver also had some suggestions on what went wrong.Pleased with the service and courtesy call when the driver/truck were on site. Justin was the driver and Kelly was the company contact.

Not a reputable or honest business. They are deceptive. They will overcharge or not perform the work they bill for. Once is enough, never again.

I would like to thank Mak Towing for service well done the driver was very very helpful and very knowledgeable. We had to use the service through AAA because AAA towing was running behind mak towing service did a very good job. I also would like to recommend that the driver that helped us give that guy a raise please he was very good to work with very friendly very funny and was very nice to meet hope to see that guy around town .KRISTIAN MCKAY👍👍👍

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would, but Google wont let me post this till I give them at least ONE star. This place is a sham. Horrible, horrible service. First Mario lied and told my parents who are in their late 70s that he can fix their car faster than the dealership and talked them into getting the vehicle towed to his shop. Then he wouldnt pick up his phone the next day when the car was supposed to be ready. No one would answer the phone at the shop either. My parents had to catch a ride up there just to be told the car wasnt ready and would be ready the next day now. Things happen, its expected. But at least pick up phone and communicate. Nope, not the people at Mak Towing. Same thing, next day. My parents called and called, no one bothers to pick up the phone. Cant leave a message as they have no voicemail set up. I see why.... too many complaints?? Finally after charging them to replace a part, now the car wont run at all. Again, my parents called and called. I finally called from a different and lo and behold, they pick up the phone. Mario promises to have the car picked up. 7 hours later, no Mario. And guess what? They wont pick up the phone!!!! Surprise, surprise!!!!! Shame on Mario and Mak Towing for taking advantage of the elderly.

MAK Towing is a listed road service company with Cadillac. My battery went dead on my SRX and they showed up in about 15 minutes. Record time. General Motors roadside service connected me. Most companies make you wait more than an hour. Jesse was great and very knowledgeable. Cadillac only uses companies with a response time of less than 1 hour. A lot of this depends on workload and time of day. This happened at 9pm.

Kristian was awesome. Fast pickup and very friendly. Thank you for helping me out today.
