I clearly asked for a good michelin tire, you . Then installed the cheapest tire you could get from the local company across the road then told me these cheap generic tires were comparable. you lied they are cheapest you can get . only thing comparable is the price. hope you made all you profit, its the last you all make on me. You told me to live with it when i complained.. stay away. word getting out, these are new owners beware great reply but not at all how you treat people in person. so fake.

South Tire did a last minute ac repair for our RV. Timing and pricing were real good. Since then weve used them for tires and other mechanical issues on our other cars. Super fair pricing and outstanding service. Youve gained my trust and respect.

What a shame the last owners did so well but the new ones spend there time upselling things I dont need. look first because every thing went up in price way up. I will go else were dont need the attitude either. Even the sheriff department found this out and wont bring there stuff there, worst shop around. hart less .

Brought my car in about 1 month ago for power steering issues. Told them to go ahead change steering pump whatever it takes. Got the car back for the same reason it went in for. Called them told them the problem they said bring it back, so I did..THEY DID NOTHING. my power steering system is still leaking & making a whinny noise every time I turn my wheel.. BUT THEY SURE GOT $940. from me for doing nothing. I called CHANNEL 9 INVESTIGATES cant wait til the cameras are up in there face. SOUTH TIRE YOU SHOULD RECTIFY THE PROBLEM THAT WAS PAID FOR...

I called requesting trailer tires, the lady on the phone said they had 6 in stock so I drive there to purchase.I arrive and the gentleman (who was visibly frustrated I showed up 50 minutes before closing) said they only had 3 in stock and it just so happened I needed 4. He didn’t check or verify, just wanted me to leave so he could get out of there. Won’t be back.

Well, as we all know about the road crews working on the Beeline! Well, I hit one of their cones that was in the center of the lane. The cone had concrete in it. Well, needless to say that I lost a tire. I went to South Tire and had the pleasure to meet the new owners! I am so very happy that I can call South Tire, still my favorite mechanic shop in Brevard County! I had a tire separating and about to blow. Gave them a call. They had my tire size in stock.Got me right in .2 tires and alignment at 430. Done by closing time 530. Thats why I love south tire.

These guys are great. No one in the local area would touch balancing my wheels and tires with a set of hub-centric spacers installed. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Thanks South Tire, youll see me again in the future.

No I get all the way out there from sharps think that they would take me right in I get there and they tell me three hours because theres only two mechanics workingwhy couldnt the guy just tell me that I need an appointment to get right in very misleading

Been coming here almost exclusively for about 25 years. Found out yesterday that they are under new management. I had an oil change and when I started the car to leave, the check engine light was on and a message came up saying “Engine oil pressure too low. Switch off engine. Possible engine damage. Continued driving is not possible”. They subsequently tried to get the message to go away but couldn’t and advised me that the car was fine and I just needed to go to a dealer for the proper reset codes. I did this today and was told that the oil filter was put in incorrectly causing a clog and the oil pressure was indeed low, which couldve been catastrophic to the engine had I not taken care of it immediately. I will not be going back to South Tire.

My family has always used South Tire and theyre the best. You need a tire repair? In and out within 30 minutes. They have a childrens area too. The showroom/waiting area is a blast to the past, circa 1970s. No matter though, fantastic group of people.

This place is the BEST. I will never take my care to a corporate place past my cars warranty. I had 2 experiences where Sears and Firestone tried to rip me off on tires and my engine. Mr. South explained no its this minute thing, and not that expensive waste . He also takes the time to explain with pictures and taking you in person, under the car out in the garage as to whats going on. I have taken my car there for 3 years now for oil changes, tire rotations, and for any other weird issues that may pop up for my 7 year old car.

On Fri afternoon, late, my car had overheated and I had been hobbling along, going a mile or two and then having to stop to let it cool down.I was about 160 miles from home and knew nobody in the area. I was trying to make it to US1 where I thought I had a chance of a station being still open, when I happened to pass South Tire and Auto.I made a u-turn and drove back there. I asked if there was any way someone could look at my car for me. I was told they would, but there were 3 people ahead of me and they were closing soon.I waited and they took it in to check it and found the leak in the coolant container. At that point it was closing time, but they ordered and had a new container sent over by the auto parts place and installed it for me - all after closing time.One thing I did not mention was that I had taken my car to the dealership in Daytona Beach for this same problem prior to this, who told me I needed a new water pump assembly, and that was why I was losing coolant. I had it replaced to the tune of $1500, after having to leave it there for 3 days before they were able to find the problem.In South Tire and Auto the very professional mechanic found the problem immediately, and my problem was finally solved.I was so happy and appreciative to have them stay late to help me out - a complete stranger from another city, I would not hesitate for one second to refer them to anyone, for anything.

I go here and i have had some minor things done. But I went in just for a informational quote on what I thought was a cv joint issue. Come to find out after they looked and listened and tested it was way more than that. They took care of me and fixed a tiny issue and gave me a quote for the bigger issues. Super friendly and honest. I love going here because I know they wont take advantage of me.

They do great work, Ive been taking my car there for a few months now, and they forgot to do my alignment so I took my car back in and they did it my alignment completely for free. Only thing is their labor cost can be pretty high, but they will try and work with you.

They always look out for your best interst and price. Brought my 2015 bmw there that I am leasing and turning back in in 3 months thinking the front tire was bad. He explained those tires wear that way and id be fine until then. Repaired a tire with a nail in it too. Theyve done my sons car tires too, they turn out to be the cheapest quotes.
