Wow, what an amazing AAMCO service center! From professional meet and greet to diagnosing and fixing my 2008 Honda Accords transmission problem, this team really knows what theyre doing. After the service and best price ever, I asked for a tour. Jack Kirk (owner) walked me through the facility. The trans repair/rebuild cleanroom was just that, squeaky clean and incredible number of and well organized tools. It instilled highest confidence in their capabilities. Top transmission rebuild guy in Central Florida on their staff, too. My car is working great and Im a happy customer, what could be better? Thanks guys. 5 star rating!!!!!

The work was completed earlier than stated and the price was less than stated that it could be.Everything was as promised. Surprisingly they did the job correctly and the resulted repair was amazing. Their attitude wasn’t your vehicle is older so you will just have to put up with it. Everyone was upfront and honest and did what they promised with assurance if there is problem let us know we will take care of it.One word describes this business and the father and son partnership and mechanics “AWESOME! Towed car to them, needed a light jump to raise window upon arriving. They were very friendly yes, told them I wanted my car diagnosed and told the issues I was having. Jack said ok it will be done the next day. I never received a call from anyone I had to call them, I gave them to almost closing to call. Then told they will get to it in the morning, again no call. I called a hour before closing just for them to talk me my car won’t start at all if may have something to do with the engine, wow I’m thinking because it stared just fine when I had it with a very light jump, so now it will cost me $117 to diagnose the car. I told them I’ll be up their to start it. Got a call back a few minutes later saying oh it was a misunderstanding it stated.How the hell? which I had no problem paying the $117 from jump if that’s what they wanted m. I really thought they were straight arrow people but in my opinion their not. I even referred my friend to them prior

1st of all this is a father and son operation that excites me to see because of the family dynamic that they actually make you feel a part of!! Jack Sr (Dad) is not only professional, courteous and honest, he is very kind and welcoming. His son, Jack, is a carbon copy and the team of mechanics they have take pride in their work and it shows!That being said, if you want reliable, honest and top notch service I believe you will be hard pressed to find a better automobile service center to trust your vehicles maintenance and repair needs. If I could give 10 stars I would..transmission issue with my 03 hummer traveling from south florida to cocoa beach to be with family & friends for the week when The Big Airshow was happening. Transmission & manifold had to be custom rebuilt & replaced. Jack was so accommodating, took me in right away. His son Jack so knowledgeable about any issue, the hometown hospitality is beyond what you could imagine.The whole team made magic happen and I am so appreciative, right down to making sure my leaky stem valve on one tire was taken care of by running it down to their buddy Franks tire & auto..Just did a 10 day check at local AAMCO here in south florida and all is peachy keen..Thank you so much to the whole AAMCO team up in Cocoa..I wish I lived closer, because of best experience ever with a not so favorable issue.

Jack is very knowledgeable and provided outstanding service on several repairs for us including complicated engine issues. He is dedicated and didn’t stop until the problem was fixed, often at his own cost. I strongly recommend Jack for all repairs.

Jack and the guys at AAMCO were terrific. I went in for some repairs I thought I needed but ultimately did not. They provided helpful information on what I really need done and didnt charge me a dime. My experiences with auto repair facilities and transmission shops were disappointing and dealing with the friendly, personable employees at AAMCO was very refreshing. Ill be going there when I am ready to get the work done.

Aamco of Cocoa did a phenomenal job of rebuilding my transmission in my Mustang. She runs better than new now! They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. So much so, that I returned for an oil change. A few months later, I returned with my other vehicle and had a drain and fill, oil change, and a VCC. These guys are awesome! They definitely have a customer for life. As a woman, I felt respected and dealt with integrity. They are ethical and committed to customer service. My 2000 Roadtrek Van was in pretty bad shape . I had completely lost the brakes and was in need of several other repairs. First I needed to find a facility that had a lift that could pick it up. AAMCO in Cocoa was able to do so. I had it towed in to their shop. They were extremely helpful and professional. I was very satisfied with the work that they performed and will return when in need of help again.

We had a transmission light come on while traveling. Stopped off, called AAMCO, and they got us right in. Greg scanned the computer, cleared some old code, and verified that the transmission was fine - all without charging us a dime! He even befriended our dog Sunny. Thanks Greg - you are a rare find! I went in with a clutch Issue that another mechanic was unable to diagnose, but the folks here quickly figured it out and replaced the part. They were very friendly and professional; Absolutely the best car work experience I have ever had.

I had some issues with my transmission on a 07 Nissan I had just bought from a dealership. I ended up needing the transmission rebuilt which Jack and his crew did an awesome job. I cannot express how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of Aamco of Cocoa. I was given a bit of the run around with another national-brand service facility. The best thing they did, however, was to recommend Aamco for my truck repairs. Im glad that they did. The staff educated me on what the actual issue was with my truck, and saved me a ton of money by taking care of only what was needed. Came in with a HUGE Problem, My Dodge Ram 1500 Camshaft went out and my Truck was misfiring. Jack and his father were super helpful and introduced me to the technician where he stop what he was doing drove my Truck and told me more than likely what might be the issue. Once I came Back Jack father even offered to take me home. I ask about a military discount and Jack went to work and got back with me with a great discount on Top of it being way cheaper if I took it to Dodge. I would like to recommend ALL VETERANS/Active or Retired military personnel. AAMCO shows there support not only to there customers but as well those who Serve. I took my car into Aamco for problems with my AC and brakes. Jack and his dad were able to provide quick and excellent service. Ill definitely bringing my car back here in the future.

I did my own transmission swap recently and my car wasnt driving to well after so i brought it in to AAMCO. The service was great and they fixed up everything that i missed in an affordable and timely manner.

This place was squeeky clean and reasonably priced.

Was told my transmission was shot and it will cost $5000 for a new one but after I put a in some Lucas for transmissions I have drove the van to Montana 4 trips and drove over 25000 miles. Not bad for a blowed up transmission.

I was “stuck like chuck” far from my home base in Fort Lauderdale and with deliveries 📦 still to make to Churches ⛪ in my Van! The Corporate Rep as well as “EVERY Single Staff Member “ went out of their way to get me back on the road. Transmissions are Never an inexpensive endeavor yet they were able to utilize multiple contacts to expedite/Accelerate the process to practically Light Speed. To me CS “Customer Service “ is EVERYTHING ! They get that and although forking out cash for repairs always stings a bit! I can safely say that AAmco of Cocoa will go Way out of there way to provide you with stellar service.. from a bottle of water to offering to put me up over night.
